Chance and laborers were most unprofessional, and the work was left unfinished. We hired MD Construction to repair a drywall issue from a leak in our attic. Chance first statement was that all workers were hired by MD Construction. They DO NOT CONTRACT OUT THE WORK. We hired them to repair the damage drywall, remove all popcorn ceilings throughout the home, repair the damage floor, and put a walkway on the side of our home. We did not want a textured ceiling and were charged an extra $1400. Joel complained it would be harder. The 1st dayJoel and his co-worker were great . They hung plastic from ceiling to floors and sealed it. The 2nd da, 2 Hispanic teenaged workers rang my doorbell looking for Joel. They could not speak English, and I asked if they worked for MD Construction, and they said NO they are looking for Joel. 1st lie from Chance! Joel, the labor supervisor, took it upon himself not to replace the drywall but to nail it up. I called Chance about workers, and he said Joel hired them to help. I also told him Joel DID NOT replace the drywall. He came by the next and approved his work. That's when the nightmare began! I worked from home, and the teenaged helpers were sitting on my furniture laughing, and joking there was debris EVERYWHERE. No one could speak English, and Chance was never available. We had to go to Airbnb because they were so unorganized. When they moved into the Master they destroyed my room, and they did not cover my property and damaged my custom drapes, comforter, and furniture. Putty and soot were all over everything. The teenager laughed and joked the entire time. When we returned and saw the damage, I asked them all to leave, and they were already way behind schedule. Joel, the supervisor was nowhere around They helped themselves beverages in my refrigerator, and there was lime salt shaker on my kitchen counter. Being a new home owner, we had all new tools and they used my brooms, ladder, vacuum cleane, and even took my Ryobi Battery. Never asked and then took them home. During this tim, Joel was not showing u, and another girl came. Absolutely no one spoke Englis, and Chance said he had appointments for New contacts and would try and get to ASAP. Never did. He never came to check the final work. About 8 days after they lef, the stains began to bleed through and bubble. I reached out to Chanc, and he said we would have to pay $450 because they don't work for free. WHAT??? Chance has not been and is avoiding our calls. My new comforters and curtains still have ceiling putty, and he never took care of that. He is not a professional, and I am 100% disappointed that Ang certified and had this company as an option. Now we are left with the same damage we had in the beginning and even more. I have photos and emails to verify everything.

First the company responded quickly and gave me a fair quote. They scheduled their work quickly and conveniently. Joel came on time and did excellent, clean work. He even pointed out another drywall fix that was not in the original scope of the project and fixed that for me as well. I definitely will use them again for any other projects i have.

Chase and his crew did an excellent job. This company is now going to be my 'go to' for any of my needs.

Chance was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. His estimate was very fair, and he worked with me when I needed to make some changes to the scope of work without hesitation. Joel completed the work in a timely manner and workmanship is excellent, walls and ceiling look better than ever. I definitely will use him again when to need arises and recommend them.

I had a portion of a wall taken out due to a plumbing issue. The work was exceptional and great customer service. You can't even tell that a hole is too be there. I would highly recommend them.

Just don t do it. They may seem cost competitive but they will ultimately cost you time and headaches. This company uses you like their personal ATM. - billed for work either not started or not complete - the manager was barely onsite, did not show up to meetings, or follow up on actions during the progress of the job - they left nine large trash bags of construction debris in the front yard - project months behind schedule, costing me loss of rental income and Additional costs for additional resources to come and complete the job or do rework for poor quality Just one of several examples: billed me to repair subfloor that was not repaired before new flooring placed. Just don t do it.

These people are crooks and do not live up to their advertisements. They did a horrible job on my project, took my $$$, and promised several times to come back and fix their BS job but have Ghosted me. I cannot see how they can do the above work when each time I contact them, they say they are short-handed due to the heat, which has been since June. Run like Hell from these Crooks. I wish I could show these folks the plethora of text messages with the outright lies about coming back to correct the screw-up of a job they did. I was going to pursue legal remedies, but Karma and payback will come to them.

When I contracted them, they were the nicest people in the world. Steady communication. The guy they sent out did not cover our countertops. He spilled paint on the tile floor, the countertops, and our carpet in the hallway. The original job buckled, he came back out, covered the counters with trash bags, and still left the job incomplete and unsatisfactory. They said they would send someone back in June, and I still have not heard back from them. Prior to my payment, communication was not an issue, now that I have paid them, I do not hear from them anymore. They claim that the heat and staffing issues has them backed up. I try to be a positive person, but to be ghosted and given less than good service, is very upsetting. I am looking at several options, including legal actions.
