Action Plumbing & Reduced Rooter

My son attempted to replace the vanity in the bath and got in over his head. The lines to the handles of the faucets were not long enough and the drain did not line up with the pipes below. I called Anthony and he came the next morning, completed the work which included figuring out the most practical way of solving the problems and then doing the work. Considering how complicated the task turned out to be, the time he took to complete the repairs and also a couple of other odds and ends in the other bath, the time taken and the price were both extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again. He also left absolutely no mess, used materials we had on hand whenever possible and was extremely personable.

Called on Saturday morning. He arrived within two hours, cleared drain, and explained possible contributors to the problem that I can avoid in the future to prevent further problems. Very professional, very fair price. Would highly recommend them.

We had some root blockage that Anthony took care of fast as can be expected...Called right back, showed up fast, fixed problem fast...FAST,FAST FAST...and fair price.... ...but nobody's perfect...Doesn't take plastic, had to write a check...Oh well.... Will use again in future....

He had to snake it at least 42 ft. and it took him approx 30 minutes to unclog. We're not sure if the sticking point is at the city tap or not and he advised me to contact the the city and request a water sewer line locate to determine if this reoccuring problem is on my side or the city's. I have used him now for approx. 6 years and am always pleased with the services he performs. In addition to unclogging sewer lines, he has replaced my toilets, bathroom and kitchen faucets over the years.

He was very wonderful, he was very efficient, very nice, and very honest, I like him a lot. He did a great job, he didn't act like he was in charge, he didn't talk at you , he talked with you.

We set an appointment for the same day that I called him! He arrived as expected (he called to let me know he was running late - most companies do not take the time to do that). He was very thorough, neat, took the time to explain his findings and explained how he fixed the problems. He cleaned up his work area after completion. He was very polite and professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely contact him again in the future.

I called this company on a Thursday I think. I got a call back pretty quick, and was pleasantly surprised when he could accomodate my work schedule and see me on weekend without an upcharge. He showed up on Saturday at the scheduled time and was able to fix my toilet and replace the old innards, (which was the opposite of what Partridge plumbing told me, he told me I needed a new toilet or at least a new tank, and was not about to touch it.) Anthony explained that with the one way valves now installed, there is no worries about sewer back ups, and he was able to fix the toile pretty quickly. He did not charge me 8 times what the part cost him, and I thought that the price was very reasonable, especially considering he was out on a weekend. I think I have learned my lesson about using the BIG DEAL coupons for emergent needs. This was a much more pleasant experience than before, and he could accomodate my busy schedule. Please try Anthony at ACTION. I really had a great experience with him, and am putting on my "A" List. Pleasant, professional, prompt and accomodating and honest. That is all I ask of contractors. And that is what I got with this plumber.

I have used them twice. He did really well. It was just an excellent job. He dug a lot of the stuff by hand. It looks better than when a machine did it. They are extremely good.

He returned my call on a Saturday and was able to make it within a couple of hours. He was professional and friendly the whole time. He worked quickly, explained what he was doing and what we should do in the future to prevent it from happening again. The price was very reasonable.

They did a great job. Came out immediately, and cleared my sewer main, that was clogged due to root intrusion. They were not able to get rid of all the roots, and suggested that we replace that section of the line. This of course, is something that we had already known about, but because of high costs, have not yet repaired. Action Plumbing was very understanding and did all that they could to clear out the line to buy us more time. I am extremely grateful for his understanding and his prompt response to this matter. Anthony Garcia was able to find the leak and provide an estimate fairly quickly. Since the labor involved was time consuming, we scheduled another day for the work to be completed, however, he put a temporary clasp on the pipe which stopped the leaking. Two days later, he came out and repaired the leaky pipe. Throughout the process he described what needed to be done as well as how much time was needed to complete the work. Work was completed in expected timeframe and within estimate provided. Job was well done and looks great!

Anthony said he would come by at noon the next day. I'm only giving him a B on punctuality because I had to call him to find out why he had not arrived. It turned out he was caught up on another job and had not had time to call me back. He said he could make it by 2:30, which I agreed to.He arrived promptly at 2:30 and everything was perfect from that point on. He explained what he was going to do and did it. After he finished with washer drain, we also had him clean out two sinks that were running very slow. He fixed those up very quickly.

He was fantastic. The only plumber I could get to come out on a Saturday evening. Showed up when he said he would. Assessed the problem immediately and accurately. Completed the work in an amount of time I thought was impressive. Cleaned up the work area. Very kind and personable.

Great. Anthony was right on time, friendly, efficient -- and, since the problem was caused by my own do-it-yourself job, he explained what I'd done wrong and how to do it right if I ever needed to do that again.
