Robert was incredible from start to finish. He promptly returned my initial phone call, discussed my needs and he provided advice and feedback. We scheduled the install and he showed up right on time (with a 30 minute call ahead of time). He budgeted 3-5 hours and they finished in 4 hours. I thought they were very efficient with their time and everything went smoothly. The final results looked and sounded great. Robert is a professional and I highly recommend this company.

I had an outdoor antenna installed and the AV team also had to re-route my internet modem to accommodate the way I wanted the TV access. They did that at no cost. They also disconnected my Dish satellite while they were on the roof. I had two new coax cables installed too, so they had to get in the attic during the hot part of the day. Everything is working perfect and my internet is actually faster because it is in a different room.

These guys were great! Robert is both knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job. They were very neat with the work and even moved a large furniture piece. They were also very patient in answering all of my questions. Finally, Robert was very fair and did not try to up sell me. I highly recommend the AV team for any stereo and home theater needs.

Robert was great and you will not be disappointed if you choose him. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and very entertaining throughout the installation. We got a number of quotes and he was also the most competitive amongst them with better equipment.

Excellent! Would highly recommend! There were some challenges with how the builder did some things, but we were consulted every step and given options. Absolutely beautiful work!!

They were fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly determined what I needed based on what I wanted and what was available, without trying any upselling. The antenna was installed in my attic, new cable run, a couple of old problems fixed, and my TiVo connected and set-up in approximately one hour. I have officially cut the cord and will save between $700 and $1,000 a year. The picture is even better than cable TV. I wish dealing with internet providers were this easy.

It went great. Robert used an FCC app on his smart phone to determine the direction from my house to the Cedar Hill transmitter towers as well as the amount of signal loss I would likely have to overcome with an antenna. He recommended a high gain antenna which he then installed it in my attic. He then checked all of my TVs, scanned in the new channels and took out my old Time Warner cable TV equipment. The picture quality on each TV is excellent. He was quite knowledgeable and professional. Goodbye cable.

Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. We really wanted to install the antenna in the attic, but was told by another company it wouldn't work because of the radiant barrier roof. He installed the best antenna he had and hooked it up through the co-ax cable to run to multiple tv's. He made sure that all of channels were working before he left.

Robert seems like the kind of person that actually cares about the work he's doing and enjoys it. I called a few different places, but he was the first person to give me a no nonsense answer to my problem without trying to up-sell me on a new mount or some other needless service. Robert just gave me his fair hourly rate and told me that it would probably be a 1 to 2 hour job depending on what he found when he got here. Robert luckily was able to use my existing mount, reset it to the right height, and got my LCD tv hooked up to it all within less than an hour. Would have taken me all afternoon to do on my own. Highly recommend Robert for his professionalism, promptness and fair way of doing business.

Robert understood exactly what we wanted done and carried the equipment needed on his truck. He was available the same week and completed the work quickly and professionally. We had used another company to install some new equipment a few months earlier and couldn't get them to return our call for this job. I won't call anyone but AV Team again.

Good. He kept to his price/budget, showed up on time, cleaned up, crawled all over the attic running wire, crawled all under the house running internet and HDMI wires, drilled walls, mounted TV flush to a inset wall frame. I trusted him in the house all day and nothing missing. Took credit card. Fair price. Had all the tools and wires. And he gave me advice before even coming out on what to buy and what I needed so I could have it all for him when he came. He's from Nottingham England and very polite and professional. I will use again. Also, he returned my call in about two minutes from sending him a Angie's list email. One other AV guy responded to Angie's email but Robert got to my home so fast I cancelled the other appointment. One other AV guy didn't even respond to Angie's email or call, an all too common occurrence on Angie's list. The higher the rated companies, the more slammed with business they are.

Home was complicated to run wires through to install an antenna or get my router to the center of my home. Said it was possible but we would have to go around the back of the garage, to the side of the outside home into a wall and then run it across the carpet into the back of the fireplace and down a wall. A little complicated, but said it was the only way to do it. I agreed and he said i would be called back to perform work. AV Team never called back or set up an appointment. I have since gone with another service and they did this in a far less complicated way and didn't take up nearly as much time as what was described from the AV Team.

Robert was a professional from start to finish, reasonably priced, and a clear expert in his field. I had a rather involved setup that consisted of installing a home theater system in a 1960's home. That alone posed its own challenges, but Robert methodically took his time making sure that everything was done correctly and was aesthetically pleasing every step of the way. Robert was at my home a full day and in that time was able to install a massive television, full complement of on-wall and in-wall speakers, entertainment lighting, and relocated all of my components to a closet with all wiring terminating their for a seamless install. I've utilized a few of the major A/V installers in the DFW area and Robert matches and exceeds their level of expertise in my opinion. I essentially entrusted Robert to properly install over $10,000 worth of components for me in a home built in 1960 that was renovated, but maintained most of the original wall/attic framing and he did an excellent job. Everything looks and sounds great. If you are looking for an expert installation from someone conscious of your home and budgetary needs look no further than The AV Team.
