Just moved to Dallas and did not have any connections here to get referrals for renovating my newly purchased home. I found MD Construction online, and I am extremely glad I found them. After consulting with them, I was eager to work with them because of their great customer service and their reasonable pricing. I had a complete wall taken out of my kitchen as well as new LVT flooing installed. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. Not only are the professionals very experienced and good at their job, they are very quick and thorough. John & Carlos completed the drywall work and Francisco did the flooring. Could not have asked for any better! I have couple more projects I want to do on my home in the future, and I am definitely going to work with MD Construction again. Highly recommend!

I recently hired this company and gave them a $500 deposit. After a few postponements, Chance informed me that their estimate was too low and they would not be doing the job. I offered to renegotiate the price but he refused to say they will no longer be doing residential work. I am now in the process of getting credit through my credit card company. This is the worst experience I have had with any company and would not recommend them. Also, my problem with this company arose after I requested a copy of their insurance policy & surety bond which they could not supply.

We had the drywall torn down and replacement in our bathroom. Carlos works hard and does great work. Great job. We will use again in the future when or if repairs are needed. It's nice to finally have a company that is dependable and does professional work.

Extremely professional & easy to work with. Carlos does great work. After some water damage - he repaired my ceiling so well, my wife could not even locate the repaired area. Life back to normal in just a couple hours! I highly recommend these guys.

MD came in and worked on our ceilings. Two years ago we had foundation work done, but the cracks in the ceilings have not been repaired yet. They didn t just patch them, they repaired them so they wouldn t crack again, then did matching work on the ceiling texture, and then did a great job of painting. It really looks beautiful.

Chance was very insulted that we complained about the work that was done with poor workmanship, he assured us that the job would be completed and yet here it Friday and he is still not here as he said he would be. The original carpenter left when he thought the job was done, he took the screens that were mine, he left insulation out in that rain, and he didnt even bother to knock on the door to have us look at the project before he left.

Several months ago I had MD Construction do drywall repair/paint in the garage. Last month I noticed that there was a problem with part of the area that they had worked on and called them. Yesterday they were able to come repair/repaint that area. Did a great job.

Hired them to patch drywall, paint the stairwell, repair cracks in walls. The crew arrived without material to paint. Painted the stairs a solid color white; treads, risers, and stringer trim. I specifically asked the natural wood be left for the stringer trim and risers. The treads would be painted blue. The stairwell was left unpainted while the stairs received the paint. Totally wrong and ruined the plans I had for the project. The exterior touch ups were half done. The surface was not properly prepped and flaking paint was painted over. I called Chance who scheduled the team to come out and finish the job. On the second day the painters helper painted the stairwell. It looked awful. Paint runs, poor coverage, and mistakes aplenty. I called Chance again who assured me it would be done correctly this time. Hours later, and two days sacrificed, the stairwell and exterior were finished. The quality and attention to detail was atrocious. The painter Joel copped an attitude several times in our interactions. This all happened immediately before my home went up for sale. I could not imagine a worse series of events prior to pictures of my home being taken. Ultimately, I was left paying for something that was not to my liking, completely botched, and poor professionalism from the crew. I would not recommend.

Hire MD Construction to repair a damaged brick wall. They did a great job for both the exterior work and the interior repair. The project originally was expected to take a couple day but the team came out and was able to know it out in one day.

I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience with MD Construction preforming my popcorn ceiling removal. I was under a major time constraint so that we would be able to move into our new home before Christmas. They were priced very well compared to other companys quotes. What really pushed me to go ahead and hire them was the professionalism and customer service I received from Chance and his team. Once I expressed that I really needed someone to start immediately after the weekend (asking on a Thursday afternoon!), He called me back and said he could rearrange some projects and the workers could get started the very next day! The removal of the ceiling, the re-texture, and the paint took them 6 days/7 days with clean up. They worked through the weekend and I could not be happier with the look of it and the time it took!
