Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control

Went very well. Alex followed up promptly and when I had to cancel followed up with a discrete amount of contact. The team arrived on time, explained everything that they were doing, the issues that we had and explained the contract (which I asked for). I have not been with them long enough to vouch for the on-going service but hopefully it is every bit as professional as the initial visit. Angies list ratings were spot on for this company.

I found Alex Cantaboni with Safe Pro Pest Control on Angie?s List just a few nights ago. I choose them because of their excellent Histogram ratings. I e-mailed Alex very late one night through the Angie?s List web site and the very next morning at 8:00am he was calling me to follow up. We scheduled an appointment within a couple of days and he called 30 minutes ahead of time before the appointment and he arrived on time. He showed up dressed professional and in a newer model service truck. I showed Alex around the property and all inside the house. He went to his truck and got straight to it. He treated the inside of my house then he started on the outside parameter, then he got his ladder and knocked down about 6 or 7 Wasps nests and about 10 Dirt Dobber nests. Alex was kind, considerate and professional. I asked him a ton of questions and he patiently answered each and every one of them. I signed a service agreement for 4 additional treatments over the next 13 months. I would DEFINITELY use Safe Pro Pest Control again.

Due to the age and condition of our house, immediately eradicating our problems was hard. Alex treated the house and then I called him to return when I started seeing waterbugs appear. He was super-responsive and patient, and came back a few times after the initial treatment, at no cost to me since I signed up for the quarterly contract. After a few treatments, the waterbugs disappeared (thank goodness) and I haven't seen one in at least 3 months. He suggested several things we could do to better pest-proof the house during the initial consultation and we were able to do some things right away to prevent pest problems. Since then, we have had another treatment in-between for ants in the yard and another quarterly service. Each time Alex and Nick have been to the house they have been punctual, nice to my pets, and responsive to my needs. At one point a family of squirrels made their home in the attic (he warned us, but closing up the attic didn't happen yet) and he even advised me on how to trap the squirrels and prevent more. I'd certainly recommend SafePro to my friends and family.

It went fabulously. Alex responds promptly to phone calls, is completely professional and reliable, and never gives up until he has taken care of your problem.

The guys missed their appointment but called and apologized. They arrived promptly on the second try. Alex and Nick were very professional, took their time and were thorough. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Alex responded promtly to my call regarding possible termite infection in my house. He came the same day and determined that no action was necessary. He did not see any evidence of termites or ants causing the damage. He did not charge for the visit. Awsome service. Recommend without hesitation.

I noticed a new pest problem in my condo last week. I wanted to address it immediately so I began to research companies on the list and decided on SafePro based on the reviews. I sent an email to SafePro and Alex returned by call almost immediately. We discussed my problem and we scheduled for Monday. Alex was great...professional and easy to work with. He was on time (actually a little early!) and offered a very competitive price. He explained everything as he was working and offered some great advice. I would use SafePro in the future and would recommend them to others.

I was extremely impressed with the prompt, courteous service received from Alex. Upon electronically submitting a request for an estimate on general pest control, I had a response from him within the hour. He was then able to schedule my appointment within a couple of days. Upon arriving, I found him to be very neat, personable and professional. He addressed the concerns that I had and told me not to hesitate to call if I saw any insects. I felt confident in signing a 1-year contract to have him treat our home/yard on a quarterly basis. I would highly recommend Alex and Safe Pro to anyone looking for reliability and professionalism in a pest control company.

Alex is a great guy to work with. He's very knowledgeable on the subject and is able to explain various products/options and respective pros and cons. Alex spent hours performing the treatment. He paid great attention to every little detail. I didn't know there was so much to know about termites before. I have dealt with many pest control companies in the past. Had a lot of bad experiences. Some will charge your over $100 for 20~30 minutes work. Sometimes I found ants and other bugs in my house just a few days after a treatment. Many will try to sell you annual plan that cost hundreds. Safe Pro's service is the best I had so far in terms of value and quality of service. I recommended Safe Pro to 2 of my coworkers.

Excellent. Responsive, timely, and educational. Didn't realize that these ants (flying ants) like to eat wood and can be more of a problem than just being pesky.

It was an excellent experience. He took 30-45 minutes of his time to inspect the house. They definetely have the best prices on the market and they truly care about their services. I had to deal with professionals in the past who would be there only for the quick buck. These guys are one of the few that have service and customer satisfaction as their number One priority. I had an excellent experience with this company. The service was great. Alex not only does a great job but also takes time to explain to you what he will be doing and why. He warned me that I may see termites for a few more days (which I did). But we have seen no other sign of termites. I would recomend Alex to anyone.

We discovered late on a Friday afternoon that we had termites. There were all these weird bugs in the master bath and then they swarmed. I immediately ran to the computer to check bug pictures and figured out they were indeed termites. Went to Angies list to find a contractor. Read the reviews on several companies and decided on Safe Pro. Called and spoke to Alex and he said he could come that day . Alex called 15 or 20 min before to let us know he was on his way. He and Nick came and looked over the situation, measured, and gave us an estimate. I had told him we had tickets for a show and would have to leave at 7pm so they were very prompt on arrival and got right to work explaining what they would do and answering all our questions and also telling us about the chemical he would be using. He also gave us a booklet with detailed information on the chemical they would be using. Alex gave us an estimate, it seemed fair to us after all the reports we had read. We made an appointment for the following Tue and he called 30 min before to give us a heads up that he and Nick were on the way. They were prompt , good workers, clean and tidy, professional and did all they had said they would do and in the time frame they had thought it would be. All very good experience with this company. They even treated some ants in the gutter and under a window sill and some fire ant beds. Alex called 6 days later to check and make sure everything was okay. We will definitely use this company again and will recommend to others. A one year renewable warranty was included with the contract. If we have any problems they will come out and do whatever treatment is required. One year from now we can renew for $150. All this is fully transferable if we were to sell our home.

Contacted Safe Pro on a Saturday. Alex returned my call within 2 hours. I requested rodent control in the garage. Alex came out on Monday to set some traps. He was great providing updates and following up. He also returned later in the week to check the traps and remove them. Customer service was great. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service we received. We had heard sounds in the walls and attic indicating some sort of animal or animals in the walls. Initial indications were that it might be one or more rats. They discovered however that it was squirrels. After a very extensive search they found and repaired between 5 and 10 possible entry points. Each was repaired and neatly patched with sheet metal to prevent immediate recreation of the holes by the squirrels. Despite indications that the squirrels weren't in the house at the time of repairs, it turns out that they were and so we heard them that night. At this point they came out and opened one of the openings and built a small run to a squirrel trap. Over the next week, they made multiple trips out to remove trapped squirrels. In total 5 were trapped and removed before the hole was resealed and we were left with a squirrel free house. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness given that the amount of work involved was significantly larger that what they expected when providing the initial quote. There was no hesitation on working with us to completely address the problem.

This is not a fast process. They were here at about 8:30 a.m. and weren't done until after 12:30 p.m. They drilled holes in the back patio to make sure all termite areas were covered. They dug trenches all around the house. I asked him if he forgot a spot because I couldn't see any evidence they had treated one area in the front of the house. He showed me evidence that they had done that area. They don't take shortcuts. They use the best and most expensive termite treatment. Termidor! They fully guarantee it and Alex used to work for one of the better known companies. I have used that "better known" company for previous homes I owned and they take BIG shortcuts and don't really do the RIGHT job. They do what they do. Make money and base their job on not having to work hard. They have a name. Alex has not been in business on his own for very long, but I guarantee you that he will show you what he is doing. Explain the whole process, and he gives you a $200 discount if you mention his webpage. Then, their pest treatment is wonderful! I haven't seen a bug anywhere in or out of my house yet. If I do, Alex says I can call him. I have taken the $75 every 3 months contract to protect me there. By the way, their contract after the first year for termites is $150. I know other companies charge a lot more.

The service that Alex provided was great. He takes a lot pride in his work and is very eager to please. I loved that he is the one who comes out to give you the estimate and also does the work!!

I am very satisfied with Alex. He kept the appointment and arrived well before the window he had given me. He explained in detail the cause for the flies and what needed to be done. He set all the traps that day and then returned on Sunday when I found the squirrel in the trap. He returned 2 more times to check the rat taps he had set in the attic. Alex is professional, respectful and courteous. I agreed to 2 bait boxes which he explained should help to prevent rats from getting into my attic in the future. I plan to use Alex for routine pest maintenance. He is easy to work with and his prices are fair. If you need help with pests, I highly recommend Alex with Safe Pro

I Called Safe Pro Pest Control and requested a free price quote, Alex came by my office on time and explained to me what needs to be done, gave me a bid and was very professional. I called him back a few days later because out of all bids that I received, Alex with Safe Pro was very professional. He came back again on time and did a great job, No more bugs and fire ants. Would defiantly use again in the future and highly recommend Safe Pro Pest Control. A+++++++

Alex was professional, courteous and friendly. He ended up making several trips to my home but made sure to schedule them at a time that was convenient for all of us. He did not add any extra charges. He is a great guy!

Had noticed scratching sounds in the ceiling above our bedroom at night we assumed it was a rat. It was an area that is not accessible and wasn't sure what to do. We found Safe Pro in Angie?s List and gave them a try as they were a Plano business and we live in Plano and we try to support Plano business when we can. We called on Saturday and Alex came out on Monday to inspect, my expectation was for a salesman type to come first then arrange for a technician at a later date. To my surprise Alex offered that if we wanted he could do the work right then located possible entry points and sealed them right away. The rats were trapped and Alex came out as scheduled a few days later and collected the traps. No more scratching sounds at night, it was successful.

He was very prompt. He was pleasant and personable and careful not to track dirt into the house. He was more knowledgeable than other pest control people I've dealt with. He is extremely professional. He gave me higher and lower cost alternatives, explaining the benefits of each. He even vacuumed the floor in the laundry room when he moved the dryer to get at the dryer vent. He also made sensible recommendations for better dryer hoses. He has a work ethic that requires higher quality performance than the average and I would absolutely recommend him.

Excellent! Very professional, personal, prompt service. No complaints whatsoever! Alex also gave me a detailed explanation on what he found, with recommendations and an estimate for recommended repairs (vent screens, etc.) Got the new customer rebate. They found no active infestation, but I will let them do the bi-monthly treatments with the eco-friendly product after we move in, at least until we're settled and recommended repairs are done.

The service was very good...they in fact, trapped a rat in the attic and removed it for which I am thankful! They left a trap in each attic space and will be back in another week to check them. They were very thorough spraying inside the house as well as outside. Both Alex and Nick returned and one worked inside while the other worked outside. I really feel like it was worth the price because I had two workers as compared to one from anyone else I've ever used. They were very pleasant and showed up on time as promised with a phone call beforehand. The quarterly service fee of $85.00 is very comparable to other companies I have used. This is a young company and I like that because they try very hard to please the customer. They even retrieved some shingles that were hanging from my chimney...really nice guys!

I can't say enough positive things about Alex. He is very knowledgeable, very professional , extremely thorough and reliable, and his service level goes way beyond anything that I have experienced from other well known pesticide companies in the fourteen years I've been living in our house. He is very experienced in pest control, having worked for larger companies in the business for years, and has really improved on their services. He keeps on top of the latest information about products and is great at discussing the pros and cons of various products & approaches. He is very mindful of the environmental and health concerns of customers like me, and has done a great job of accommodating me while also accomplishing the goal of keeping the pests away! He is easy to talk to, very trustworthy and has very high standards for his work. I can only give him my highest recommendation, and I'm very hard to please!
