Went very well, they di what they said they would do and were on time and on budget. You cannot ask for much more than that.

I want to thank Jimmy Smith with Peak Roofing and Construction for all of the care and concerns for my roof repair. He worked with my Insurance adjuster and questioned their adjustments, awarding me additional insurance money that would have not been discovered if he did not address the issue. I would highly recommend Peak Roofing and their staff. They are honest, on time and a pleasure to work with.

We've recently noticed we were missing a ridge shingle. Today I saw a gentleman with a ladder coming off a neighbor's house. I asked him if he was a roofer, he said he was and I asked him if he could help with our missing shingle. Jared Bernstein not only patched our missing shingle area, he did it without cost. I would definitely call him and his company Peak Roofing again for roof related matters. Very nice gentleman and took good care of us. Give them a call for sure.

We were not having any specific problems, but our roof had not been inspected since we moved in (over six years ago). I was a little hesitant to call a roofing company, for fear of being over-sold with problems found that didn’t really exist. That was definitely NOT the case with Peak Roofing. They did a great job with a thorough inspection to give us peace of mind. Jared Bernstein (Peak Roofing Inspector) was punctual, professional, personable, and gave us an honest assessment that our roof was in good shape. If we have any problems in the future or when we need a new roof, Peak Roofing & Construction will be our first call.

Jimmy and his team far surpassed the others in his level of detail, expertise and ultimately in the quality of the work performed. Jared from Peak Roofing came by right on-time, we took a brief tour of my property and he went to work. This was just an estimate so I wasn't too sure what to expect. Luckily not much was found, just roof is old. Jared was able to detect a couple spots and even wrote (with Chalk) so I can see what he was talking about. With out asking he nailed down some flashing and even went around to caulk what he could. He provided me with a punch list along with about 80 pictures that he took. He walked me through each item and gave me his opinion and if "was his house" what would he do, along with things I could do myself.

I'm afraid I have to rate them poorly on their follow through. I called them asking for an estimate to have someone repair or replace my roof's attic vents. They said they would send someone over the next day and provide an estimate to me. A few days after that, I still had not received an estimate or any updates from Peak Roofing. I called and left a message asking if the estimate was ready. Several days later someone called me back and said they would have it to me soon. It's been several weeks now. I never received an estimate from Peak Roofing or heard back from them. Evidently my repair is too small for them to care responding back to me with an update. Based on this bad follow-up, I wouldn't recommend them. I awarded the job to another roofing company.

Excellent. Our estimator, Jimmy, worked with our insurer to make sure all hail damage was covered and had to go back to them several times to correct their errors. He also had to coordinate with several non-roofing contractors so that we didn't have to find those contractors on our own to fix non-roof issues (fencing, windows, gutters, carpentry, painters, garage door replacement, etc...) The roofing crew cleaned up after themselves better than many of the other roofers in the neighborhood.

The entire crew from Peak Roofing is really good. We live in a house with a zero lot line...Jimmy Smith (Peak Roofing) was extra attentive to our neighbors requests and concerns. The job was completed timely and excellent finish. We hope to miss future storms, but if we need future roof repairs they will be our first phone call.

Peak Roofing replaced roofs at two of our homes badly damaged by hail. Jimmy Smith, Peak's representative, was personally involved in every aspect of both jobs and provided a level of professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity not found in many roofing companies. At a time when hundreds of nearby homes also experienced similar damage, Peak immediately installed tarping to mitigate water damage. Jimmy Smith thoroughly surveyed damaged areas at both homes and worked closely with insurance adjusters to help us reach satisfactory settlements. Despite heavy demand, Peak scheduled and completed repairs on our homes promptly. While we have not worked with Peak's other representatives, Jimmy Smith was excellent to work with and we recommend him highly.

Service was great. Every detail was addressed. I could not have expected a better service and quality workmanship. I will always recommend Peak and the representative Jimmy Smith.

The Peak team was very professional and punctual. They completed the work on time and with high quality standards. This was the first time that I have had a roof replaced and their transparency and strong communication throughout the process made it a very positive experience.

Jimmy from Peak Roofing is a true professional. We had 4 people come out to look at our roof due to a small leak that caused some drywall damage. Jimmy assessed the problem gave us options and truly gave us confidence in our repair division. If you need a new roof the only place to call is Peak Roofing! They did an excellent job and we got just what we wanted. Jimmy Smith was great to work with as well, Jimmy went over and beyond to get more coverage from our insurance company! Jimmy really cares about his job and he made sure the job was done right and efficient. I would not use anyone else for Roofing. Just one call to Jimmy Smith and he will take care of the rest!

I recently had to have my entire roof replaced and used Angie's List to find a highly-rated company to perform this work. I am very happy I decided to work with Peak Roofing and Construction. I worked with Wes and he was extremely helpful and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and everyone I dealt with throughout the entire process was great. I was also happy with the attention to detail - from providing me with all of the roof shingle color options, to replacing all of my gutters, to the clean up process - everything was on point. I also used Peak Roofing and Construction to do quite a bit of interior painting and some minor interior repairs with the same great results. I would definitely use Peak Roofing again and would recommend them to others needing any of the services they offer. Again, a special thanks to Wes who coordinated everything from beginning to end and did an outstanding job.

This is a totally mixed review. The actual roofing job was great and I give it an A. Clean up was thorough and they finished in one day. The “insurance specialist” was really bad at communicating what was going on. He didn’t notify me of the roofing date until two days before and was not transparent regarding the invoicing process. Overall great job on the roof itself just not on the customer service part.

The roof replacement went well. The crew was punctual, did not damage my landscape, did a nice job cleaning up, and I had no issues after the repair. Geen was my rep and he was good to work with as well.

Working with Geen at Peak was a pleasure. My initial call was to have my roof inspected for hail damage. Upon arrival Geen inspected my entire property and found I had a lot more hail damage than just what appeared on the roof. Although the entire process from start to finish took quite a long time due to my insurance company, Geen and Peak Roofing & Construction were by my side the entire way making the process easy and hassle free. When it was all said and done, I had a new roof, new shed, and had my fence repaired. Would definitely recommend!
