+ -1 moreThis was our first pool build, and the team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They came out and worked with us and answered all our questions. Tropic Island Pools made several renditions of our pool until we were satisfied. We also got several proposals, and ultimately, they had the best rendition. It was great working with Mr. Scott; he worked hard to get things done right.
Description of Work: Tropic Island Pools built us a 20,000-gallon pool. It has a great tanning ledge, a big hot tub, and a fun kiddie pool for my special needs son. The water features are amazing. We have a big jumping rock, a grotto, and a small waterfall on the side. The design was customized to fit our needs.

+ -1 moreI know everyone has heard horror stories about pool companies taking forever and delivering poor results. I watched my neighbors build a pool and have the worst possible experience. The company they used took forever, was poor at communicating, and they are still having issues over a year later. My experience with tropic island pools could not have been more opposite. They designed a perfect pool to fit our backyard! They finished in 3 months and communicated updates throughout the entire build. In fact, every moment I was curious what the next steps were it was like Scott was psychic or something because he would reach out a few mins later via text to give me an update. I love our pool and would definitely recommend Scott and Tropic Island Pools to anyone who wants a pool. You won’t be disappointed!
