Perfect. They were on time, did the work quietly and quickly (I work from home), and left the receipt on the door as requested.

We use them on a regular basis every 3 months. They call to let us know when the tech will arrive. They are punctual and professional. We have had no issues since using this service.

I can't say enough how great this company is. They are always honest, upfront about pricing, and do a great job. Everyone is always very knowledgeable about what they do and willing to help with whatever we need.

Excellent service from the first time I met Alex to completion the job. There was no 'used car-salesman' like pressure which I had experienced with other companies (mainly the bigger ones) where they would call me back and offer a lower price than the initial inflated one they gave me. Alex (the owner) did a comprehensive examination of the whole property then explained what he saw and recommended possible solutions. His employees, including his office staff, were very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with his work and my neighbor is now also getting quote from him. My advice is don't look solely at companies with 500+ reviews as smaller local companies like SafePro offer excellent personalized service, and as I found out actually superior service.

Within 2 years, I had 3 outbreaks of swarming termites in my house. I had become frustrated with that company for their lack of expertise and poor service. I contacted Safe Pro and Alex quickly assessed the situation and made his recommendations. Alex and his crew of two were professional and courteous. I feel confident that my termite problem has been solved. Wish I had selected his services to begin with.

I needed a one time pest treatment for both a home we were moving out of and for our new home. Our appointment was first thing in the a.m. and the technician was on time. I hate feeling as if my time isn't valuable so this was a plus for me. The young man seemed quite knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain the less toxic options we had for inside and their warranty. We didn't have a pest problem to begin with, but I wanted to keep it that way. I was happy enough with the one time service that I signed up for the quarterly service plan and to date, haven't had an issue. They always call me the day before to let us know a technician is coming. We haven't been completely ant free, but I suspect that's more an issue of the rain and flooding. After the latest visit, I did get a call from the technician to tell me about an issue he thought we should keep an eye on, which I appreciated. I'm happy with the service and quality and will continue to be a customer.

Performed quarterly service in Feb but about a month ago Alex responded the same day to my request to check out what I perceived to be termites (I use their termite control as well). I was incorrect in my assessment but Alex responded same day. Since a continuing customer for quarterly pest control and annual termite control, there was no charge. Alex shared that he wanted to investigate any new termites to be sure other customers were well served as well with Safepro treatments. That's good service.

The service was very good. We are very pleased with their service and we continue to use them. We have used them since we moved here in June. We are on a schedule, so they come out at a specific time once a quarter and they have been punctual. They did an initial treatment inside and out, and then they just do the outside, and they come and go.

Alex and Safepro were very responsive to our inquiry. Alex came by on the 24th of March to do a thorough inspection of our house, after we inquired about some possible termite issues at our house. Problem looked localized, but we decided to treat the whole house to ensure no further issues. Safepro dispatched 3 technicians to apply treatment and were done in 2 hours. They were very professional and efficient. Alex also recommended to us a handyman who we will engage with once the termite treatment has been effective. SafePro was very professional in dealing with us and we would highly recommend them.

I felt it went really well. they left me with an odor bag for one of the bedrooms where one or so of the rats had died in the wall. the sickening odor is still present. I hope it does not last much longer.... it has already been present for a month... I have hired them as my pest control service once every three months. I liked the company and the people working for them. They are very knowledgeable and informative about the service they provide. They have done everything promised. If the odor will only go away....

I use Safe Pro Pest Control. They're excellent. Alex Tantaboni is the owner and they're great. They do quarterly service. They were there just a couple of weeks ago. They've been going to my home here for a little bit over a year or so. They're prompt and actually know what they're doing. I think they're a Super Service award winner. I think they're fair. Alex is a great guy. The guys that come through the door are very professional and that's why I use them.

There was evidence of rodents in the attic. Safe Pro came and sealed up all possible entrances. They provided traps for the inside and sealed poison containers, which are child and pet safe, for the outside. They vacuumed up the pest droppings and left our place clean. They are extremely professional, timely and efficient. It all took about 1/2 day. We are so happy about their service that we are now scheduled to have them return for quarterly rodent inspections and for insect pest control - - for insects trying to enter around our foundation. We compared their cost to two other services on Angie's List and Safe Pro of Frisco is the most reasonable.

I've owned the same home for 17 years and have always had problems with rats. Feral cats moved into the neighborhood and the situation improved drastically until I started feeding the cats. Alex Cantaboni (the owner) visited on January 2 to do the estimate. I explained to him my concerns about what seemed like entry points which I showed him inside the house (in the garage, for instance, where there are holes to the attic). Alex explained to me that while it would be useful for me to repair the garage, his main concern was securing the outside of the house, and that if the outside was secure, the inside didn't matter so much. He was quite certain with this. He did advise me to stop free-feeding the cats, because the rats also ate the food and would be unlikely to eat the bait in boxes Safe Pro would leave outside. He gave me an estimate that to me was quite fair considering that I had paid another contractor (a neighbor) to do the work but the neighbor had closed only one point of entry - not well - and charged me about 40% of what Alex charged for the whole job (including spraying for spiders). I also told Alex I'd had spider issues recently, and he quoted for that as well. I signed a contract for quarterly pest control at $75 per visit. (The first visit was included with the "cost of service" quoted above.) I mentioned to him that I've had geckos who have always kept the house bug-free and my concern that they would be harmed by the spraying. He explained that their products were safe for geckos and that the geckos might leave, but it would be because of lack of food supply. His crew arrived on schedule a couple of days later. I forget the name of the fellow who ran the crew, but they were organized and efficient. Note: I do recommend if you do something like this to organize yourself and have paint onhand for when they do the service; they will paint the areas where they do patching and if you don't, the patching can stand out (depending of course on the location of the patch). After they patched the house, Kenneth, the fellow who did the spider spraying, placed five rat traps in my attic. He was quite confident that any rats would be caught. (I was worried that they would instead take up residence in the garage because of the aforementioned holes.) He also placed two bait boxes in the front yard and two behind the back fence. I was concerned about these because I have dogs, which is why they left them behind the fence (outside the yard). The next week Kenneth came back out and inspected the attic and found five dead rats. He emptied the traps and re-set them. A couple of days later, I scheduled installation of a new HVAC (forgetting the set rat traps). When the HVAC crew arrived, I remembered (they needed to be in the attic for ductwork) and told them about the traps and to go ahead and snap the traps so no one would be hurt. Kenneth came the next week and found they had snapped only three of the traps and left the other two set. Both were empty. He told me he felt very certain there were no more rats. (I've heard no activity after the first week.) I would like to commend Kenneth. He is personable and professional, and I enjoyed his visits. I have five dogs, and he was very patient while I moved the dogs around so he could work. All of Alex's crew are a bunch of young guys who work hard doing a not-so-fun job, and they all somehow seem to have a terrific attitude. This, I think, reflects well on Alex and his manager. Finally, Alex also followed up recently to see whether I've had any more problems. He is a professional as are all of his employees, and I highly recommend their work. (My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago; what a bunch of time and money and stress I expended trying to DIY this pest control, when it could have been so easily solved!)

They were good. They knew what they were doing. They were professional and clean. They brought all of their own equipment, including 8 ft tall ladders for our cathedral ceilings. They were respectful and didn't leave a mess. They were also mindful of our floors.

They're always very professional. They always come right away whenever he had some concerns. The things that they have done had really solved their problems.

It's about $130 for their treatment per quarter for each. There wasn't anything I dislike. I like that they are very professional, they are timely, they are very environmental conscious, and they do a good job. If I need them back for any reason between quarters, they come at no charge and they come right away.

This provider is great! I have used them for at least two years now, and they always deliver great service. The representatives are very nice and knowledgeable. The office notifies me when I'm due for my service (without having to follow up with them), and they automatically schedule someone to come out. I don't have pests anywhere in my home, and when I do find the rare spider, Safe Pro will come out and investigate as part of the contract. They leave a comprehensive report with every visit. As far as value goes, I had a guy selling pest control services door-to-door. He asked me a series of questions (including price) about my current provider, and he eventually surrendered and admitted I had a really great deal!

I have been using the company for a few years for the rodents and a half year for the pests. We seem to have a city wide rodent issue. I do not like to use harsh chemicals where they are not needed. They are happy to respect that and use natural pest control solutions as much as they can. They are environmentally friendly. They are very responsive and will come out any time I need them to. The bait boxes they put out really work. The owner came out to set up the account originally and came out for the first 2 visits as well. He is a very nice man and is very smart. I could not say enough good things about the company and the owner. I have recommended the company 4 times to neighbors. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. They always use shoe covers when they enter the house and are mindful of what they are doing.

They were great and very thorough. The guy who came out was very helpful and gave tips on how to keep these pesky little bugs from the bathroom sinks were he couldn't spray. We did what he said we haven't seen those bugs or any others since.

We are so impressed with the service we have received. The cost is similar to what we had been paying before but much better quality and thoroughness of services. The office staff contacted me immediately and was able to schedule quickly. The technician who came out, Kenneth, was thorough, knowledgable and super informative. Overall great experience.

They came out to begin quarterly pest treatments on my home. We had some issues with earwigs and water bugs. Kenneth, an employee of Safe Pro, came out and spent almost 2 hours sealing up the exterior and interior of my house and treating it. I would highly recommend their services.
