Chance and his team did a great job removing the popcorn from my ceiling and repainting it. They finished up the work sooner than I expected and everything looked just as I had hoped! I am definitely planning on contacting. Chance for any work like this in the future.

Sheetrock in the entire garage ceiling started falling down. MD Construction replaced all of the garage ceiling, taping and bedding. They also blew in insulation in the entire attic of the house, along with the garage ceiling. The entire project was done in 3 days. The project was done perfectly and with great detail. I would highly recommend this company for any type of construction that you might need to have done.

I was very happy everything, when I first started this I had been talking with others regarding the size of the job and was having a hard time finding anyone to do it .It was small. MD Construction came out and looked at it and gave me a real good price on it. They had someone out to do the work within a few days. Work was completed in just a few hours they cleaned and left and the manager called to check on the job the next day.

I am going to use them for my next project, they are awesome to work with. If you need anything done and you live here you're crazy not to let them come out and at least take a look at the job. Chance is a great person to work with, he will make sure you're happy with there work. I'm using them again for sure.

Chance guaranteed that he would take care of me because I was nervous about being taken advantage of. I paid him 11,000 he did sheet rock and painted the majority of the home. He was supposed to do the flooring, I gave him a sample of the product that I wanted, but when I went home to see my new floor it was a pallet of cheap 1.25 flooring. I told him that was not like the sample I gave him, he got upset sent his guys to pick up the flooring and refused to give me a refund. I would advise anyone to get everything itemized so that people cant go back and escalate prices to fit their needs. The only time he was on the job site was to pick up checks. They were two weeks behind schedule and they left a mess in my house.

Replaced rotted chimney and garage door trim. Excellent work quality. The finished trim looks like it did when the house was new. Jose came a day early (after checking first) and worked in a quiet, orderly and professional manner. He initially did not bring enough trim material but returned within 48 hours to complete the job. We will contact this company when we have repairs/remodeling needs and for roof replacement in the not to distant future.
