WHITE'S FLOOR CO

Unfortunately, they took my money, but went out of business before they finished the job. I had to hire another company to pick up where they left off and had to pay for the remainder of the work. It was not a good experience.

The White representative came and measured with no charge. Many want to charge to come out whether they do the work or not. That way we dealt with a firm price where others might not do that until they do the template. Stone Expressions is their granite sub-contractor. White does not do the work in house. We have had a few issues with Stone Expressions. Part of that was a communication problem between White and the vendor. Part was work that should have been discussed prior to the beginning of the job. Having never done this before, we expected better advice from the installing company. What has agreed to fix the major problem we experienced. The installer pulled off molding and took it away, so it could not be replaced. It must be replaced or the job will not look finished.

Jaclyn made our overall experience outstanding in every way. She is heads and shoulders above two or three other sales people we met at other flooring companies. She is the reason we chose to have White's do the work for us. In all, we had three different crews perform different aspects of our kitchen re-model plus a fourth crew to install our carpet which turned out to be a 2-day job. With the exception of the carpet crew arriving a few hours later than anticipated because of a problem with the carpet pad, everyone else was on time as scheduled. All crews did excellent work, and we are very pleased with the finished product. We are going to put hardwood floors in our dining room/living room in a year or two, and Jaclyn will be the first (and only) person we will call. She is awesome!!
