Premier Grilling

Worst experience ever! After waiting 3 weeks for a grill that had already been charged to my credit card. When I was told my grill was still unavailable, I asked to cancel the order. The salesman informed be it was company policy to charge a restocking fee - I was told to read the bottom of the receipt. $2000 for a grill that never I never received!! After I informed them that this was ludicrous to charge a fee for an item never delivered; Their management called and he explained that they had never actually ordered the grill. Very bad customer service after the sale.

We had heard from a neighbor that had used them, that they were fantastic and that we should get a quote from them. Well we had another vendor that we were thinking of using so we looked on the internet and visited a number of contractors and ended up pretty confused. Our last stop was Premier Grilling's Frisco location and they were very helpful...so we went to their Plano location. Also very helpful. No pressure sales job, in fact, they recommended a lesser price unit than we were considering (when does THAT ever happen?). Anyway we had Jason come out and give us a quote. He was fantastic! Again no up selling, just listened to what we wanted and asked questions about our entertaining habits. His quote was really reasonable and he was able to start within a couple of weeks. As for the construction team...well let's just say if all the people who built our new house were as competent, friendly, and cared about their work as much as these guys, I'd be a happy camper! So my advice is not even to bother with other quotes...these are the guys you want.

Perfectly! Jason and his team, including project manager Gary, were wonderful to work with. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. The gentlemen completing most of the work were tidy and outside from the noise of the saw, we barely knew they were there. They cleaned up after themselves each day and did not leave any trash in the area. The kitchen looks fantastic! We wanted it to look as if it had always been part of our patio and they accomplished exactly that! Jason came to check on everything while the job was in process as well as after the work was completed and gave us a wonderful tutorial on how to use the grill's searing station and rotisserie. My husband and I are looking forward to taking some cooking classes on grilling and for egg smoking as soon as we're able! I highly recommend Premier Grilling and will use them again!

Jason did an excellent job guiding me through the purchase and installation of a new grill. We just moved into our home and the grill was in disrepair. Jason explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable in my selection without pushing me in the direction of products I did not need. We love our new grill and were very pleased with the process.

It was a small class that allowed for a lot of participation and interaction. Everyone was able to clearly see the prep that Chris was demonstrating. We learned about KCBS competition bbq. It was a great event. I would do it again next weekend if we weren't cooking in a comp ourselves.

I purchased a Summerset Grill for a new outdoor kitchen we were building. The grill was purchased back at the end of November while the project was just getting started. At the time Jason Mohl (Owner) told me when the kitchen was finished he would come out to our house and hook up the grill and get me started on understanding what a "real grill" was all about. As our project was getting finished I set an appointment for Jason to come out the house. Well the day we picked was probably the coldest day of the year with a "stiff" north wind that made the chill factor about 10 degrees. He was there on time and spent all of the necessary time to get the grill going with my cooking leason included. By the way this was all done at no additional cost to me, this is just one of the services they offer to their customers. Sometimes it is much more than price that make a company really stand out....this is one of those companies. If you are looking for a grill you can't go wrong with Premier Grilling.
