Services we offer

We offer all air conditioning, heating and ventilation needs for home and light commercial needs. We service all brands of AC's, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, roof top units, Geo Thermal units, ice machines and walk in coolers and freezers. If you're building a new home or commercial building, we can help with that too. For replacement equipment or new construction, we offer American Standard, Comfort Maker and Rheem products.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer service for window units or mobile homes.

I work with a multi-family residential rental company and have had many uses for Air Conditioning and Heating services. Mr. Howard and his staff are professional, efficient and highly qualified. In many cases, this company was able to get to the job within only a few hours (even in the heat of the summer). I have the option to use several different AC companies in my position by I will use James Howard and his crew everytime!
