Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control

They did what they promised and we also now use them for our regular pest control. Alex is always very responsive and we've been very pleased with their work.

Alex was very responsive to my query through Angie's list and was punctual and professional for the estimate. He was able to find that a previous termite treatment had occurred while competitors did not. He was also the best estimate and it fit my budget. Noteworthy is the continuing service at a lower annual rate than his competitors. He was very professional and a joy to work with.

I contacted Safe Pro based off glowing reviews on Angie's List. I'm moving into a house next month and this was a priority on my list. I sent an email and Alex replied back right away. I told him what my needs were and had a scheduled appointment the next day. Nick was prompt and I liked him right away. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Before he finished he walked me through the exterior and identified 3 points of entry for rodents. For the initial visit my cost was $70 + tax. I signed up for the quarterly maintenance service. The estimate for taking care of the points of entry was $325 + tax and includes 2 rodent boxes which Nick suggested I place in the backyard. I'm going to schedule this service for a later date. Nick also suggested that I could just start off w/ the rodent boxes ($25 each) if I didn't want to have the full service done. What I liked most is that these guys listened and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I would recommend these guys for any pest control services.

The technician (Alex) who treated my mother's home was extremely attentive and courteous. My mother is 80, and I'd spoken with Alex prior to his meeting with my mother to let him know that she is struggling with hearing loss as well as several other disabilities. Alex took time to answer all questions my mother had for him. Mom said he "felt like family." Another technician from Alex's company treated my home several days later. He spent at least an hour (or more)--making sure to knock down multiple wasp nests. He was very respectful when answering my questions. About 3 days later, I continued to see a few spiders. When I emailed Alex, he said he was happy to return to re-treat. Happily, I did not need to ask him to re-treat. I have not seen any more pests.

On Monday night, my husband and I noticed a trail of winged-insects in our study room. We haven't had any trouble with other insects in our room so this was troublesome. We noticed they were going toward an empty wooden basket. After looking up a million pictures of termite vs. ants charts, we decided to find an exterminator. I filled out Safe Pro's online form and promptly received an email early Tuesday morning. I asked if he could meet me at the house at 5 so that both my husband and I would be there. At 5, Alex came and inspected the insects that we had kept in a Ziploc bag. He informed us that they were ants and not termites. He then inspected around the house for any other issues and gave us fantastic advice on how to prevent any further problems. He briefly talked about a contract but did not push us whatsoever to buy anything. If we decide that we want a pest control service, Safe Pro Pest Control is definitely our company.

Whew! That would have been expensive! He thought the bites were chiggers. We're new to Tx, so we weren't familiar. He suggested power spraying the lawn and a regular spray inside. We paid about $135 w/ tax.

They are very prompt in responding to our request and they are very prompt with arriving at our house. They clean up and even cover their shoes before walking in our home. They make recommendations of what we can do on our own also. They are very honest and reasonably priced.

The job went very well indeed. He came promptly and did exactly what he said he would do. Everyone who came was courteous and explained what they were doing.

I called to find out more about their services on Wednesday morning. They called me back within 2 hours and we discussed options and a preventative maintenance control for pest control. They quoted a price and offered $50 off since I had found them on Angie's List. They set the appointment for service the next day. Thursday, Nick called 20 minutes before to confirm he was on his way. They were slated in the 3-5 p.m. range and he arrived at 3:30 p.m. He was professional and courteous. He brought booties for his shoes to keep dirt out of the house. He ran over everything that he would check for and treat. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He was genuinely happy in his job. He went through the maintenance contract thoroughly and then got to work right away. He was inside the house working quickly. He worked on the outside of the house treating it and inspecting it. This took him longer than anticipated, but there were no complaints. He found carpenter ants that had been getting inside and some acrobat ants and treated for them. He gave me a full report of everything he saw and treated. Luckily, no major issues were found. He also advised that if we find anything, to call them and they would come back and take care of it. He completed the work at 5 p.m. and was off to another job. Not more than 1 hour later, I found a cockroach that had just crawled out of the cabinets under a bathroom sink. It crawled out and died from the treatment. I had no sign of cockroaches in this bathroom before and had just cleaned it the day before - not finding anything. Clearly, it had come up from under the house via the opening for the sink pipes. Thank goodness I had been proactive to have pest control treatment before it turned into a problem! Needless to say, I'm very happy with the service and it was worth the time and money so far.

I was able to get them within a week and they showed up on time. They did the inside work first and then the outside. They called me up afterwards to check the results. They explained what they were going to do and also told me that if there were various problems between services they will come out and do the treatment. I called them back because it looks like there is some kind of infestation in one of my rooms so they are coming next week. They are very prompt in everything.

I called Safe Pro on a Tuesday and set up an appointment for the next day. He was polite, friendly and courteous. I explained the situation and showed him the termites I had collected and where I had found them. He proceeded outside and began to inspect my property. He inspected both the inside and outside of my home and found an active mud tube at the back end of my porch. When he was finished inspecting he gave me a written estimate of $1056 plus tax for the application of Termidor around the exterior of my home, with a price of $95 for annual renewal of termite treatment warranty. He stated that the estimated price may be $75 less if my porches turned out to be a part of the same pour as the slab. Mr. Cantaboni also offered to let us pay 1/2 at the time of treatment and the balance due net 30. My husband and I talked over all the estimates and decided to go with Safe Pro. Out of all the four exterminators that I had come and inspect my home, Safe Pro was the only one that found the active mud tube at the base of my back porch. He took the time to do a through inspection and I felt better going with him on such a large expense.

Called to make an appt. Gave me options. Agreed on the 16th between 12-2, but said it would probably be closer to 12. On the day of, received a call and said they could be to my house at about 11:45 if that was convenient for me as their other job finished early. I said ok and they were there at about 11:45. Both Alex and Nick worked solid from arrival until about 12:30. Again was very pleased with the service, their promptness and professionalism. Glad I signed up for service.

This was the first service. He was very helpful and kept me involved in the process. He kept me posted about any changes. I would recommend him to others and would rate him highly. Actually, I am going to use him in the future on a quarterly basis.

This is real quick and to the point. I called them up they were available to come out very quickly. They came out. They were polite, professional and helpful. They made some recommendations that were very reasonable and I signed up to get a yearly service with them. Very happy with this company. Ants were gone instantly.

It was an outstanding experience. Alex called about 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he would be there at the appointed time. He arrived promptly. He quickly went to work evaluating the problems I had with ants and cockroaches. The treatment has been 100% effective! I would highly recommend Safe Pro.

I had rodent droppings in my attic, and called Safe Pro from Angie's List, picked because of the high ratings. Best choice I could have made. Like all the others I was impressed by their knowledge and straight- forward responses to my questions from Alex who checked the situation, and Nick, who followed through with the work. The attention to detail, and follow through, was very thorough. The attic rat was caught, entry holes repaired, and even pointed to a place on my roof that I didn't know needed work. Very fair price.

Alex and his team inspected my home for entry points. They checked roof to ground and sealed every entry point. We have cathedral ceilings and not attic access. They placed traps in the soffits vents. They came out every five days to inspect the traps. The team used shoe covers when they came in the home. I love their work and would use them again.

Alex answered all of my questions on my initial call. He arrived on time and was patient with me as I was dealing with paint contractors that morning as well. One of our concerns was wasps in the house. He explained that he found no nests and that most likely they were entering through the chimney. He put a screen over both chimney tops and we have not seen a wasp in the house since then. After dealing with terrible receptionists at the last pest service our landlord used, it was so nice to be able to speak directly with Alex, the owner of the company, who knows his business well. After reading the reviews on Angie?s List, I decided to contact SafePro Pest Control to help me get rid of squirrels that had decided to make my attic their home. Alex, the owner, explained their approach using a trap and how they would seal up all holes to the attic once we were all convinced that there were no more squirrels in the attic. Nick came out and assessed the situation and gave me further information including an exact cost. From the beginning, Alex and Nick explained that they would never try to sell anything that a customer didn?t need. The estimate was very reasonable and I asked them to proceed. Within 24 hours, our attic was squirrel free. They left the trap for another week to be sure nothing else was in the attic before sealing up the holes. Alex and Nick both came by to check on everything. I believe, overall, Nick was actually at my house three times and Alex was there twice. I was pleased with the care they took not to harm the squirrels. Once we were certain we no longer had guests in the attic, they sealed up several holes leading to the attic; several of which I was unaware were even there. I was so impressed with them that I also asked them to perform routine pest control on a regular basis, which they started right away. They include fire ant control in their regular pest control so I was able to cancel a service that I had set up with my lawn service company. I have a small dog and discussed my concern of pest control products around her. They assured me nothing they were going to do would harm her. In fact, they have a different approach to pest control than most companies resulting in less exposure to the chemicals. It?s a small business at this time and they work hard to treat their customers right. I expect to see a lot of growth for them in the future based on what I experienced.

Safe Pro Employees are curteous, knowledgable, punctual and efficient (A combination that is hard to find!). They did exactly what was described and now my attic is rodent free. I was so impressed with this job that I have contracted them for pest control.

Very responsive service and very professional. I look forward to using their services again -hopefully not for squirrel removal.

Overall it went great as previously mentioned. The animals are gone and now we have roof repairs to take care of.
