Troy came out today and practiced appropriate social distancing protocols. Troy was very thorough with his visit today. We have used Safe Pro for years and consider ourselves loyal customers.

Needed a service and found this group and very glad I did. We have a handicapped daughter that scoots all over and not having bugs and not having chemicals on the floor is a big issue. These folks are good caring and detailed. I’m a huge fan and would recommend them highly.

It went well. They finally were able to drill down in the kitchen to treat the termites. It was hard due to a cement brace for the foundations that the drill hit. I did not understand that I was to wait for 90 days before I had the cabinet remade. I had it remade a week after treatment. I think it will be okay. I was amazed at how bad it was on the floor of the cabinet. Contact paper was hiding the damage from us. I received a teacher discount. There was also a military discount.

I always enjoy working with safe bro. The technicians are always on time, professional, and full of information. The office staff are always friendly and easy to deal with.

I contacted several companies to examine the termite problem in our home. For Safe Pro, Rick came to do the estimate and provided a detailed treatment plan. He also thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns. Safe Pro's bid was competitive, and Rick was very pleasant to work with so I decided to go with Safe Pro. A week later, Tyler and Kyle were the technicians who conduct the treatment of the interior and exterior of the home. They explained their process and drilled the necessary holes through the concrete foundation to treat the interior of the house. They also injected foam treatment in the plumbing line areas. Afterwards, they cleaned up the treatment areas and patched the holes they drilled. For the exterior they trenched around the house and applied the termite treatment. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and I am greatly impressed by the entire Safe Pro team.

They come every few months to clear away outside cobwebs and spray for insects/pests. We only have them do outside most of the time. They will treat the inside as well for the same price but they do a good enough job on the outside that we usually never have that need. I appreciate being able to keep everything outside.

I have been a Safe Pro customer for 7 years (or more). Only one time during all those years did I have a complaint. They responded right away, came to our home with the manager to view my issue, and corrected it immediately. Highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We have used SafePro for many years now. We are always happy with their work. Employees are always courteous and helpful and very cleanly dressed.

We subscribe to quarterly pest control spraying with Safe Pro and it's great. We've been customers for at least four years. This year we had an issue with millipedes as well as brown recluse spiders (yikes!). They came out between quarterly servicing a handful of times to spray inside and outside at no extra charge. It's great to have a partner who really cares!
