The sales pitch was very convincing but confusing. I thought they were going to get rid of the rats inside of my home as well as block new rats from entering. They sealed the house but I still have rats in my attic and house.

The scheduling of the services was very easy. Our technician Kyle was very professional, friendly and informative. Got everything done very efficiently and kept us informed of the next steps. Payment was also very easy and getting to set up an online portal is a nice feature. Would highly recommend.

We had quite a few flying pests, spiders, and large cockroaches we noticed over the last week. Keaton called to advise he would arrive within 15 minutes which he absolutely did. He thoroughly explained the end-to-end process and was quite knowledgeable about to ins and outs of how to treat for all kinds of pests even those we didn’t particularly see but felt it better safe than sorry to address. Looking forward to the service for the next year to ensure we minimize our exposure to pests. The service is $145+tax for the initial visit with quarterly visits $105+tax.
