Jared came out on two separate occasions. The first time he looked at the roof and assured us it was in great condition. He also located a spot where he thought water might enter and sealed it for FREE. YUP! FREE!! He then came out and looked at what the inspector recommended be done. He is so incredibly honest. He told us he thought it was completely unnecessary. He is in the roofing business, and could have EASILY taken our money. Yet, he's completely honest and said it wasn't necessary. I would HIGHLY recommend Jared!! You just don't across service like that too often!! Incredible!!

Peak Roofing did a great job helping me to replace the roof after the hailstorm and wind damage. Special thanks to Geen Smith for walking me thru every step of the process - from initial visit of the insurance adjuster (and making sure their report included every damage I had), selecting the right shingle color, calculating the proper amount of attic vents, and all the way thru final roof & gutters installation. All work was done on time using quality materials and 10 year warranty from the local company I could trust is amazing. Would definitely recommend Peak Roofing to my friends and neighbors.

I contacted Peak and they assigned Jimmy Smith as my representative. He was straight forward and provided a fair value for the cost. Fully trusted. The roofer's arrived on-time the day planned and finished by the very early afternoon. Same is true with the gutter and downspout crew. They we all efficient and careful with my property. The work looks great - better than the original (3 year old) roof being replaced. Materials offered were outstanding, and the budget from my insurance claim was met!

Their representative stepped me through what he found and recommended that no work or roof replacement was necessary as this point.

Peak was professional from the beginning of the job to the end. The owner Jeff Riss is a very person easy person to work with. He had made several small repairs to our roof over the past few years and we were always pleased with the work. We have recommended the company to neighbors in the past. Throughout this project, communications were always excellent and we were kept well informed of the job schedule and status. The crew that installed our new roof was amazing. It was obvious to us that everyone knew their job and went about doing it very professionally. There was no bickering, no lost motion and no shortcuts taken. We had a large crew and they worked extremely well together.They were obviously all focused on providing a great roofing job and we are confident that they did just that. We were well pleased with the entire process and have no problem with recommending Peak Roofing Systems. They are a good company to work with. Our gutters were replaced a few days later and we were equally pleased with that portion of the project as well.

Jared was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough, covered all aspects of the installation, provided details around the entire system that was being installed and quickly provided addresses so we could take a look at their past jobs. Jared patiently answered all of our questions and helped guide us on a decision on shingle color (I was being very picky). He checked in with us before, during and after the work was done. His crew was here when he said they would be, they worked extremely hard to ensure the roof was completed in one day. They were very polite and courteous as I maneuvered the dogs in and out of the house for potty breaks throughout the day. I would highly recommend Peak Roofing.

The entire process was very efficient. The company's representative, Michael Brothers, provided detailed information and a wealth of knowledge throughout the process. From our initial meeting to shingle selection and the final installation, Michael kept me informed. He worked with my Claim Representative proactively so that we were all in agreement regarding the work required. The installation crew arrived promptly and left my yard debris-free at the end of their long day. I appreciate the subsequent follow-up reminders that the work is under warranty.

I was not satisfied with their service at all. The communication was very poor. They sent people to my home, we were not here and they were like getting to the patio in the back and started moving things around. The quality was not very good. There was a lot of elements not align. When they replaced the roof, there were a lot of debris. They did not clean the area properly. I found a lot of nails in my driveway. The most major concern for me is that they were almost done, but there were a couple of blind sides that needed to be replace. One guy said he would be here on Saturday, I was here waiting her on Saturday and they did not show up. They did not call me to let me know they were not going to show up. The next weeks I didn't here anything. All of a sudden I got a call from the owner asking me for his money and that he need to ger paid. I told him I had the money, but you have not finished everything. He was very rude like. He said that he wanted to understand what was going on and what he was missing so he can get paid. Three times he told me that he wanted to get paid. I don't think it was the issue of getting paid. It was miscommunication, and not finishing the entire job I hired them for. I gave them an advance payment of $9000, so there was $4000-5000 left. I don't think they deserve to be on Angie's List because I would grade their service one and a half stars out of five.

They were efficient, they cleaned up, they did a good job. They also put on a good roof, and helped us pick out a color that would go good with the house. The workers were polite and efficient.

After placing two calls to Jeff, received a call back from Jared Bernstein who made an appointment with me for November 16th. I gave him the history of my roof/chimney leak. He said at the time of his visit he would be performing a leak test. He arrived by himself and with a short ladder that was insufficient to get onto the roof of my two story house. He said he had looked up my house online and thought he was going to my neighbor's house which was one story despite having the correct address. He went into the attic with me and looked around the house but said he needed a second person and a longer ladder. He left and said he would call me back "in twenty minutes' to let me know if he would be returning that day. It was apparent he had never intended to do a leak test as he was so unprepared. Jared didn't call me back in twenty minutes or at all that day, but did the following afternoon. He reiterated he wanted to help me but still needed to locate a longer ladder and second person. I asked if he could come back the following day. He abruptly ended the conversation with again, he would call me back "in twenty minutes". That was 12 days ago. If a roofing company can not or does not want to take on a job, they should have some decency and common courtesy to inform the customer. I work full time and it is difficult for me to be home to meet people during the day. This was time I could have spent with a real roofing company who can communicate and who has appropriate equipment. The only thing Peak Roofing did for me was waste my time.

Arrived for work at promised time and complete the same day.

I used Peak Roofing Systems for a total roof replacement from the severe hail storm on April 11, 2016 that hit the Wylie area with jagged hail stones up to softball in size. I worked with Matt Chisholm from the first visit and roof inspection and estimate through the roofing contract work. Matt also evaluated the insurance settlement scope of work to insure it addressed everything. Matt delivered on all schedule commitments. Matt made sure the roofing materials were delivered and the debris dump cart was in place before his roofing crew arrived to work on my roof. The roofing crew was superb. They arrived early and very eager to get started. They were very friendly, courteous, quick, and efficient in their work. When they finished installing the new roof, they were very thorough in cleaning up the debris, leaving very little that I found. Matt also helped by going over the entire roof and driveway with a blower after the roofers had done that, getting everything as clean as possible. I highly recommend Peak Roofing Systems and will refer anyone who needs roof work to Peak.

As professionally handled as possible. Could not have gone better. Luckily is was not the roof damaged but a window that leaked and caused a moldy smell. However Mr. Riss offered to pull away the roof near there to make sure and to do it at his cost. You cannot get better than that, but as it turns out there was no need. Still the manner in which it was handled was outstanding.

My experience with Peak Roofing began with a phone call, but I just picked a few roofing companies and set up appointments. In this case, I met with and worked with Wes Hatch through the whole process. Wes was very pleasant about all the explanations he had to provide, he was patient and very professional! A good sense of humor helps in this kind of project also and he made me feel better very quickly about what was going on. He was very knowledgeable about dealing with my homeowners insurance carrier and advised me more than once about "the best way to do this". When we were project-ready, I was told what day the materials would be delivered - they were delivered exactly then! I was told when they would start - sure enough, they were there and ready to go! I was told how long it would take - that was exactly correct! I was told they would be careful of my landscaping and even more importantly, they would do a VERY good job at collecting nails and staples with a large magnet. I was told they would use a large trash receptacle for the roofing materials being extracted to be thrown into so that there was no "extra" pick-up and clean-up - that is exactly how the project was done! In the months that followed, I picked up only a few nails and staples left behind. The roof looks wonderful! I did not have any smashed bushes or flowers and the whole process felt like a major thing, but it all worked out so, so well! They did a fantastic job with the gutters and drain piping...the paint job was neat and tidy and I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Our insurance company had been reluctact to replace our roof since the hailstorm in April 2014 but throughout 2014 and 2015 each wind storm further damaged my roof removing several shingles each time. I had seen Peak roofing mention ed in many neighborhood posts and so contacted Wes Hatch to see if he could repair our roof. At least 3 times Wes came to our house sometimes working past dark to repair the missing shingles before the next rain. After several repairs Wes recommended that we contact our insurance company again to see if they would cover the replacement of the whole roof. Wes met teh insurace adjuster on site and was able to demostrate the damage to the roof and persuade the adjuster to cover the replacement. Wes' team worked tirelessly and efficiently tore down and replaced our roof in one day. They were even interrupted in mid-teardown by a thunderstorm and were profession enough to ensure that the roof was covered and no leaking occurred. It has been over a year since Wes and Peak Roofing replaced my roof in that time teh roof has performed execellently with no leaks or damage shingles.

It was very involved and they got different experts to investigate. Then monitored job completion. Wes Hatch was always reachable.

Went perfectly! Just the way Wes explained it would and cleaned up, nothing left behind. This was for an investment property of ours and the experience was great!

Wes at Peak Roofing was so courteous, knowledgeable and prepared. His crew was punctual, kept the area clean of debris, and were careful to ensure no nails were left in the yard, driveway or alley. I was very pleased with the final product. I would use Peak again and recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

We had a great experience with Wes Hatch at Peak roofing. He got a repairman out immediately. They fixed our roof in one visit and he adjusted our bill down when the repair was easier than anticipated. Great service from a great guy at a great company???

Last year had the left overs of a tropical storm come through and my roof started to leak. I called around and these guys came out to patch the roof up. After getting quoted all around, I stuck with Peak Roofing to do the full replacement. Wes Hatch was the rep I worked with. Compared to the other roofers I had reached out to, Wes was always responsive to texts and emails. When the insurance guy came to look at the roof, Wes was on the phone with me and even talked directly or the insurance adjuster for me. I was approved for the roof replacement and Wes worked with me so that I wouldn't have to pay my deductible. I picked out the color shingles I wanted and they scheduled me. Roof replacement was done in a day and I paid them when the insurance checks came in. A painless experience. I've already recommended them to a coworker who also used them.

We were pleased with the workmanship and great follow up from Wes Hatch and his crew. The roof looks fantastic and the gutters were installed just in time before the big rains came through. A big thank you to Peak Roofing and especially Wes Hatch for a great job!
