Action Plumbing & Reduced Rooter

I have used this provider before. We removed what appeared to be empty soffits in our kitchen. But we found 1 vent pipe that was angled around a stud and in the way of our new kitchen cabinets. Anthony was easy to schedule, prompt, professional and knew how to fix our problem.

Anthony found one of the FEW water heaters that would fit in our "closet", and meet the new requirement for a "pan" beneath it. He had to reconfiger all the lines and drains in order to fit into the small "heater/air conditioner" closet. He had to change the "input" lines and the "drain" pipes which included "building" a platform" for the new heater! His price was VERY reasonable, he kept cloths on the carpet and cleaned up ALL the areas around the installation. Anthony has done our plumbing work for some 30 plus years, had "fixed" all the plumbing problems for us, our son, and our granddaughter. He is TOPS! I would trust him in any work he does. (He also replaced my shower head which had filled with calcium) HE'S THE TOPS!!!

Called Anthony at 9:10, he arrived at 10:35, was done by 11:45. Very courteous, had good recommendations on maintaining water system. I will definitely use him again should the need arise.

I was heading out of town and the kitchen plumbing backed up. Not able to clear it myself so I was desperate to find a plumber. So I turned to Angie's List (of course!) and called in hopes that someone could come out before I needed to leave. Anthony was able to fit me in! Yay!! By the time he arrived the water had drained and the problem seemed to be solved (running water for some time was not backing it up again). He offered to go and I could call him back if it happened again but I asked him to go ahead and snake the pipes just to be on the safe side. He did find a small clog way up the line. So thankful that he could come on short notice! I will definitely keep his information on my refrigerator (and in my phone) for the next time I need a plumber!

I called Mr. Garcia at 8:40 am and he was at my house within the hour. He was very professional and personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Appreciated the extra information and recommendation and work that Anthony provided to maintain my home. He came prepared with the proper equipment and corrected the problem in an expeditious manner. He stressed the importance of using a cover for the outdoor faucets during winter. He said he had to replace many this winter. I had my garage door open because it would not close. I told him that I had called for service. He noticed that one of the source sensors was not making contact because it was bent. He quickly corrected it and saved me a repair bill!

Anthony worked very hard to find what was causing my faucet leak. He kept at it until it was finally fixed. He had the same determination when fixing the leak from my garbage disposal. He was very patient and worked until the issue was fixed

Best contractor experience in last 5 |years of upgrading this house. Will use Anthony for remodel of 2 1950's |green/pink bathrooms. Will also use him to correct very simple, very |expensive plumbing installed by a big-name group in my laundry room.

I needed an electric hot water replacement (not leaking just very old and needed replaced). I purchased a standard 50 gallon water heater from a local box store but when I went to remove the old and hook up the new, found problems which I knew were beyond my ability. Called Anthony with Action Plumbing, and he was able to do the work 2 days after I called. He gave me a fair quote up front and advised me of the code/inspection permit required by the city. I had called several other plumbers and knew his quote was in the ballpark. Anthony showed up on time, very professional, advised me of the progress along the way. The job ended up requiring extra plumbing to bring up to code, thus more time but Anthony stayed late to finish that same day. Would definitely use Action Plumbing again.

The water heater that was originally installed in the house began leaking over the weekend. I called Action Plumbing on Monday morning and they met me at 300 pm the same day to begin the installation of the new water heater. The work was done professionally and for the price that I was quoted on the phone. The city I live in requires that the plumber take out a permit prior to installing a gas water heater. It must be inspected by a city inspector post installation. The inspector stated that this was excellent work.

The owner, Anthony Garcia, responded the next day after I called, a Saturday. He arrived at the time agreed upon, and was courteous, and professional. While the job was relatively easy for him, I am not confident dealing with any plumbing issues. I never seem to be able to stop leaks. He completed everything I asked him to do in a timely manner and explained exactly what he did.

Left message on the 17th of October and never received a call back. So I took my business elsewhere.

Will use again, and would recommend. Great price, fast and professional service.

When Anthony got here I showed him the toilet that was leaking and the shower. I also asked him to change out the metal pipe going into my toilet for the water supply to a flexible hose. He replaced the stop and the supply line on the toilet and got i working again without leaking. Then he replaced the piece the washer fits into and the washer on the hot water in my shower. He was very fast, friendly and everything is working like it should now. Anthony did a wonderful job and wwith a smile on his face. He was very nice and personable. I would definitely recommend Action Plumbing to any of my friends.

I have used Anthony two times to clean out the house sewage system. The second time, he came the same day I called for an appointment. He worked beyond 6:00 to complete the whole job. Without an additional cost, he used a large industrial snake and started from a stack on the roof. He replaced the faucet in the kitchen. This faucet seemed like it was cemented (calcium build up) into the sink. He used a drill, a hammer, and persistence to remove the old faucet. He also used a metal detector to find the hidden exterior sewage access point. He recommended another company that could map out the sewage system in the foundation which could explain the need for the second call. It was obvious, Anthony took pride in his work by maintaining a clean working area and explained his work throughout. Even though his work is 1st class, his price was the most reasonable among all the plumbers I contacted. Its nice to have a plumber that's willing to work for less in order to gain a loyal customer. I will continue to use and I highly recommend Anthony and Action Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Anthony came on a Saturday to remove the Faucet and instant hot water from the sink. This was needed before 8 am on Monday to accomodate the new granite being installed. We had orginally scheduled a time for 12:30 but Anthony called and asked if he could make it later. I informed him this was not a problem and he arrived when scheduled. After the new countertops were installed, I contacted Anthony and he came back to install the new faucet and rework the plumbing as we had gone from two sinks to one. Anthony showed up when scheduled and the work was completed. We did have an issue with the instant hot water that I'm working with him now on in regards to getting the stronger flow on the unit. I was very satisfied with the work he performed and would use him in the future.

He arrived within 2 hours of my calling, fixed the problem, took time to explain the cause, and charged me a very fair price. I will keep his number and use him again for my primary and/or rental properties when needed. Very satisfied customer.

Anthony did a great job, I would use him in the future. I had a shower panel that came with the house the previous owner bought off of Ebay. (we were told then it was expensive) It just leaked. (BTW here is a tip I will give everyone here in caps) DO NOT BUY THESE SHOWER PANELS, ESPECIALLY OFF OF EBAY. IF YOU DO BUY THEM THEN SPEND THE MONEY AT LOEWS OR HOME DEPOT WHERE YOU CAN GET GOOOD REPLACEMENT PARTS. AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THE ONE I HAD WAS USELESS AND WE LOST LOTS OF MONEY ON LEAKING WATER. We had another plumbing company come out and look at it but told us they could do nothing about it since there was no manufacture on the unit they couldn't do anything to fix it. Anthony came, looked at the unit, looked behind the unit with a camera (saw no manufacture) took it off the wall. saw the previous owner had installed it incorrectly. (drilled one hole thru the tile to attach it) He took the unit out went thru the other side of the wall rebuilt the pipes from the floor in the wall (which were not there due to the previous owner install) installed a proper showerhead (which he got from his supplier) he did this all in a few hours in one day. Anthony is awesome. The only small negative was he only accepts cash no c.c. and the drain doesn't drain as quickly now with the water coming outta the new shower head. This could perhaps also be attributed to the previous owner because he didn't put the drain in the right place and didn't make the right grade on the shower floor when he put in the shower. This is my next project I guess as well as fixing the drywall which Anthony doesn't do, but I do not know if I would even expect that from a plumber to do. He even gave us so tips on something we might want to look at because there may be an issue with a toilet connection with a toilet in the same bathroom. He did great work, efficiently, and did it in one day.

We have a late 50's ranch-style. The main water line into the house rusted out a few feet from entering our home. Anthony arrived the same day we called, diagnosed the problem, dug out the dirt to get to the access point, and devised a fix using flexible piping to prevent a recurrence. He offered counsel on a longer-term and preventative fix, replacing the entire main line, but did not push the point or try to sell us on something beyond the immediate fix we needed.
