Reached out and made contact Saturday evening. Jack called me back and we discussed my ac issues. Jack arrived promptly on time Sunday morning. Tested the ac system, installed the new part and recommended adding coolant. After adding coolant, he spent the time to check multiple rooms and gave us a fair price. Very satisfied!

I used this company once before and was very pleased with their work, so I called them when my rental home's AC stopped working. They came out the same day - that evening - and worked late until the job was done. I was afraid the AC unit would need replacement (I'd been told that last year by another AC contractor), but they were able to fix it and at a much lower cost that I had feared. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I wish other companies would be so consistently good!

Quoted one price for the replacement part, then charged nearly double that price.
