Description of Work: Installed outdoor HD antenna and hooked up all tv's in the house to the antenna. Also ran cat6 (before cat7 came out) cable throughout house. Did a great job at that too.

Description of Work: Robert checked to see why our TVs had begun to get bad reception. Checked inside the house at the TVs first, and determined signal from antenna was poor. Checked signal at inside splitter in attic, and determined signal was poor there also. Checked antenna on roof and found it was working perfectly. Determined that coax cable had gone bad somewhere between antenna and inside splitter. Replaced old coax cable between antenna and inside splitter, and TV reception was perfect again. Description of Work: It started out rocky because I expected a call the Sunday before the work. I got a call Monday morning where Robert explained that he had switched phones and had issues why he didn't call Sunday. He made up for it by calling 4 hours before our scheduled time and offering to come to the job earlier. He arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. He came in at the low end of his estimate and didn't try to upsell me when I told him I had more needs. He was fair, honest, nd fast. He made some suggestions and I have already called him for a second job at my house. He mounted my TV with my mount and cables. I plan on using him for my surround sound next. |The TV install was so good I'm planning on buying two or three more to mount in my oher rooms. Good Job Robert. He arrived at my house before I could even get back home. He waited patiently and didn't have an attitude about waiting. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. I will also admit I had a price in mind coming into this job because 3 years ago it cost me 150 dollars to mount this 48" TV and they company then lied about their Highland Park location and were unprofessional. The assistant was dirty and sweaty and sat on my couch with his feet up. I had to ask him not to do that and his boss apologized for the behavior. Robert was the complete opposite. He put on booties every time he entered my home. He will get all my AV work. | | | | |
