See above. I am not that computer literate to explain the "story from start to finish." I can simply say he knows what he is doing and does it well.

Joey Luder has been servicing my Apple computer for several years and I give him 5 stars. He always responds promptly and always addresses all of my problems. He deals not only with my computer issues but takes care of my wireless network and my printer network and is in the process of setting up a hard-wired network. The network includes a Windows computer. I would highly recommend him to anyone with an Apple computer and peripherals. Late last year I used MacTracks which was recommended by Apple and it was a disaster and they shut me down. Joey came out and resolved the problems. I highly recommend Joey with no reservations. We have a new iMac that was taking as long as our old PC to access and load web pages, plus we were having stability problems with our airport extreme. I found Seven13 through the local Apple store, and after an e-mail contact and brief phone conversation, was confident I found the right company, and set up an appointment at the house. Joey was on-time, promptly diagnosed the main issue and fixed it. He also took the time to do some additional re-configuration on the macs, as well as talk through options on the network set up we have here at home so we could network all our printers. In addition to working quickly, and being able to hold a technical conversation in understandable terms, Joey is a very personable guy! He finished in roughly the time he committed to, and charged what the estimate was, even with accomplishing the extras.
