Description of Work: Pros: worked with my schedule and rearranged theirs to accommodate my move-in date. | |Cons: The quality of cleaning services just wasn't great. The house was completely empty, but several things were left untouched. The kitchen pantry wasn't cleaned (found dog food on the floor which was from previous owner). One room had been treated for ants by the precious owner and there were thousands of little dead ants around the windows sills and floor. Those were still there when I checked on the house after cleaning. I believe they didn't even touch that room.

Nevertheless, we appreciate the feedback and look forward to working with you again at some point to hopefully merit the grade. ***I would like to clarify that this review was actually for another company, so the pricing is not accurate for us, but that we have worked with this customer on a previous cleaning that was in the neighborhood of $200 or so if memory serves correctly.***

Description of Work: Performed residential deep cleaning. They did an excellent job, therefore, I have hired them for regular cleaning. The cost is higher than my last service, however, this service is insured and the cleaning was more thorough so I think it will be worth the extra cost.

Description of Work: Maids were nice but aren't thorough. For example, they cleaned around objects instead of picking up the object (cups on countertop, etc) and cleaning underneath them. Nobody answers the phone when you call so you're always leaving a voicemail or text and waiting for a response. Owner David was brash over the phone and did not return our call when he said he would. They never confirmed our cleaning time so we weren't home when they arrived and they made it seem like it was our fault for not being home to let the maids in. Nice at first but service declined over time.

I just didn't see it.Then David spoke with your husband and booked a cleaning and ya'll were not there when she came out. We have always responded to you. You wouldn't answer the phone when we called you about missing the appointment and never spoke with David.You would only text us. I never could figure out why you accused him of being rude as I was sitting there when your husband called to book and he was very nice as he is to all customers. He was just booking a cleaning for ya'll. He even sent you a text to apologize that your husband felt that way after you texted us and said that he didn't mean to come across that way. Rosario's team is very thorough and you were always very happy with them from what you told me every time we spoke. She even waited an hour and a half for you the day that your husband booked her for just to be sent away. I heard him book the appointment.It makes me sad that you would say bad things about her work because you are upset with the office. I apologize again that you feel the way you do but we did confirm with your husband and David just wasn't rude to him but we apologize again for that anyway.

Description of Work: Update for 5/2 service: Cleaners were on-time and cleaned the whole home. Although it cost more than the cleaners we had before it is understandable as The Maid Place has overhead that individuals do not. Additionally, the cleaning team did a great job! I will use them regularly! UPDATE: Due to technological issues the provider never received the 2 responses I had sent. Amanda contacted me when she became aware of the problem and services have now been scheduled for May 2nd. I'm sure it will be great and I look forward to updating the review after they have been here!

I just saw your review on Angie’s List. I am a little confused as the last email I had from you, you had said we were out of your price range. I emailed a lower price but since you didn’t respond I just thought you were not interested. I don’t show any other emails for you. There is the possibility they were spammed but I try to check it every week or so. If you sent an email and didn’t hear back why didn’t you call me? We would never just turn away business after trying to lower the rate to get you on board. That wouldn’t make any sense for me as a business owner....
