We first hired Alex in 2012 to do a termite inspection on an addition to our home. Since then, we have had Safe Pro maintain our home and yard with quarterly pest control services. We have had several different service pros over the years, but every one has been professional, courteous and thorough. The office always calls ahead and works with our schedule for maximum convenience. The quarterly service cost is lower than a national pest control company who did our service for years before 2012.

Wow! I was so amazed by Ryan. He was on time, kind and he was so thorough inside and outside my home. He went above and beyond and gave my home a 5 star service. I will only use SafePro and going to spread the word to my family, friends and neighbors. And the office staff was so knowledgeable and worked around my schedule!

Safe Pro techs all over our roof, found quite a few spots where rodents could get in, sealed them, came back out when I found another near a window overhang, took care of that as well. They weren't inexpensive, but we haven't an issue with rodents in the attic for years. They still take care of our insect control, always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Years ago we hired them to get rid of mice and rats in our attic. They did that and we’ve not had a problem since. Now we use them to control bugs outside and inside if ever needed. They’ve been great to work with.

From my very first phone call until the end of the visit from my technician, I was nothing but extremely impressed by Safe Pro. They took the time to listen to my needs, review my options, and answer all of my questions. My technician was very informative when he arrived at my house, explained everything he was going to do and took the time to walk me through everything. He was extremely respectful of us and our house during the 2 hours he was working on our property. I would happily recommend Safe Pro to any of our friends!

Bottom line: any kind of pest, inside, attic, garage, outside, playground... they have dealt with it. We live adjacent to a pond, and all of the wildlife that attracts. For ten years at this house, Alex and his crew have kept the critters both inside and outside well-managed, everthing from ants to mosquitos. He also recommended the home modifications required to keep the pests out of the house, gardens, attic, and garage.

The techs have always been thorough and responsible. Recently, I noticed a nest on the front of my home. This was in between my regular visits, but the nest was above my front door, and I didn't want insects flying into my home. I called Safe Pro and described the problem. Within two hours, the nest was gone.

I have a contract for quarterly pest control with them. They take care of indoor and outdoor pests. I have found all their employees to be very professional and helpful.

Found some bugs that I thought were termites. Requested a Termite Inspection via Angie's List. Marshall came out the next day and determined that they were ants and not termites. YAY! Never thought I'd be excited about having ants, but hey, at least it's NOT termites. Marshall educated me on the differences between the two insects and gave some advice(lowering mulch level around foundation) to help prevent insects from entering the house. I asked for and was given a quote for quarterly service. Inspection and quote was free! Marshall was very professional and I never felt pressured to accept additional services. I definitely recommend Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control.

They sprayed my yard for chiggers. I had been eaten alive before but after they came, no more bites!
