Chance called me within minutes of my HomeAdvisor request. He came out same day and advised of work that needed to be done and cost. We then looked at things that could be done proactively for preventing damage and preserving condition of current roof at minimal cost. He was friendly, thorough and explained everything he would do. We set up the repairs which were completed promptly and to my satisfaction. As a single woman and senior citizen I have to be extremely careful when hiring contractors and Chance was very patient in answering my questions and kept in touch throughout the process. I would not hesitate to hire him and M D Roofing or recommend them to friends and family.

Chance at MD Construction was great! He was the first company to call me when I inquired for a metal roof repair company. He called me in the evening and was at my house early the next morning, called on his way to make sure we were still on and showed up early! Identified the problem, told us the price which we thought was reasonable, got to work and fixed the leaking roof in less than an hour total! We found out MD Construction does much more than just roofing. Since our experience with them was great and very quick, we will use them again in the near future for other projects!
