Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control

Alex was great. He confirmed that we did have termite damage, but that it was quite old. There is no current activity. We agreed the best course would be to wait for a few months before repairing the damage. He inspected the rest of the house and was on his way. There was no charge! That is honesty. He could have proceeded to spot treat and charge me the quoted $200 - $250. I never would have known. I should also add that is was very nice, polite, and professional.

We had squirrels living in our attic, which I tried to get out myself with a one way trap and covering holes with chicken wire. Unfortunately, the squirrels found other places to chew new holes which I could not find or reach. Alex, the owner, came out and showed me other places the squirrels could get in and chew holes. He gave me a price that was half what other companies quoted me, and he guaranteed that I would not have the problem again. He sealed all the holes with sheet metal, and used my house paint to make sure it blended in. Some of the holes were very high on the second story. Other companies would have charged me extra for that. Within hours, we caught the squirrels and he came to pick them up and relocate them on the same day. For safe measure, he put rat traps in the attic, but we have not caught any yet! I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I got them as a recommendation from someone else. Alex was very personable and straightforward with what needed to be done. I am so happy this ordeal with the squirrels is over. I don't have to worry about them doing any more damage to my house or electrical wires, and I no longer hear them skittering around in the ceiling. The peace of mind is worth every penny!

It went well. Alex and Nick are very professional. They returned twice to check the traps. We haven't caught anymore rats so we assume they are staying out. I would definitely call these guys again. They are professional, responsive, and friendly.

Prompt friendly thorough evaluation of critters in my attic. Pricing was competitive. Since sealing the entry areas in the attic and setting a trap to catch and release the squirells , we have not had any addtional problems

Everything went well. I contacted Safe Pro because I was hearing noises in the attic at night. Alex did a thorough analysis of the home - inside and out, confirmed presence of an animal(s) and outlined a plan. Within a few days I was pest free. Alex was very professional and was very focused on solving the problem. Not just a "cookie cutter" process. And now I am a refular customer!

I did like them a lot. They were timely and personable and they showed up within 24 to 48 hours of initial contact. The price was fair for what they did and I don't feel like I was ripped off the price was good. They did a very good job.

The owner is Alex. I called another service provider to have an estimate and they did termite inspection. They found some water damage by a water leak in the house so they were going to do an exterior full house treatment and then just put a fogger in where they found the water damage. I wanted to call another company out, so I called Safe Pro. Alex actually found not only the damage in the water area but ten feet away in my water closet and in my laundry room, there was further damage and active whatever activity. He also showed me at the outside base of the house an active colony and pointed out some other damage around the house that had been done which the first company didn't show me any of that. If they had showed me the active colony outside, I would have planned a little more urgently. Alex's price was very reasonable. I felt like they did a great job. I just felt they went above and beyond. Their service was excellent. The other thing I found out about the company was their renewal rate. The first company that came out told me it would be $300 a year to renew but Alex's company was $95 a year to continue the coverage which was a huge difference. One of the things that really impressed me is Alex's company made it affordable for people to want to keep up their termite coverage for $95 a year rather than just saying we'll let it go. They don't seem to just want to come in, make some money and get the heck out. They really care and they want to establish a relationship with the home owner so that they can prevent stuff going forward. I've already recommended them to several other people. I found them on Angie's List but the first company I called was not on Angie's List. When they came out to do the quote I did some checking and they were not on Angie's List or on the BBB. Then I went to Angie's List to call out for a second opinion and that's where I found Safe Pro. I did some checking on them too and their rating was one of the reasons that I called them. They were out here the next day. I have to say, that alone has worked my subscription for Angie's List. I was so happy with their service.

They were extremely punctual. I would absolutely use them again. If every company approached their product and service in the manner that this company did, my life and everybody else's live would be a lot easier. They had realistic prices for the job they did. They called ahead to say when they were coming in so many minutes. In all cases, they were actually early. The technician was extremely professional and he answered every question that we had about the rat removal. He gave us tips on what to look for in the future. From top to bottom I couldn't ask for a better experience. There are plenty of firms on Wall Street that are not as professional as this pest removal company.

They did regular pest control and termite treatment since we got the house. They did real good job that our house is free of bugs right now. The following stories are related to the first time they came in. We got a scare at the termite swarm season(just after we had them coming to apply for termite and insect treatment the first time) as the flying termites showed up in one of the bathrooms. We were a bit panic. They came (even though it was on Saturday evening) immidiately and explained to us that we were late in applying termite treatement for that year. Therefore they were swarmming but we don't need to worry as it won't happen again. They did detailed checking of our attic for animal activity and they realized that one of the air condition tubes at the hidden location looked bad. They took picture and gave it to us. Thanks to them we could ask our air condition guy to replace new one for us.

Everything went well. Safe Pro arrived on time and did the job exactly as promised.

It went great - Very Pleasant experience. I called Alex on November 30th, left a message and he promptly called me back. We talked about 30 minutes, he explained everything and I felt very confident in choosing them. He scheduled my initial treatment for the next day. Nick arrived promptly within the hour window and was very professional. He did a great job and spent almost 2 hours at our house explaining everything in detail and thoroughly treating our house. I am extremely satisified with Safe Pro and would strongly recommend them.

Was in the process of doing some remodeling in our bathroom when during the tear down phase the contractor discovered termite damage and recommended that we call someone in to check it out. I called Safe Pro on a Friday afternoon and they were here on Sat morning to inspect the house. They discovered active termites in one of the areas and proceeded to give me an estimate of what it would cost to take care of the problem. Their estimate seem reasonable,so I signed a contract to do the work. They came out on Monday morning and took care of the inside areas and returned on Wed morning to take care of the outside of the house. Their fast action insured that the contractors could stay on schedule. Alex returned the next week to inspect the job and make sure we were happy with everything, which we were. The overall experence was great. They explained everything in detail and I new exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it.

For the termite prevention, they dug a trench around the house and applied Termidor. We have a flagstone patio and they were careful to drill into the grout only so as not to damage the stone. I have three dogs who get into everything so I was very concerned if the chemicals used was safe around pets. They assured me that it was and to keep the pets inside for about 2 hours until it dries up. They also sprayed inside our window sills, bathrooms and kitchen drain for the roaches and other pests. There was no odor. About 3 weeks later, we spotted some ants & spiders and called them. They came back and sprayed for those pests at no charge. They were very polite & professional. I found them on Angie's list and will use them again for pest control.

It went very well over all. Alex and his crew were prompt, courteous, and neat. Alex is well-trained and expains clearly what he is doing and why. He is considerably less expensive than national companies. I would definitely use him again.

Love, love this company and it's owner! VERY accomodating. They couldn't spray in my pantry to get rid of moths (would damage ALL the food), so Alex himself helped me begin to sort through everything in my pantry to get rid of the bugs. They also came to clear the critter traps-several days earlier than planned AND on the weekend -when the aroma of dead beasts in the attic became unbearable. We will be continuing to use them for our regular quarterly pest treatments. SO happy I've found someone I believe will be reliable and trustworthy.

They did a good job. They explained the services thoroughly and they performed the services as they described. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. They were on time for their appointments. I think that their price was comparable to that of other companies. It is hard to report on the quality and judge whether the treatment is doing what it is supposed to be doing because you cannot see it. Their responsiveness was very good. It was a good experience if there is such a thing when you are treating your house for termites.

I called them on Tuesday afternoon after reading about them in Angie's List, and they came out the next morning. They told me who would be coming to do the treatment and when he would arrive. The next morning Alex arrived on time. He even showed up at the front door with surgical shoe covers in hand. Very few companies show that much thoughtfulness toward their customers and their homes. Once inside we discussed the project and my concerns about the poisons that would be used. We did a walk through of the house and the yard, then he began his work. He was very through and meticulous. Once he finished, we settled up, I gave him my Angie's List coupon, then he was on his way. No high pressure sales pitches or anything like that. While building this house I have dealt with dozens and dozens of subcontractors, and Safe Pro ranks right up in the top 2 I have dealt with. The other great subcontractor also came from Angie's List!

Another exterminator had been trying to get rid of the roaches in my kitchen for 8 months - without success. I joined Angie's list, found Safe Pro Pest Control and now the roaches are gone. Safe Pro is very thorough and professional and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Alex came out and explained in detail everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. I can't tell you enough how pleasant it is to be working with this company. There is "no way" that you are going to get better service from any other pest control company.
