Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control

The representative was on time and was very thorough. We noticed a wasp nest in our backyard a few days later and he was out that day and did away with that issue in one visit.

I was pleased with the technician and his thoroughness. He even cleaned spider webs off some of our exterior surfaces. Even though this was the first visit from Safe Pro, I feel comfortable these people are professional and know their business.

Ryan was thorough and professional. He explained everything well and answered all our questions. He included a trial anti-mosquito spraying at no cost along with the regular treatment. It's too early to give a final report on the effectiveness of the treatments, but so far, so good.

My experience with Safe Pro was a good one. This is the second time I have used them. The price was reasonable and better than some other estimates. Tyler was very friendly and professional. He installed wire mesh under the attic vent to keep raccoons out. This seems to work better than the way it was originally done. I felt that he was knowledgeable about the best way to do this. He did a free termite inspection while doing the attic vent job. I would call them again, but I hope this will take care of the problem with mischievous raccoons.

Here’s what they do: show up on time, shut the gate so the dogs don’t get out, make suggestions and generally, look out for the health of my exterior. Greatly appreciated. Quarterly service because left to my own devices, I’d forget to schedule.

The bug treatment was effective. Safe Pro was less expensive than a larger company I had used so I asked Safe Pro to treat my home quarterly, which they have done reliably for the last several years. They have also helped with an invasion of mill moths in my pantry and wasps climbing through the heating system in my den.

Safe Pro sealed up all entry points with metal and painted the metal to match the other paint. (My paint). The rats were removed. Problem solved. Now they do our quarterly pest treatments. They call to schedule the treatments. They show up. They do the treatment. Never an issue. I can't say enough good things about them.

They came out and found the areas where they were coming in and closed those. They also sterilized the attic after they removed the rodents. They did a great job. The price was more reasonable than everywhere I called. They were good about timing, good about everything. We will be using them again. We have already signed a yearly contract with them.

I've been a customer for a few months now and am very happy with their service. The techs that come out are very friendly and professional.

Set up an appointment to do an initial assessment and quote. Phillip was right on time and went over the whole process in detail. I liked that they tackle the problem by closing off any outside access points and then setting traps in the attic to catch any that had not left for the day. The initial cost is a bit of a shocker but given the amount of work involved and the fact that it's a one time fee... ongoing maintenance cost is in line with other exterminators. I also opted to go with general pest control. The following week a team of 4 came out and got up on the roof to seal up any entry points using metal flashing which they also painted ( with paint I provided). One of the guys also went around the entire exterior and swept away any cobwebs, spider webs, wasp nests, etc. I live in the country and there were quite a few. Once finished treating the outside they came in and treated the inside for insects and laid the traps in the attic for any mice. They will come back and check the traps. Total time on site was about 2.5 hours. Overall I was very impressed with punctuality and quality of the work. Time will tell if this resolves the issue with the mice but I feel pretty confident it will. I like this approach much better than previous attempts where companies just put bait in the attic and never address the issue of where they might be getting in to begin with. The 1500 was the initial cost. Ongoing costs past that are typical maintenance costs.

You aren't a doctor! You don't need a consultation with me! Come out and spray the bugs the first time. I went with ABC instead and they were out here the same day and sprayed!

Pretty well, as far as I know so far; I guess only time will tell. I do feel they charged too much. The estimate was for 2 technicians and 3 hours of work. However, the 2 gentlemen were on property for less than 2 hours. I suspect the follow-ups, while requiring a visit to our place, will last than 10 minutes each. My quarterly maintenance charges went from $40 to $50, which I was not informed of beforehand. They did a good job explaining the service but one had a bit of an attitude of "we're the best, deal with it" that I didn't appreciate. In fairness to them, since my family is involved with some medical issues at the moment, I didn't seek out other bids, so I can't judge whether their price is in line with the market. In the future, I definitely would get multiple bids before using them again.

Great! Safe Pro is one of the most customer service oriented companies I have had the pleasure to work with. They know what they are doing, they do it well, and they work hard to make sure the customer is happy with their services. Tyler even went out of his way to help us solve a tricky problem with field mice entering our garage for which are very appreciative.

Very good service. Since the first moment we reached out to them, they were responsive and clear. We expressed our concern about environmentally friendly solutions and our wish to kill the least amount of beings as possible. They were patient and explained all the options we had. They fit our needs and wishes and were very kind all along. The ants are now gone. We definitely recommend them and would use their services again.

They responded very quickly to my Angie's List message and we set up an appointment time. They sent two technicians, Jonathan and Phillip, and they arrived on time. They were very courteous and thorough. Phillip spent over 90 minutes thoroughly inspecting the rental property and making meticulous notes on his recommendations. Jonathan sprayed our house inside and out and explained the process very clearly. Less than 24 hours after he sprayed, we had 8 dead roaches on our small patio, which made us feel like it's working! Jonathan explained that they will come back between quarterly visits at no extra charge if we see any of the covered insects. It seems like a great deal to us. Both Jonathan and Phillip were very nice and we would trust them to come back anytime. Obviously they will be back since we signed up for the quarterly service.
