Description of Work: After a sink backed up that was the main drain for a AC unit, Puroclean was hired to come in a assist with water mitigation. They pulled up tile and carpet and set up fans to dry. Puroclean estimated $1504.95 for the services. Since the carpets were not yet dry just prior to a holiday, I was told the fans would stay in the home through 7/6 since they didn't want to pick them up on 7/4, a holiday, or on Sunday, 7/5. I never received a copy of the invoice sent to the insurance company. When I contacted my insurance company, I was told they were billed $2.416.96. I requested from Puroclean a copy of the bill twice and upon reviewing the bill, it looks like PuroClean overcharged for their services in addition to adding on $495.96 in travel expenses. I would not recommend this company as the percentage difference between their estimate and what they actually bill the insurance company is too great and other services seem to estimate better. I should have received credit for the $150 Angie's List purchase I made, but I had to contact the company for this credit and didn't receive it until 5 months after the service was completed.

Description of Work: We had flooding in our office/studio and they were amazing. 3 years later and not a single issue from mold or any surprises. They walked us through each step and helped us clean up the mess and followed up. Could not recommend any stronger.

Description of Work: I was initially thinking of using them at the time of the water damage, but was given a 2-3 hours time to get to the house --- it would have been midnight. When I got the estimate, I did not initiate the work because I wanted to check with my insurance company and open a claim. The insurance company recommended another company that also gave me an estimate. Later that afternoon, when I was interested in getting the work done with PuroClean, I couldn't get hold of the service person. He called me the next day saying they were busy due to the rains and it would be the following day. As I had to get the work started right away, so I went with another company.

Description of Work: Ryan and his assistant spent most of the week off and on drying the walls of two rooms wet from roof leaks in a Grand Homes house. They did excellent work. This was the second time we had the problem in this house and this company was much better than the first. Great work, friendly, and helpful.

He also provided excellent references to a plumber and contractor for other, related work I needed to have done. Jake Robertson, the gentleman who did the work, was also very thorough and professional. The plumber they recommended, Chuck Kendall, was very reasonably priced, prompt, and professional. Overall, I felt very secure in their hands, which is not a feeling I'm accustomed to having about home repair. If I ever need such services again, I will definitely call these gentleman.
Description of Work: Cleaned laundry closet and garage walls and removed mold. Also replaced a valve and a small section of pipe in the laundry closet.

The materials used for santizing the house was top of the line. The area for improvement iscover exiisting furniture from excessive dust caused by removal of wood floors.
Description of Work: I had water damage from a stopped up drain pipe. Pure Clean did an excellent job in the removal process of all damaged materials.

It was great. He is very knowledgeable and informative. I feel very comfortable with him in our house, you can tell his only interest is in helping the homeowner. BBB Accredited and IICRC Certified, which was important to us.
Description of Work: Complimentary first visit. We called up PuroClean on a Friday afternoon after noticing water damage under our kitchen cabinets & removing the planks and seeing what appeared to be mold. Jim was out that evening to our house to make sure we were taken care of before the weekend. I cannot stress the professionalism, promptness, courtesy, and honesty that he displays.
