The Maid Place

A 2-person arrived promptly with all necessary cleaning supplies. They were very conscientious and did a great job, everything was clean as could be including the oven, and the house smelled great. It was definitely money well spent, after having packed and moved the last thing we wanted was to clean all of the rooms before leaving.

Maria and another lady arrived promptly (early in fact) and got right to work. They worked efficiently and did a fantastic job, everything looked and smelled great. They brought all their supplies and asked us to check as they finished areas. They were so wonderful we actually left for the last hour or so, confident everything would be done very well, and we were right. It was a pleasure to move into our new house knowing everything was clean and fresh, even the oven sparkled. We had a last minute delay in our closing, so we couldn't do the cleaning on Friday as planned, but The Maid Place got together a crew for a Saturday clean, so we could get everything done before moving in all the boxes and furniture. It was a little higher in price, but they told us that up front, and we were more than happy to pay a little extra to get the job done on Saturday. Would definitely use The Maid Place again!

The service was great. The team that came out was extremely thorough, professional and punctual. They did an excellent job cleaning everything in the house. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I think they were really thorough and trustworthy. Having a good experience with them, we've have them for about 4 to 5 months now. The crew that we have are always the same and they are really nice. They were good.

The actual cost was slightly more than the estimate based on time needed, but they prepared me for that. Juan and Mirasol we're efficient and professional...they were about 2.5 hours late, Juan called to let me know they were running behind.

I was VERY impressed with the job that Marisol's Team did, (Juan and Marisol). Although my apartment is not very large I have 2 100+ pound dogs that live with me. Their hair covered every single thing in my apartment, including the walls! It did take them longer than they said, about 4 hours I believe, but that was completely understandable with the amount of vacuuming that needed to be done. I met them at the apartment and went over everything that needed to be done and then left. When it got to around the expected time of completion Juan called me to tell me it was going to take longer because of the amount of hair, and asked if I wanted them to continue, and I did. When I returned home, even though it cost me more than I had anticipated, I was overly excited and very pleased with their work. My apartment looked and smelled brand new! Cleaner than when I moved in! My ONLY complaint is that when I was emailing with the contact person (do not know name) through my Angie's List account about what I needed, I specified that I needed upholstery cleaning for a few pieces of furniture and I needed the carpeted areas cleaned because of my dogs. They said it was no problem and included that in the estimate. Turns out that those things were not put on the work order for Juan and Marisol, so they did not come prepared with the steam cleaner. The cleaning job they did on the carpet was a "dry" deep clean, and did turn out well, but it was not what I had asked for. My furniture was thoroughly vacuumed and looked very nice. Perhaps I did not clarify well enough what I was wanting, but I feel like saying that I need my upholstery cleaned and my carpets because of pets and pet smells, that would mean a steam clean of some sort. So just be very specific when asking for specialty services. But over all I was VERY satisfied, and I will be using them again, and I have referred them to other people I know. Cost was $80/hr for a 2 person team, minimum 2 hours and then they billed per quarter hour after that.

My experience with them was okay. They started out good but then they started slacking off so I won't be using them.

This was without a doubt THE best annual cleaning I have EVER had!!!! In fact, I am so happy with the quality and service provided, I have scheduled routine bi-weekly cleaning from here on out. The professionalism, quality, and thoroughness of the work performed is absolutely top notch. The owners are responsive and involved and the staff is both kind and efficient. I would highly recommend The Maid Place to anyone without reservation!

Claudia and Patty did a great job. They were very thorough and detail oriented. I was very happy with the results. What I most appreciated was The Maid Place was able to accommodate me on short notice. I've since scheduled them to come again and David was easy to work with to set up dates and times that worked for me.

I am not able to do much housework myself due to arthritis, so for Christmas my daughter gave me maid service. She uses Angie's List for everything and came up with The Maid Place. Julie and Victoria from the Maid Place did a stellar job cleaning and tidying my house. Everything smelled so fresh. Bathrooms sparkled, stainless steel shone like new. This service is a gift from my daughter, so I cannot quote a price, but I am certain it is worth it. I am so happy with this company and with these sweet ladies.

I've been using the Maid Place for almost 6 months, on a bi-weekly basis. The same team of Leslie and Roy come to my house, and they do a marvelous job! I couldn't ask for a more professional, hard-working team. Leslie is very conscientious about texting me to let me know when they will be arriving, and they are very prompt and dependable! The bathrooms are sparkling when they leave, and the floors are spotless. I am very pleased with their service, and will continue to use this group for a long time. I highly recommend them!

I've had other cleaning services before but none have performed like the wonderful ladies with The Maid Place. They clean top to bottom every time. They pay close attention to detail and do such a great job! It's definitely my favorite day of the week! Getting signed up for their service was a breeze - the owners are very easy to work with. I feel the pricing is also very fair. I would highly recommend The Maid Place to anyone.

I have a fairly large home and they come in and get the work done very quickly. They are in and out within 2.5 hours, so they work fast. Tyler's team is always friendly, on time and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them!

Was assigned team Claudia. They arrived on time. Did a wonderful job. The floors look beautiful. The house is emmaculate. Because of my disabilities, they were extremely helpful. I look forward to my next cleaning with them.

They do a good job, but they miss things because they are in a hurry.

We used the maid place and they did a wonderful job. Rosario has great experience. Took approximately 4.5 hours. After this first clean they will come back on a monthy basis for about 100 per month. Recommended.

I can't say enough how pleased I was with The Maid Place. Leslie and Roy arrived early to clean the four major areas of my home for the holiday company. Both of them were pleasant and professional. They got to work immediately and finished in 2 hours! Now, my home was completely decked out for the holiday season so there was a lot to "clean around". Not a single ornament was disturbed, not a stocking out of place. They cleaned every thing, floor to ceiling! Even my plantation shutters gleamed! Amanda, the owner, was super on the phone and understood exactly what I needed. I have booked The Maid Place to clean again and look forward to working with them. P.S. Prices are fair and competitive with other cleaning companies in the area.

I give this company a grade of F (only because there is no lower grade which I can provide). They are not only repeatedly telling awful lies, but also they are accusing me of lying and, despite my repeated requests that they stop, continuing to harass me via e-mail. The owner, Amanda, is saying my house is basically a cess pool, which is not only complete fiction but also would be impossible for her to even assess, as she has never even been to my house.When I first told them I was going to give them a negative review on Angie's List, Amanda told me that she would strongly advise me not to do because If I did post a negative review, she threatened to call Child Protective Services on me. Seeing as how my husband and I adore our children and have nothing to hide, I did not pay any heed to her threat. Many of their false and hurtful claims were aimed at our son, who has autism. I told the cleaning crew that he had special needs, only to have one of their employees, Tyler, make false and uneducated accusations about my poor parenting, starting with the lock that we keep on the outside of his door for his protection. Because wandering is one of the symptoms of his (and, unfortunately, many others?) autism, we are afraid of him opening both his door and the front door and wandering around outside, and, as such, we keep his room locked at night.Also, Janice said that my son had feces in his bed and on his wall. I repeatedly told Janice that my daughter gave my son a bag of M&M?s the day before and it melted in his bed and he put his hand on one spot on the wall. I didn't clean chocolate because I didn't think it was a big deal and I was running late in the morning getting the kids to school. Disappointingly, despite the empty bag of M&M?s in his room, Tyler claimed our explanation was a lie.This company needs to take a class in sensitivity training (among other things) - not everyone is "perfect" like they are. I would happily give you a list of more than 50 people would happily attest that my husband and I are excellent parents. Moreover, we would be glad to provide notes from our son?s behavioral therapists stating that, given his propensity to wander, it is highly advisable that we take the step we did to turn the lock on his door. We have therapists, friends, parents, and even our sons teacher who frequent our home and NONE of them have ever made a comment about our parenting or the way our house is kept. For this uneducated woman to come into my home and make false accusations about something she knows absolutely about, that is unforgivable and should make Angie?s List customers question the validity not only of Tyler, but the company she works for. It is worth mentioning that they did indeed follow through on their threat of calling CPS. The CPS agent came and promptly closed the case because the charges were so bogus. At that point, Amanda said I was lying about the review I had given her and said she didn't care if I gave her an F on Angie's list (even though earlier she advised me not to give her a negative review ?for my own good?).To add injury to insult, Tyler's husband did break my candle, didn't offer to pay or replace it, and I do have an item missing in my house. Thanks to Angie?s List, there are an abundance of options for cleaning people. Especially since that is so, I can?t stress strongly enough to steer clear of these people. They are evil, have no clue how to treat people, and I'm sure will continue to e-mail and harass me for years to come. THIS COMPANY IS TELLING ME HOW TO RAISE A CHILD WITH AUTISM?!?!? EVERYTHING THEY ARE SAYING IS A LIE, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, PLEASE GO USE ANOTHER COMPANY, THERE ARE ALOT OF VERY GOOD ONES ON HERE. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE ON HERE WHO SAYS THIS COMPANY ISNT GOOD, STEER CLEAR OF THEM OR AMANDA WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE H*** LIKE SHE HAS MADE OURS!

Very good work cleaning a 3600 sq ft home, overall very pleased. A window blind was damaged but owner of company made good on this. Would highly recommend.
