We had a shower/tub that required retiling after plumbers removed a portion of the wall. The work was done quickly and results were better than expected! I highly recommend Spencer and his team for this type of repair. See before and after pics.

He explained every step of the process clearly, from water extraction to drying and restoration. Their equipment was top-notch, and they worked efficiently to prevent further damage and mold growth. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and took great care of my property.

+ 1 moreTerrible.......the work that we had a written contract to do....he did not finish...he was paid in full.
Description of Work: I hired Robert May 2016 to do my deck and to put a steel pole up for my fence. He didn't finish the work contracted for. The work done was shoddy. The pole was not set in concrete, as I requested. The pole is not capped off. The deck feels unstable. There are sharp nails showing. My grandchildren could not play in my back yard when they came to visit. I trusted Robert. I saw a young man trying to make a go of his business. He promised me he would come back and finish the workj....he did not. I have an entire list of things that I have texted him...no luck. After several months of no work I wrote a bad review. He told me to take the review down then he would finish the job. I told him to finish the job correctly then I would write an addendum to let the public know that he may be slow, but the work was done well. He refuses to do the work....foolishly, I paid him in full. I saw a struggling young man and I wanted to help....now I have a bitter pill to deal with. He misused me.
