Hi my name is Bryan Garrett and I am a Professional Residential and Commercial building inspector with 20+ years of experience in construction and remodeling and I have owned and operated my own construction company for 18 of those years. I am a board certified master inspector and I have performed over 1,500 inspections. Along with my detailed inspection report which you will receive on the same day as your inspection, I provide every client (some exceptions apply) with the following: 1. A welcome home bag which includes maintenance tips along with a few additional items that you will need on your move in day, 2. Free foundation measurements, an irrigation inspection and free thermal image scanning of the home. all of these also come with maintenance tips in your report, 3. Bryan did a Home Inspection for me and of the past 4 Inspection I've ever had done for me on each of the homes I've purchased over the years, I can say he provided the most through report I've ever received! Not only did he provide a report on things that needed attention but he also provided information on everything he inspected with whether it was good or not and what I needed to do to maintain it. I will definitely hire him again if the need ever arises!
