Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control

I have a contract with them. They did all the major work last fall.

Arrived promptly. Explained services clearly (quarterly service contract) and set to work. Treated whole house inside and out including fire ant mounds & wasp nests with odor free chemicals. Treated shed as well. One week later, instead of sweeping away mounds of sawdust, was welcomed with piles of ant corpses. WELL DONE.

Justin was very professional, friendly and helpful. I have called for additional service and was placed on the schedule immediately.

Technician showed up on time. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Applied treatment inside and outside. Made sure I knew what to expect over the next week, with the probability of more ants inside as their external environment was disrupted. Came back the following week for a follow up treatment at no charge, with the promise to check in again after another week. This service was part of a 5 treatment package at fair price, providing quarterly service plus follow up visits, if needed, at no charge. Very satisfied with the service thus far. I would definitely recommend.

We use them above and beyond what the HOA uses because we sought them out before the HOA decided they would help us.

They installed metal around the house and sealed up entry points. Put bait around the yard and traps in the attic. They came and checked the traps in the attic and are expected to comechange out bait next month.

The company is reliable and did good worrk.

They always call before coming out and check with us to make sure we aren't having any problems with pests then usually do an external spraying every 3 months. If we have ANY problem they will treat for it. Also, if there is a problem between the regular times they will come out and treat for no additional charge.

Very good. They were able to solve an ant problem that previous provider couldn't figure out. They also quickly solve my termite issue. I had swarmers and when that happens all you want is quick, effective service and that's what they provided.
