Jason and his team did a great job. They were in and out in a 1/2 day. They cleaned up and hit all the measurements. The price quote didn't change.

Very prompt response to the request for a quote. Not the lowest quote, but close to others. Also responded very promptly when we were finally ready to go ahead with the project which was quite some time after the initial. Jason and two helpers finished the demolition, removal and tiling in one long day. Jason came back a few days later to seal the grout. Only complaint is there is some stain on the tub from the dark gray grout we decided to go with. This is coming off, but very slowly.

Very nice guy, considerate, on time, cleaned up his mess. Overall he did a beautiful job. I am very happy.

Working with Jason was a great experience from the initial contact through to completion of the work. He came out to give me an initial estimate, provided a detailed bid, and set an appointment to complete the work. He was punctual and professional, always arriving as scheduled. My old backsplash was removed and the new tile installed same day. I love the finished product!

He was very good. he was prompt and showed up exactly on time. There were two guys working with him and they sealed off the area well to minimize dust. They worked 8-10 hours a day for 4 days. I thought they were very professional and polite and I enjoyed working with them. The end outcome looks beautiful.

I got three bids from Angies List contractors to replace my kitchen backsplash and my wet bar backsplash. My kitchen is on the larger side with my backsplash being about 42 square feet. My wet bar area required about 8 sq ft of tile but there was no existing tile there so no tear out needed. One bid was too high and the other two bids were within a few dollars of each other but Jason did not tack on a separate charge to come back and seal the tile so I went with him. Jason arrived every day on time or even a bit early. He scheduled the work to begin about 5 days after his estimate. He worked as neatly as possible with the tear out of the old backsplash trying to mimimize mess and dust. He estimated 2 1/2 days to complete the work and he was finished in exactly 2 1/2 days. The new backsplash was put in exactly as expected...I used an interlocking puzzle tile with mixed marble and glass pieces and I did a lot of "piece switching" myself with the tiles to have them come out the way I wanted. Jason was very patient with my pickiness and never complained about me moving tile pieces around and requiring extra tile cutting. I was away from home some of the time he was he was working and had no concerns. Jason did excellent tile work for me and I am very pleased with the outcome. He was very flexible and pleasant to deal with. I will use him again the next time I have a need for tile work.

The project was no problem for Jason Buono he is a very nice and honest person and did a Great job. We are very pleased with the results! He also gave us a quote on another project and has saved us money by suggesting quality alternatives. All of his work came in right on budget.. We would recommend him to any homerowner who has a project large or small.

He was okay. We talked to him on July 18th and he came out on July 20th. The price was very good. We have white tile with white grout; he said that the grout was going to lighten up, but it never did. He was able to come earlier than he said because he finished another job. He was very professional.

I did not pay them anything for them to come and give me an estimate. They were responsive. Their prices were a little bit high. I got a quote over the phone. I would recommend them to others, but I won’t use them because I have another company I am using.

It went better than I could have expected! Jason was everywhere he was supposed to be when he was supposed to be there. He showed up right on time and gave a very reasonable and timely estimate. Once we agreed on a date, Jason and his crew were very prompt at 8 am every day and they stayed as late as 9 pm several nights just to get the job done on time. They were very respectful of our house and did an outstanding job of keeping everything clean and cleaned up every night when they left. As expected there were issues that came up that could not be seen until the job started and Jason was quick to let me know what the issue was, how it needed to be fixed and how much it would cost to get it fixed correctly. I was simply amazed at the attention to detail and the time he took to get all the tile cut and laid just perfect. He was super reasonable and the final results were amazing! We are planning on doing both the kids bathrooms upstairs and there is no way we would let anyone else do the job. Thanks Jason!

He showed up right on time for estimate, tile install, grouting, and even made a 3rd trip to seal the grout at no extra charge. Pricing was very reasonable and work quality was excellent. We plan to have our tub surround re-tiled in 6 months and will definitely use The Tile Guy again.

Several companies I contacted would not come out for a job as small as mine. Jason communicated clearly that we would help, but that he had a minimum service price of $250 that he wanted to make sure I was okay with. He matched the existing grout well and worked with us to make the tile replacement work with the number of tiles we had available. There is a little damage on one of the tiles right next to a tile that had to be replaced, but it is very minor and not surprising since removal can be tricky and since we have no remaining tiles to work with. I had previously used a handyman service to replace a single tile and was very disatisfied. I would call Jason again for similar repairs and will request a quote from him when it is time to replace the entire floor.

He cut the hole in it and put the tile in and was done in about 1.5 hours. He really does good work. He arrived right on time. Previously he did the backsplash for my granite countertop. He is exceptionally good. He does stone and tile, indoors and outdoors. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, and stayed right on the price he quoted.
