The entire experience is/was great. They were responsive. Answered all my questions. Recommended some stuff to keep my pool up and running smoothly. Just a good company doing good work.

Excellent! Robert really knows the pool and spa business. My husband usually takes care of our pool maintenance but we had a problem that was hard to locate. Robert found the issues immediately and made repairs at a very reasonable price. We have purchased parts from a well known pool company for years but never again! Robert did replace some parts but worked very hard NOT to sell us unnecessary services. Super honest guy. We would highly recommend Swim Clear.

It’s been wonderful. They do a wonderful job. I pay them a monthly fee which is about $35 a week. They take care in keeping the pool nice. They come out every week and communicate when there are issues that need to be resolved. They are just generally very reliable. They’re very responsive whenever I have a question or when I need to get a hold of them. I think the pricing they have is very fair and so it’s all good.

Robert was great to work with. His quote process was thorough, quick and competitive. His expertise and honesty helped us configure our system in the most efficient manner spending our money where it could make the most impact. He set expectations properly and then lived up to those expectations. The work was started and completed on time and the work area was left immaculate. He even helped with a neighbor in crisis during the job.

We had an issue today with our pool fountain not operating correctly, I called Robert to walk me through the issue and he said, not to worry, he would stop by in 15 minutes. I am so pleased with the responsiveness and the care that Robert delivers to us consistently. I would encourage anyone with a pool to work with Swim Clear!
