+ 0 moreBid process was straight forward, no issues with sending pictures in place of actual visit. Crew was on time, very professional and did great work. Kept the work area clean and finished on schedule. No extras or gotchas added at end of job. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreCalled to have someone come to my home to give me an estimate on custom stair panels for our home. (without even coming out to my home) The gentleman was clear... If I do not have $50,000 to invest in my stair panel remodel than he was not interested in wasting his time. Wow, it must be nice to turn down a $15,000 job just based on it not be up to his caliber of work.

Description of Work: I contacted Trinity Stairs through Angie's list and received an immediate response with a quote of $1,200. The next day someone dropped off wrought iron samples, but did not stay to discuss the job itself. When I emailed that I was ready with what we'd wanted done and requested that someone come out to discuss the job and show us different options, the response was "we try not to come out to appointments on small jobs such as yours." We were very disappointed and the response made no sense since they have to drive out to pick up the samples anyway. Two other companies came out to discuss the job and we loved them both and ultimately chose another company.

+ -1 moreTrinity was very responsive with an initial estimate, very informative as to what the work would entail. I worked with Leo Shyp in Sales at Trinity. He was very easy to work with and very friendly. Marciel performed the work and he was very professional and did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the work that was performed.
Description of Work: Trinity Stairs removed the balusters and banisters from my winding staircase so the stair treads could be replace with hardwood, then replaced the balusters and banister.

+ -1 moreMy request for a proposal was promptly addressed, and they scheduled the work soon after I signed the contract. The new design was great. The installers were courteous and very professional. They showed up at 8:00am and left at 5:00 or 6:00pm everyday. They also cleaned up before they left each day, so there was less of a mess. The work was perfect. My only issue was that I ordered "antique bronze" spindles from the website, but the ones actually installed were much closer to black. I wish they would have told me that there would be this difference. In any event, my new staircase is a work of art, and I admire it each time I go up and down the stairs.
Description of Work: Trinity Stairs completely remodeled my staircase. New railings, new posts, new wood for the steps and new ballusters.
