When David (the owner) called me, we talk for nearly 40 minutes about the services they provide and what I can expect from Tylar and her husband during the cleaning and future cleanings. He was very thorough and I appreciated that. Although I was happy with our conversation regarding Tylar and how amazing and efficient he said she was at cleaning houses, I was still skeptical about the outcome of the service. I was thinking I bet she misses something or forgets something. Tylar and her husband arrived prompt and ready to get started. We discussed what I wanted done and Tylar assured she should could be thorough and get it done in a short amount of time. I arrived home later that afternoon to find the house in immaculate conditions. I inspected everything.....I mean everything and she did NOT leave anything undone. She cleaned base boards, scrubbed floors, cleaned blinds, on top of shelves, EVERYTHING! This cleaning would inspire me to hire her for bi-weekly cleanings. I feel comfortable with her in my home and around my personal belongings. I would recommend Tylar for all my friends and family to try. If you need an A++ job done please call David at The Maid Place and hire Tylar.

Tylar an another arrived on time and spent a better part of the day clening my home from top to bottom. Cleaned wood bings and ceiling fans and everything looked perfect. I wa so pleased am signing up for bi weekly cleaning. My mother lives with me and she was so impressed with their work. And she is not a pushover by any means! They are fabulous!

Very pleased with The Maid Place. Previous reviews mentioned total housecleaning of rental properties and that's exactly what they delivered. I was given a window of arrival, and while it would have been convenient (for me) if the cleaners had hit the window earlier, they did arrive within that time and I received a call 30 minutes from arrival that they were enroute. We had moved the previous day and other than a quick run to provide trash bags, the 2 woman team brought all their own equipment and supplies. Within 2 1/2 hours everything was done from oven cleaning to blind dusting. Initial quote was $240 and final price was $260. I was ecstatic that I didn't have to do the cleaning and amazed over their thorough and fast cleaning the $20 difference was nothing.

Called The Maid Place and left a message that I needed a full house cleaning, ready for a tenant to move in. Received a prompt return call from the owner. She quoted a price range and we scheduled the appointment. I am out of town so I was not able to see it after the cleaning. However, my property manager went by to check it out and reported that they did a great job, move-in ready. Price was within the range quoted. I've only used a cleaning service once when I lived in a different state. Recently, we moved into a new house that to our dismay hadn't been cleaned. My husband and I cleaned the best we could, but wanted a few touchups and deep cleaning done once we got settled. Melanie and Neil were EXCEPTIONAL. They arrived a bit late due to a previous job, but let me know ahead of time that they were running late, so that was much appreciated. When they arrived, they went right to work. Neil tackled the stove ordeal. It looked like it had years of grease and caked on grime. When he was done, it looked like a brand new stove (no joke). Melanie went straight away and tackled the entire bathroom and guest bathroom--which look super amazing now. Before they left, the baseboards and wooden blinds of the entire house were spotless. Another thing that stuck out probably above all else was the extreme honesty of Melanie. I mentioned we had just moved into the house and have been here for only a couple of weeks. She found $200.00 in cash in a random place in the house (which wasn't ours). Instead of pocketing it--like most people would be tempted to do, she brought the matter to my attention right away. Now, we're trying to locate the previous tenants and return the money to the rightful owner! I cannot thank her enough for her honesty. I would definitely recommend The Maid Place!

I have used The Maid Place on and off for the past two years and moved to regular bi-weekly cleanings about four months ago. I have been thoroughly pleased. The same two ladies come every other week and are punctual, efficient, polite, and accommodating. I work from home and the ladies are always very aware of noise and they kindly do my office first. :-). Amanda has been awesome. I have had to rearrange the schedule a couple if times and she has never missed a beat. I would definitely recommend The Maid Place.

I contacted The Maid Place about getting my rental unit cleaned after the tenants moved out. They replied quickly with a price quote and I booked an appointment. I was pleased (and surprised) to receive a call prior to the appointment time letting me know they were on the way. They were right on time and got right to work. I didn't want to wait there so they said they would give me a call when they were close to getting done. Sure enough, they did! I inspected their work and it was above and beyond what I expected! Not only did they do a great job, but they even swept the balconies! They came in right on their estimate and I couldn't be happier! I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

We started using The Maid Place about 2 years ago for regular cleanings with Tylar and she did an amazing job! With havi'ng 4 kids in the house she went above and beyond what I ever expected to be done and was very efficient, she didn't have to stay all day to get the job done but did an extremely good job. We could always tell when she came as soon as we walked in the door form the fresh clean smell that was left over. She was professional, kind and we never had an incidents of accidents happening with our items, which I have heard plenty of stories from friends house cleaners breaking items and was very nervous about that but we never had any problems. In May we used the Maid Place for a move out cleaning and unfortunately because I was so last minute about scheduling Tylar was already booked so I had Anna. The house was a wreck from moving, the fridge had leaked water all over the kitchen floor which then got dirt in it and was a horrible mess, the cabinets and drawers were nasty from having little kids, one bathtub had bath time crayola all over it and by the time she was finished you couldn't even tell 4 small children had lived there. She helped get our deposit back with her superb job. I will definitely recommend The Maid Place to anyone who asks and will continue using them. Oh and they come with all the supplies, so you don't have to do anything!

5/28 - UPDATE: The Maid Place did call me back the Wednesday following the planned cleaning to explain why the service had not been performed. I expressed concern that it took 4 days for them to become aware that the service was not performed and that was only because I had called multiple times. They indicated that this was due to phone issues and not being able to access voicemail. They did offer some recommendations on other companies that may be able to perform the work, which I appreciated very much. Based on the follow-up, I did increase the professionalism rating to a "C". After researching many companies in the area we decided to use The Maid Place for our regular house cleanings. I spoke to them multiple times and arranged a time for the initial clean. My Saturday morning was spent getting ready and as the appointed time window came and went, I saw no one and heard nothing. I called that same day and the Monday following and have not received a return phone call. I am very disappointed

The two ladies did a very thorough job. both worked very hard for nearly 4 hours. We are pleased with the results and they were able to do it on a time schedule that met our needs. We will use them again should we need housecleaning services. Many thanks!

We purchased a new to us home that was vacant. I called upon The Maid Place to help me out in getting our home ready for us to move in. I received a phone call back the same day I left a message. We discussed what work I needed and was advised of the price and a time. Since we were not currently living in the home, I allowed them to enter without me being home. They called me to let me know they were on their way to the home. When we arrived a few days later to move in, the house was spotless. They did an excellent job! Thank you for your help!!!

The young ladies that cleaned the house were on-time and very professional. After going through the house letting them know what the main things I needed clean and the reason why. The ladies cleaned the house and it smells great. The main thing I needed was getting the cat smell and dander removed. These ladies did an awesome job.

I was not happy at all with my first experience/cleaning, but The Maid Place stood by their promises and came out again and redid the work a month later at no charge. I will hire them again. The second time was well worth the money.

Our 2nd deep cleaning. This one was in preparation for a house full of guests. We have a four bedroom home and both of us work full time + so getting into all the nooks and crannies of our home is difficult at best. We have used The Maid Place once in the past and were satisfied with the results. Overall, you really can't go wrong with this company. Their staff is professional and the price is more than reasonable. We had a deep cleaning several months ago and the two ladies did a great job. We scheduled for a monthly cleaning but there was a mix up with the scheduling system and the team did not show for one of the cleanings. We decided to cancel the monthly cleaning and simply use the service when needed to really do a deep clean of our home. This last visit went well. The two ladies (different from the first crew) did a good job. They were very punctual. The only thing I would say is that they did not do as well as the first crew with attention to detail. For example, while they did run the vacuum they failed to vacuum UNDER the table in our family room. This happens to be where we needed it most. I had to go back and vacuum this area myself. Overall I think this the company is priced under market and does a good job for the money spent.

I have used this company several times now and I can't tell you how much I love it when they come! The girls are so nice! I have used Claudia's team every time and they always do a good job. She and Victoria (which is her sister apparently) get straight to work when they come and finish my home (it's a fairly large house) in just a few hours! I have gotten to know the girls and it's almost like friends coming to visit me (well, friends that clean my home LOL) I just love them and can't wait until the next visit!!!

I am not a person who normally writes reviews, but I have never been so disappointed with the service i received as much as I was with this company. When I booked the appointment, I was told they would clean the refrigerator, the dust boards, oven, stove, bathrooms, floors, and dust the fan. When I came home, all the drapes were drawn to hide the terrible streaks on the wood floor. There was also a place there the wood floors where warped near the refrigerator which is caused by spilling water, and it was not there prior to the cleaning. The oven wasn't cleaned, the dust boards were not dusted, and fan was not dusted, and the laundry room still have alot of dust and a few spots on the floor. I called back the next day to let the company know that some of the things that I was told would be done, was not done. She said she would have the same young lady come out to re-do. When the young lady called me to let me know she was on her way, I had mention for her to dust the floor board, dust the fan, mop the laundry room and clean the stove. She mentioned that she could not reach the fan to dust it, this I do not understand why bc the fan is not that high, and if you say that fans are to be cleaned, then you should make sure the cleaning staff is equipped the the necessary items to make it happen. She also said she tried to clean the oven, but couldn't get the stains out and she also tried the floor in the laundry. When she came back the second time around, the only thing that was done was the base boards. I ended up having the clean the oven, the laundry room, and dusted the fan. All of which i was successful doing, so I can pretty much assure that not much effort was put in the try to clean these things. I will never use this company again!! There may be better workers in this company, but this particular person that cleaned our house was enough to never even want o try this place again.

I was extremely impressed with the initial cleaning and now my weekly cleaning. My house (2 story) not only is clean but smells clean. I am unable to clean my own home due to disability but they exceed my expectations. I highly recommend this company; specifically "my" team: Rosario and Maria. I give them 5 stars every week.

My experience from start to finish was great. I contacted several companies but chose this one based on their strikingly superior communication skills beginning with my very first email. They were so prompt, pleasant, intelligent, and agreeable compared to every other place I checked into. I really mean that, it was quite noticeable. And the experience remained top quality throughout. I love the two women who came to my house and I intend to hire them for regular cleanings. They attacked my list of specific problems with gusto and enthusiasm. Such a relief as these problems were truly yucky and I'd been putting off dealing with them. The price is comparable to everyone else I checked out. As of now I have no desire to call anyone else. Bravo to The Maid Place.

The Maid Place cleaned the house while we were not there, so I can't comment directly on their service. I will say, however, that the house was unbelievably spotless. They did such a better job than I would have done!

No very good, did not move anything...just cleaned around everything. For the money, not a value... Check the raitings and reviews.
