Thorough and courteous

Technician was on time and did a nice job explaining the problem with the thermostat and gave recommendation on repair. Also went the extra mile and looked at potential other issues with unit. He was very professional and was reasonably priced.

Jack arrived on time to evaluate and demonstrate/explain problems in my 19-year old furnace. The next day, skilled installers replaced the unit with a new furnace, cleaned up afterwards, took away old unit - 3 hrs start to finish.

I've been very fortunate with Home Advisor as source to get things done that's not covered by my home warranty and I appreciate that. Even though this project was covered by my home warranty I chose Home Advisor.

Very happy with their work. I called them out to get second bid on a job after the first HVAC company I was working with tried to upsell me. They gave a good price, had a great attitude and they even cleaned up the mess left by other guy - so they go the job. When my old system finally need replacement they will be the first guys I call.

The first A/ C guy who looked at my AC recommended to buy a new unit and said it’s old and won’t work anymore. I looked online today to Homeadvisor and Jack from A-Anderson called right away, even though it’s Sunday, and came to my house in the afternoon and fixed the problem. I am so happy that my AC is now working. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

Jack not only turned up so fast to my request. He was very reasonable with prices, fixed my issue super fast and went above and beyond his call of duty to investigate the whole HVAC unit and provided me recommendations to keep the system running healthy. I will hire Jack from A-Anderson company everytime I have an issue with my AC unit

Jack explained everything to me so I could understand what he was doing. Jack went above and beyond to get my system working.

Jack came out and looked at the problem with my ac that wasn’t working and I just got home from California and in about 30 minutes after Jack looked at it, our a/c was going again. I had found out later my mother in law had someone come out the day before to check it and they had told her the compressor was shot and the whole unit would need to be replaced and that it had no Freon. Jack checked it and it was full. Jack came to fix the problem and not cause more problems for me. It’s bad enough our a/c wasn’t working. Thank you Jack !!! I won’t go to no one else . And he was very professional
