Sales went well, instillation was a nightmare..... The Company sent out a new employee who admittedly informed us that he had just started and had no experienced. Upon completion of the instillation our house phone no longer worked.... Installer informed us that he "didn't do it" and then left...Service Manager immediately came out and repaired the phone.... Also noticed that the installer never connected the existing smoke detector nor did they program the system to notify the monitoring service in the event of a fire.... Have made two appointments to have TNT correct the instillation mistakes and they have not shown up as of yet.... Just left another message and my next call will be to the BBB to file a complaint.
Description of Work: Replacement of our existing ADT alarm system (fire & security) with a new Honeywell system. Free install and $24.95 monthly for 3 years....

For any future customers please reference the better business bureau. Since 2006 we have unfortunately had 2 complaints, the Member being one, but as of September 6, 2012 the BBB ruled in favor that we did everything that was expected of us for the Member.
