Do not use. Terrible experience, very unprofessional, and was lied to many times. Rush to get the work done to get paid which I am now having to pay someone else to fix all the mess ups. Have found many things his guys covered up instead of just doing it the right way. His workers also took some of my tools which still have not been returned or replaced. They also started asking me for money because Chance was not paying them. All around very poor quality of work and professionalism. I highly recommend NOT hiring this company for any work you are needing to be done.

Did multiple projects on my home. Interior paint, drywall repair, deck repair, chimney repair, cabinets, flooring. Prompt, polite, professional, and very helpful.

I m a senior woman and I hired MD Construction from the review left my another senior woman. Chance was prompt in his response to my problem. I contacted him the first of the week and my problem was solved before noon on Friday. A leaky roof was the issue and I am impressed that he offers a ten year warranty on his work. Also, if he has to come back more than three times for the same problem, he refunds your money!! I will definitely call him again if I need any repairs done. I will recommend him if anyone asks me about his work. Thanks Chance Pat

I appreciated how quickly Chance was to respond to my inquiry, talk through The project with me and discuss my options. The team was on time, respectful of my home and did their best to clean up afterwards which I appreciated. Chance was in constant communication with me about who was coming, what time they would arrive and what to expect and then followed up to ensure Everything was completed to my expectations. I would absolutely work with this company again- great customer service and team!

It has been over 3 weeks since one part of the job was completed and can not get them to return to fix problems and damages to dry wall due to poor workmanship. I have paid them in full for dry wall work which is cracking in the ceiling in 4 different areas which will require a lot of work. Tile work incomplete and problem areas to be fixed. They kept saying they would be back to look at this the problems (EXCUSES), it has been 3 weeks, no one has looked at any of this. They want to be paid $1000 of a balance for tile work which still has not been addressed. From speaking with others the repairs will probably exceed a $1,000 by hiring outside help. I will be happy to pay the $1,000 when they have addressed the all the problems and finished the job............which they don t seem to want to do. Poor business practice and workmanship, brand new dry wall cracking where not enough taping mud applied or no tape (so I have been told)? I guess I will have to hire someone else to fix this mess. My family was to move in the building but can t move in because of all this mess........... Three weeks passes by and they want the balance of the money, common sense, COMPLETE THE JOB AND GET PAID ! Don t expect the balance of the money until you have completed the job!

I had several areas of rotted wood the need replacement and painting as well as a back door installed and painted. All the work was done with high quality and on a schedule that worked for me (work was done on a rental property). I plan to use them again.

Chance was a God-send! He helped take care of our flat roof and ceiling even though we were in a different state. Very helpful, well priced, kind and patient.

I fired them this morning. Sent out two men with very little tools and one ladder. One man's experience was dry walling, and I am getting exterior work done. Now i have the project half torn apart with rain in sight. I am very disappointed.

Chance quickly identified roof leak when 2 other companies couldn't. Leak was fixed same day in advance of severe weather. Much appreciated! Minor concern was that receipt and 10 year warranty is sent after payment not at time of payment. But I did get it a few days later. I would use and recommend MD Construction.

i wasn t home and they never gave me an invoice for the work done. When I asked for it they took four days to get it to me and it was the most unprofessional invoice I have ever seen! I needed it for the warranty which I bought from them! I wouldn t hire them again!

I threw a bit of a curveball at them, and they still finished my project in one day with top notch quality.

Repaired ceiling by replacing Sheetrock, spraying popcorn and painting. Would never know I had a major hole.

We are very pleased with the repairs and painting done by Chance and his crew on our home. They were professional, very courteous and the finished results were great. We got five bids on this project and MD Construction came in the lowest. We will use them in the future for all of our home repairs and projects.

I needed a sheetrock repair done ASAP. I called in the afternoon and got the repair done the next morning. The tech was a little late but he made it and did a great job. I'm a happy customer!
