MD Construction was very quick on the job. They were very accommodating and were able to move quickly.

We are completely happy with the repair they did to the ceiling in our rent home. The customer service was outstanding. They showed up when promised, the bid was very fair and we will definitely use them again.

The Project Manager, Jerry, was great to work with - really understood what I needed done. The Office Coordinator, Rita, was very attentive and communicated timing for the project every step of the way! The pros who handled the repairs, Joe and Mike, were efficient, courteous, and did a really awesome job!

Do not even waste your time calling them. Poor workmanship and quality. Feel like I am being intimidated for money ( progress payments) and none of the projects get completed.

Rita (works with the phone sans scheduling) was amazing and worked around my schedule and got it on the calendar! The whole experience with MD was amazing! Will be working with them for many more jobs in the future! Very happy with our experience!

They work well but the barn doors will nut stay shut with a lock.

Crew showed up exactly when thay said they would. Made sure everything (Kitchen) was covered before flattening and texturing the ceiling . Benjamin was extremely courteous and friendly.

They were so easy to work with. Friendly and professional are 2 words that describe the team we worked with. Communications was fantastic. We knew what to expect every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and plan to use tnem for future projects. In addition we had to reschedule a couple of times and they could not have been more understanding and accomodating.

Rita contacted me to set up an estimate meeting to repair several cut outs in our bathroom drywall from a plumber issue. I used a competitor for a crack in our ceiling in the past who specializes in drywall repair exclusively so I was skeptical at first to use this company. They came out and quoted nearly half the amount the other company quoted. MD construction came out and completed the job. I was honestly very surprised in the quality! I saved alot of money for them to repair the sheetrock instead of the drywall specialist company and the quality of their work is right up there with them. I highly recommend them for sheetrock repair.

The quality of the work is exceptional - can't tell any damage was ever there! They protected my house (floor, furniture, etc.) from dust and paint as if it was their own. I had wished I had asked for more details on the plan but it all made sense to me later. They showed up to do the work and then left to get the specific supplies. I wish I had known that ahead of time. They stayed late to complete the work at our request to mitigate the need to return the next day. I have already hired them to do more work.

It met the requirements with no problem

Communication was horrible. I initially hired them to do drywall work but they took forever to get back to me after I had paid a deposit. I settled on letting them do my paint instead but what should have been a one-day paint job took three days because they sent one person out with minimal tools. It was unfinished in places and they had to come back and redo it. They were supposed to do drywall retouching in one place and did not. I also hired them to do a bathroom vanity install which I had to redo. Overpriced. Would not hire again. Rita was always very sweet, however.

MD Construction team were friendly, professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an “updo”!!!

Our house looks better than it did when we bought it ten years ago

He did a great job with my ceiling repair. I needed the wall touched up and I didn't have the paint anymore, so he went to home depot and matched the color to touch up the wall.

Joel did an amazing job! Rita is personable and always responsive. I would recommend this crew for exterior work. The house looks better than it did 10 years ago when we bought it!
