The following day he arrived as he promised. He immediately started to explore the source of the leak and found the problem after some digging. He gave me an estimated cost of the job and I agreed to proceed with the repairs. Half way through the repairs, he found the cutoff valve was also in need of replacement. He could easily just fix the leak and put the dirt back but he recommended the valve replacement since everything's dug up already. It would have cost us more if we have to revisit the problem in the future so I agreed to the additional work. He spent several hours working on the leak, installed a new access box, and put everything back as best he could. I'm really happy with the work.

I called on Friday and was told I would receive a call back. I missed the call back, but returned the call on Saturday. The appointment was set for Monday noon. Mr. Garcia called Monday at 11:26 am to confirm appointment. I returned home at 12 pm and saw I had missed the call. I returned the call and was told he would arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived as scheduled and completed the job. I requested and received estimates on another plumbing job. I am comparing estimates for this job.

I called Action Plumbing on Saturday morning after our kitchen sink stopped up Friday night. Even a midnight trip to Walmart for Drano did not help! Owner Anthony Garcia said that he could come by later in the day. He called before arriving around 2:00 p.m. and immediately put "booties" on to protect the carpet and floors, which I appreciated (even though the carpet needs cleaning!). He went right to work and unclogged the sink using a snake, after checking out the possibilities of what could be causing the stoppage. He was very neat and put things back under the sink when he was through. I asked him if he would like to look at the master bath faucet, realizing that he might not want to spend what was left of his Saturday working on a non-emergency project. He willingly looked at it, investigated probable causes of the leak, and explained his thought process. I am not mechanical, but what he said made a lot of sense to me! He asked if I wanted him to continue, I consented, and he proceeded to fix the faucet. I appreciate the time he spent figuring out the problem, as the previous plumber and the handyman just "assumed" what the problem was. Mr. Garcia was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful of both the people and the things in our home.

Anthony acting promptly and professionally to get the work done ahead of service. He was honest about the extent of the repairs even knowing that I didn't live in the area and had hired him over the phone. The final price was less than half of what another plumber tried to charge me. Anthony also reminded me to use the coupon from Angie's list for his services which I had forgotten about. Based on my experience, I will use them in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

My husband and I became aware of a problem one late afternoon when we discovered standing water in one of our bathtubs. Then upon taking a shower, the water wouldn't drain. Suddenly, water started coming up from under our master bath toilet, flooding the entire bathroom. I was dismayed to find out that our home warranty doesn't have drainage coverage, so I would have to arrange repairs on my own. A plumbing company we had previously used was booked well into the evening. I saw the great scores for Action Plumbing on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. Anthony said he could be at our house in about two hours. He arrived on time and went right to work. He was friendly, professional, and fixed the problem quickly. He charged $97 and allowed me to use the 10% off coupon. He suggested that if the problem happens again within a short period of time, there might be a crack in our main sewer line caused by the drought conditions. He also noticed standing water by our water meter and suggested we call the city to check it out as they wouldn't charge for that service. We would definitely use him in the future!!!

Due to the dry weather, my water service line broke. This is the line that goes from the house to the water meter, so I had water in my yard and had to turn off the water at the meter on a Friday evening. Upon calling several plumbers that evening, I could reach no one....even tried many who claim to have 24/7 emergency service. I found Anthony Garcia of Action plumbing on Angie's List the next morning and left him a message. In the meantime, I did reach another plumbing company who came out right away. This was a large company that should've been very knowledgeable. They told me that the pipe can NOT be replaced and that it's leaking in 2-3 different spots. Therefore, I'd have to replace the entire line and it would cost $4200. When I went into shock over the price, they soooo gracioiusly said they would put me and the kids up in a hotel room for the night since they can't get to it until Monday and then gave me a credit application to apply for financing. I was sooo stressed over this large amount of money!! Thankfully, Anthony with Action Plumbing called me back shortly and came out to take a look. Anthony explained that I may consider replacing the line in the future to upgrade and be proactive, but told me that he can definitely perform a repair for $250!! He even told me that if I decide to replace the entire line in the next 6 months, he will apply the $250 towards that cost, which would be around $1350, NOT $4200 as the other company would have charged. Oh, and it was leaking in ONE spot, not 2-3.....of course the pressure under the ground had to escape somewhere and so water was coming up anywhere it found an opening, which was in a few spots. This made total sense as Anthony explained it to me. He made the repair immediately on a Saturday afternoon. He is a very honest Christian man and I will use him for all future plumbing needs. I can't recommend him enough!!!

My dishwasher backed up all over the kitchen floor and couldn't get my previous plumber to return my call. Found Anthony on Angie's List and received a call within the hour. He managed to stop by that afternoon although I called him later in the day. He quickly found that my garbage disposal was the problem and returned the next morning with a new disposal and had it installed in about half an hour. He even improved the installation so that any future backed up water would drain into the sink and not on the floor. He also fixed my leaky faucet free of charge! His prices were reasonable and I paid the exact estimate amount. I'm always leery of trying new technicians, but Anthony was as professional as they come. I will continue to use Action Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

A big root from my front yard broke the sewer pipe so our house suffer a stopage. It was an emergency call my home insurance ASH big joke they dont realy care, so I use angieslist and from start to finish Mr. Anthony was honest with price and the type of job need to be perform. IT was hard work but he get it done. good job Mr. Antonhy god blees you.

He didn’t charge me anything for the estimate. I explained to him what I wanted done. He looked around and told me the pros and cons. I just found a cheaper guy to do the job. He did seem pretty knowledgeable and he gave me a good estimate. He was just a little more expensive than somebody else. I did the job myself. I called him and he never returned my calls for about a week. Then he said he found his lost cell phone and then got back to me. He was punctual. He was right here when he said he was going to be here. I will use his services again in the future.

I spent about $100 for their services. They completed the work in a timely manner. They were courteous and did good work.

See above. I would use this man for every plumbing issue/need I have. I have found all my previous plumbers on Angie's List but Anthony beats them all in my opinion.

Anthony asked a lot of questions during the initial phone call which turned out to be a definate plus! I had attempted to install the faucet myself and had stripped the threads on the connecting pipe, so the faucet that I had was not useable. Because he asked questions he was pretty sure what I had done and had another faucet with him when he arrived. His foresight saved soooo much time! He patiently answered tons of questions pertaining to an upcoming kitchen remodel even though some had nothing to do with plumbing! He made absolutely NO mess in the house. Couldn't even tell he'd been there. All in all, a true professional, and one I would highly recommend.

Monday, Anthony determined our water leak was from the hot water heater. Tuesday he was at our house on time. He sepnt the day replacing the hot water heater and bring the new one up to city code. Anthony's overall cost was below the ammount he thought it would be. His work was through and explained his work to us as he went along. A follow up call was given by Anthony to check that the city had inspected the new water heater and the water heater was providing the correct temperature of water.

He was very knowledgeable, polite and punctual. He did everything he said he was going to do so I was very satisfied with him.

Sometimes the bill is a little high, but he is punctual and always backs up his work.

He knows a lot about his trade. I thought the price was fair and there have been no leaks since he did the work. He is now first on my list of plumbers to call!

It went well. The first day he did not have the parts. He returned the next afternoon and did the repair.

IT WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEIR WAS AN ADDITIONAL COMING FROM MY WASHER AND DRYER WHICH HE ROUTED THE CITY LINE AS WELL. THAT WAS AN ADDITIONAL PRICE WHICH WAS FAIR. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AT THE PRICE QUOTED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Other than being an hour late both times he came out, the work was good and cost effective. He had to come out twice - once to see what the job was going to entail and the second to actually do the work.

I hired this company because they were referred to me by my grandmother. There is one man who owns the company and he is very honest and trustworthy. He did a good cleaning up when he was finished.
