+ -1 moreEverything was done and scheduled as promised...Once paperwork was signed he schedule the work right in front of me and lined up resources..Work was done well above expectations....Very easy to reach him and talk to him... I still recommend to have all items in writing so that verbal promises are not forgotten...Frank took care of city permit for the roof...However, I got balcony patio permit on my own working with an architect and structural egineer... Overall extremely satisfied with the work, quality and value...
Description of Work: I needed roof replacement for my 5000 sq feet house and also wanted to add Patio Balcony... i got Top Choice Contractors reference from a friend. Frank Moreno is the owner of this company and was very punctual at his appointment..He was very honest, very very easy to work with, helped upgrade my roof quality from 25 years shingles to 35 years warranty shingles...Also, upgraded felt paper quality and took care of insurance paper work..Also, from the price perspective this company was very very reasonable... I have worked with many companies / contractors in the past, however, Frank was one of the best contractor I have dealt with - very easy to work with, honest - whatever was promised he took care plus some more and quality of work was A+...Based on my work, I have recommended Top Choice Contactors to about 10+ friends and family and all had similar experience....I will definitely work with company in the future and they are on top of my list..

+ -1 moreHe came out the day after the storm to cover the area that needed repairs. He had his worker out here within hours of us agreeing to have the work done. We've had a number of storms since then and there have been no problems. We felt he was very forthright, honest and easy to work with. We would definitely have him back and would recommend him to others. We made an agreement with him so that he would come back periodically to check on the roof.
