They did an awesome job!
Description of Work: We had squirrels and other creatures in our attic so we hired SafePro. They came out and covered the holes and set the traps. We also switched to SafePro for maintenance after having Terminex for over 6 years. We feel that SafePro understands our needs and is responsive.

I can't say enough positive things about Alex. He is very knowledgeable, very professional , extremely thorough and reliable, and his service level goes way beyond anything that I have experienced from other well known pesticide companies in the fourteen years I've been living in our house. He is very experienced in pest control, having worked for larger companies in the business for years, and has really improved on their services. He keeps on top of the latest information about products and is great at discussing the pros and cons of various products & approaches. He is very mindful of the environmental and health concerns of customers like me, and has done a great job of accommodating me while also accomplishing the goal of keeping the pests away! He is easy to talk to, very trustworthy and has very high standards for his work. I can only give him my highest recommendation, and I'm very hard to please!
Description of Work: We have been using Safe Pro Pest for about eight months now, on an every other month basis. We wanted a nontoxic but thorough pest control program, and Alex uses both organic and non organic, depending on what the customer wants. At the start of each service call, Alex first talks to me, either in person if I'm there or by phone before he arrives, to learn about our latest experience and any concerns we want him to investigate. In our house, he begins by going into both our attics and checking for rodents or any other pests. He sets traps there for rodents, which we've had problems with in the past, checks them each visit, and updates us on what he finds. He has also surveyed our roof & gutter areas from the outside & sealed small openings which could allow pests to get in. Then he checks our outside rodent boxes to check the rodent activity level around our property, and refilled them with the rodent poison when needed. He checks around the exterior of our house for all kinds of pests, and removes any bees nests or spider webs, including on my front door and the windows around it. Finally, he applies an organic (nontoxic) granular pesticide (made from thyme oil) around the foundation of my house, which has worked beautifully in keeping the insects away. Since he's been working for me, I don't think I've needed him to do anything inside our house for insects - but it is my preference to keep pesticides on the outside, and his organic pesticide works really well. Each time he comes he checks with me on whether I want anything treated on the inside, and so far, no need! I also appreciate that he is always very clean and puts on those paper booties over his shoes before entering my house.
