One of the picky mid-life brigade here.
Im not terribly easy to please.
Ryan with SafePro in Frisco does an *amazing* and thorough job. He listened to my list of ‘things I ‘noticed’, went to each location they were found and discussed them with me along with treatment options.
He spent a good deal of time spreading granules all over my front/back yard. Then meticulously sprayed all over the house’s exterior and yards again. Thorough!
Then came into the house & was just as detailed here. Explaining what he was using and how it was pet safe. Even went into the attic to treat there!
I am quite happy to be using this business for pest control.

Description of Work: Safe Pro sealed our attic due to rodent invasion. All access point, both active and possible, were sealed with metal that was then painted to match trim. Additionally traps were set in all four attic spaces which they checked twice to ensure the critters weren't still getting in. Finally, poison boxes were set up outside the house, which will be checked every quarter for one year. All in all the Safe Pro staff was thorough, professional and very easy to work with. They probably won't be the cheapest estimate, but this is a case were you definitely get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Called to set up a time for them to come out and give us an estimate for continuous pest control. I was told they were more than two weeks out just to inspect. The person who answered was not very helpful and I thanked them and hung up. I guess I expectected some effort to accomodate a new customer. They must have to much business to handle which worries me about the service itself.

Description of Work: Alex came out in less than one day after calling him to evaluate an issue with decaying animal, etc. in chimney. He sprayed in and around the fireplace and solved our problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We asked for several recommendations on termite and pest control and will have him come back to set up outdoor bait stations and repair flashing on roof.
