Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control

Safe Pro has been my pest control company for 2 years now and they are great! The crew, Nick and Alex, are very friendly and professional. In my 2 years of service, I have never had a pest problem. One day I discovered maggots in my garage from chicken remains in my trash and I panicked. They were prompt to return my phone call and came out, at no charge, to help with the problem. This is a great company!

Excellent. Alex Cantaboni, Owner, serviced my home. Professional and informed. Provided recommendations and explained all procedures in a manner that I could understand. Signed up with a annual inspection agreement with him. He has since returned and I am termite free.

They were great. I used them for a full year and I did notice a difference outside with ants/spiders. However, I've decided to take care of it myself since I can do it for much cheaper.

As usual, they just come to their job and leave. So far, I am such satisfied with them. No reason to complain. They were okay. They were efficient. So far, I am happy with them. They do a good job. I never had to tell them to be here at a specific time, but when they say I'm coming, they normally do turn up. They are friendly and they look professional.

I don't have any dislikes; they explained what they would do, what it would cost and they met all my expectations. They discussed prior to starting anything, what would be done and that exactly what they did. I am satisfied with their service.

This was my first service with Safe Pro. I called them because I've been having a problem with ants outside my home and spiders, especially black widow spiders, inside my garage and home. I was very impressed with their tech, Rex. He was knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do and what chemicals he was going to use. I will definitely use their service in the future.

Class A service. On time, knowledgeable, solved the problem. Would definitely use Safe Pro Pest Control again. Safe Pro located the entrance the squirrel used to get into the attic in a few minutes. Sealed 3 sides of the point of entrance, installed a cage on the 4th side. Investigated attic for active trails. Thoroughly checked the roof, roof line, chimney, and other air vents for possible entrance point. Returned one week later and found deceased squirrels in attic. Removed them. Removed cage. Sealed 4th side of point of entry.

We used Alex for an inspection when moving into a new home. Alex is very knowledgeable at what he does. Gave great feedback on what we needed and what we may want to look into for further prevention. I'll be calling Safe Pro Pest Control for my further needs.

Had experienced the smell of a possible rodent decomposing in our attic, after they had eaten poison throw in the attic by other pest control company. Safe Pro Pest's inspection team was on time, professional and did not just throw a few packets of "rat poison" in the attic area and leave. They were at my home for over an hour covering every inch of the outside, roof, eaves and surrounding areas to find the entry points and make sure they were sealed. The traps inside the attic were to catch any possible rodents that may have been in the attic at the time of the work. They returned to inspect the traps and remove them, working with me to reschedule because of a time conflict. This company understands, to control pests, first identify what the pests are, second - find entry points and seal them permanently, using metal, steel wool, etc, Then set traps on outside to continue monitoring. Felt this is the best approach and has worked for me.

Called the day before to remind us of the appointment. The tech let us know when he arrived and asked if we had any problems or questions before proceeding. When complete he let us know what he had found and what look for. Reminded us to call them if we had any issues or concerns.

On time, professional, friendly, always remind us to call if we have any issues.

Very professional. On time for appointment. Did some extra searching outside to make sure that all wasp nests were treated.

I have pets & have an ongoing concern of exposing them to pest control products. Kenneth was very patient & explained very thoroughly about the products to be used. I was given a choice of eco-friendly & synthetic. If I decide later to switch kinds, I can at no extra charge. Kenneth called approx 20 mins before his arrival to give me a courtesy heads-up, which allowed me to corral my pets into a back room. Kenneth coordinated his job to allow me to relocate pets to different part of house as he moved from room to room. I really appreciated the education Kenneth gave me about the products used, how they work, why Safe Pro chooses to use them. He also explained method of application, and how it falls within regulations. They have a guarantee on the results of the service, and I know they will stand by it, because they do for their rodent control program. They come out every 3 months for my rodent control maintenance, and always take the time to check out any concerns I have beyond what they are regularly scheduled to do. This general pest control service will be added on to their quarterly rodent maintenance that they do for my home. WHichever of the crew comes out (I have met Kenneth, Stephen, Alan, Rex, and Alex), they are always polite, respectful, efficient, patient with all my questions (I am a worry wart), on time, friendly, professional (very nice balance of personable & professionalism). By the way, I highly recommend them for rodent extraction if you have a rodent issue, and then for their rodent/rat maintenance program.

If you have any kind of pest then you need to call Safe Pro they will take care of the problem quickly, thoroughly.

They were very prompt and great at keeping me informed about what they were doing. They were also great at follow up--the traps they set indoors were very effective. They had assured me they would come clean up if we smelled anything, and they were very responsive. We had to call multiple times, but Rex, the tech, always came quickly and cheerfully.

This work was done at our son's home in Frisco. The sealing of entry points was done professionally with an attention to detail and quality. They called ahead and were on time for appointments. The control of the rats will be an ongoing endeavor, but the second follow up yielded no rats. If any other type of pest control is needed in the future, Safe Pro will be the company that is hired.

Discovered termites when I tore out my shower. Based on the reviews here, I called Safe Pro. Because I had plumbers and tilers coming to redo shower, I wanted someone quick to assess the situation before everything was rebuilt. Alex came out right away and inspected the area along with rest of the house. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We agreed to treat the whole house, more as a precautionary measure, and he was able to not only get his crew out first thing the next morning, but he also suggested splitting the services doing part of the house now and the rest after I had some foundation work completed so as to have the best results. Very good company to work with.

They wanted a very expensive contract to try other remedies which we declined. We ended up catching 9 rats ourselves by using simple rat traps from Home Depot.

Techs were personable and arrived when they said they would. Worked quickly and efficiently. Closed 3 entry points and set snap traps in the attic and closed bait traps outside. Will continue to use the provider with an ongoing maintenance contract. So far so good, but I'm confident these guys are good at what they do.

Rex and Nick did an excellent job! Both were extremely professional, courteous and punctual. Kirby, who runs the office and does the scheduleing, was also very professional and helpful. I felt fully informed throughout the entire process. They've been out to my house twice and will be here again tomorrow for a follow-up. It's been a pleasure working with everyone I've delt with at Safe Pro! They take pride in their work and profession.. a true rare gem of a company and work ethic! Call them, you will not be disappointed!

Took care of any infestation successfully.

They call us as and let us know what is going on, giving us the option to cancel at any time. Except for the initial service, there's really not even a need to be home. For around $100/year, it's a nice service to have. The people we dealt with from Safe Pro were professional, clean cut, and did the work requested without fail. It's easy to recommend them.
