Description of Work: We called Safe Pro almost 3 years ago when we became exasperated with our previous pest control company. They had just been bought out by Terminex and we were getting nowhere with Terminex in taking care of critters in our attic. Safe Pro came right out, told us what they were going to do, and did it. They installed metal flashing over entry holes and in areas where the critters might consider coming in. They also painted the flashing to match the house paint. (Our paint.) The cost of the rodent exclusion was $895 plus tax. Way less than what Terminex wanted. Since then, Safe Pro has done our quarterly service, currently $86.60 per quarter. They call us on the first or second day of the month the service is due to make an appointment. They come out on time and do the service. They will have to fire me as a customer to get rid of me. As long as the service level remains the same, I will never switch to another company.

Description of Work: I use SafePro for quarterly treatments, and have never had a problem with insects. When I moved in, there was evidence of a lot of rodent/rat activity. The treatment with bait stations has gotten rid of them. |Always punctual and very courteous and attentive to every detail. I would highly recommend to family and friends!

Description of Work: Noticed about the same time Safe Pro noticed that squirrels had been chewing on the eaves of the house trying to gain access. Paid to have Safe Pro put metal at 15 possible entry points around the eaves of the house. Safe Pro completed. In addition, they perfectly matched the paint color so you can't tell that metal was put up. I will continue to use Safe Pro.

Description of Work: We had a ant infestation, which turned out to be a combination of fire ants and carpenter ants. They found the nests and killed them all. This about 3 years ago and the company has returned quarterly to keep them in check. We have had no ant problems since. They, also, trapped squirrels that were living in our attic and closed the holes they were using to get in.
