Description of Work: Randy found an number of properties for ne to consider, all around the 90 to 110K. I am buying for investment so it is important that the properties are ready to move renters in too. He found just that type of property selling way below their earlier market value! I found Randy after talking to about 3 possible agents and he was able to answer questions the other two were not prepared for! Do talk to a number of agents don't just go with the first one you call!

Description of Work: This agent was the agent in charge of arranging the lease I was signing. He was 2 1/2 late (no reason offered), eventually a no show to sign papers on the lease property. My agent handled everything for me with grace and patience. He was on time when money was exchanged, but did not bring the garage door opener, I got that a week later. Had other issues as well (did not know the city code for rental property, among others) as only providing 1 key to the house. I still don't have the second key and he doesn't know where it is ("it's in my house somewhere"). Gave me $15 cash and told me to make my own keys.
