Peak roofing did a great job and the sales person, Wes Hatch, was very reliable and had great follow up. The crew was polite and cleaned up their mess every day. I should mention that Wes showed up with the adjuster and even defended me on a claim initially denied.

I used Peak Roofing Systems for a total roof and gutter replacement from the large hail storm in 2016 that hit the north Dallas area. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Peak Roofing. I selected Peak Roofing as a result of evaluating numerous local area roofers. I interviewed and got quotes from the top three and selected Peak for their honesty, quality commitment, North Dallas roofing experience, commitment to customer satisfaction and insurance claim knowledge. I interfaced with Jared Bernstein from the first visit and roof inspection through the roofing and guttering contract work. Jared provided excellent status and followup during and after the roofing. Jared also evaluated the insurance settlement scope of work to insure it addressed all known issues to be addressed. Jared delivered on all schedule commitments. I highly recommend Peak Roofing Systems.

Michael, my contact person with Peak Roofing Systems, was very professional and timely with getting the bid to me. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner and kept me informed of the start date and and what would take place. He also got the City of Plano permit and posted it before the work began. He made sure the roofers were here on time, had everything they needed to do the job. He returned later in the day to check on things and made sure I was satisfied with everything. The roofers did an excellent job of cleaning up when finished. I chose Peak Roofing Systems because of the A+ rating in Angie's List and the BBB, GAF Certification, Preferred Contractor, the membership in the National Roofing Contractors and the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas as well as the professionalism I was shown. Came out the same day I called. Checked the roof for any further damage other than what I had noticed. Repaired the loose shingles. Very professional. Wasn't even going to charge me, but I insisted on paying him something for his time.

My home is located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metropolitan area. During early April 2016, two severe thunderstorms pasted through Plano Texas that produced large hail. My home is located in an area that was pounded with golf ball size hail during both storms. Although I could see no damage to my roof, many homeowners in adjacent housing developments had extensive damage. I spoke with several homeowners and some told me that they couldn't see any roof damage, but when they had their roofs inspected, their homes had in fact incurred considerable damage. I decided to have my roof inspected and searched for a roofer on this site. I chose to call Peak Roofing systems. Roofers had saturated our neighborhood, so I thought that I may have to wait a week or so before my roof could be inspected. However, I was surprised to receive a date within a couple of days. The morning of the inspection Mr. Jared Bernstein called me to let me know that he was running a few minutes late, but was on his way. When he arrived he greeted me and was very pleasant. He promptly got his ladder and climbed onto my roof. He was competent and professional. He explained to me that my roof was constructed with quality materials and that despite the severe hail, my roof was fine. I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism and there was no charge for the inspection. Should or when my roof requires repair/replacement, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Peak Roofing Systems.

This is my second dealing with Peak Roofing Systems, and ,overall, this is a wonderful company to deal with. After a massive hailstorm a few weeks ago, which damaged my skylight, Jared Bernstein promptly arrived at my house to survey my roof for any potential damage. While there were some direct hits, Jared thoroughly explained to me that my roof did not sustain enough damage to be covered by my insurance. Even though Peak Roofing Systems do not repair skylights themselves, he did an ad-hoc temporary repair to my skylight, and went over some options for me to get it fixed. Outstanding service!

We really liked them and have referred them to a friend! Jared Bernstein was a really nice guy going out of his way to get what we needed even coming back after a hail storm to make sure the roof was alright!

We first called our insurance company to send out an adjuster to access the damage. The adjuster determined that we only had about 20 or so shingles that needed to be replaced. We called Peak Roof Systems to do the work and Jared Bernstein came out immediately to give us an estimate. Jared's assessment was the same as that of the adjuster. He gave us a very fair quote on Tuesday and by Thursday we had someone on site repairing our roof well before the next rain showers were forecast. Peak did an excellent job. They are courteous, fair, efficient, and professional. I give them my highest recommendation and plan to use them again whenever we have to deal with roof repairs.

Jared was punctual. He called me ahead and showed up on time. He did a thorough inspection and did not even charge a penny. There were nail popup and caulk issues and he fixed it right away for no cost. He opined that the roof could last a bit more and suggested waiting it out

Jared was terrific - responded quickly, got out to my house the same day. Examined my issue (flashing loose), gave me a good price and fixed it all in one trip! Professional, painless and fair price. I will use him again when needed.

Jared showed up the very next day after calling for service. When he arrived, I showed him where the leak was, and I also expressed concern about the quality of the roof another roofing company had installed about 4 years ago. After performing his initial inspection and repairs, he explained to me in great deal how leaks can happen over time with even the best roof installation. He fixed the main leak as well as sealing several other places where additional leaks could potentially occur. Overall, I was impressed with Jared's knowledge and his service. I will be calling Peak Roofing for any future roofing maintenance!

It went off without even the slightest problem. Everything went on schedule. The workers arrived in the morning and had completed the work by about 4 in the afternoon. They did a great job and the gutters look fantastic. Jared was very responsive and attentive to the whole process. Very professional. I enjoyed working with him. Peak also did a roof repair for me and that is why I used them for my gutters. I was completely satisfied with all the work.

I discovered a huge leak around the chimney in my house that was a result of the new roof installation. Peak did not install the new roof and the contractor who did the roof had disappeared from the face of the earth - the roof contract was Kris Massingill. Jared from Peak called me on a Saturday and I told him my problem and he said I can have someone there on Monday morning to take a look. The guy arrived early Monday just as promised inspected the roof and Jared called me back with a price. The gentlemen who was here said I can fix the leak I see where it is. He said I will do a good job do not worry I can fix it. And he did the same day. It was a life saver for me because I had hardwood floor installation scheduled for the week following. Also painters and ceiling repair had been scheduled for that Wednesday. He fixed the leak and Jared was so professional. I was absolutely satisfied.

The roof replacement went well overall, though I found the crew to be a little rougher on my yard than I had anticipated. The crew also punched two holes in my ceiling, one above my shower in my bathroom (no good!) and one in my garage. But you know how working with contractors goes ... expect problems, but also expect prompt resolution of those problems. To Peak's credit, they hired Southern Painting to repair the issues, and Southern did a really good job patching things up about a week after the initial roof installation. I withheld part of my payment to account for these repairs, and Peak understood why. The only other complaint I have is that the crew did not disclose problems during the roofing job. When they punched the holes in my bathroom ceiling and garage, I had to be the one to tell the crew leader that the problem had occurred. The workers who put their feet through my ceiling did not tell the crew leader anything had happened. And one of my existing gutters (which Peak was not contracted to replace) was hung too high in one place on my house. This made the shingles stick up on one part of my roof's edge. The crew was unable to secure the drip edge properly as a result, but they never bothered to mention that to me. So when I saw the shingles sticking up, I brought the problem to Peak's attention, and they refused to repair the problem because it was pre-existing. I get their point-of-view, but had the crew said at the time of installation that this was a problem, I would have been wiling to pay a little extra to fix the problem during the installation. Instead, the cost of fixing this is now too high to make it worth it, because it would require removal of part of the roof they just put down. The sales person, Jared Bernstein was very professional when I had contact with him. However, after the initial installation, it took some work to get Jared to come back to my house to look at the shingles that were sticking up (see previous paragraph). I strongly recommend withholding part of your payment if you see anything wrong with the installation when dealing with any contractor, including Peak. It was the incentive I needed to get them to come back to look at issues I had with the job. I also recommend you be at your home when Peak does their work. Had I not been at home, I would have arrived home from work to find two holes in my ceiling that hadn't been reported to me previously. Overall, the quality of the work seems solid. I have had no leaks or other problems.

The leak was by the fire place. They had to come back several times. They were always friendly and on time. They never added additional charges. In the end they replaced shingles, flashing and remortered part of our chimney. We will call them first when we need the whole roof done.

The initial contact went well. The installation went well with one little hiccup. Upon finishing the project, the salesperson, who I will not name came by to collect the check. While there, I informed him I had to leave because I had an appointment with an attorney. I was already running a little late. As I left, the salesperson asked me "Don't I get a tip?" Yes, the salesperson actually asked me that. Instead of taking the que when I told him I had to leave, he remained. My wife and daughter were there, but I had to go on. I later learned he lingered for another half hour or so. I am sure it was to entertain further questions about the roof. However, short of point blank telling him to leave when I left, he did not or chose to ignore the message. Finally, we noticed an issue with the roof. My wife pointed it out to him that very day and he said he would get it taken care of right away. That did not happen. I wondered if he was upset that I did not give him a tip. I actually thought he had just made a bad joke, but after three weeks, I wondered if he might be serious. I called the office and told them what they needed. To his credit, Jess upon learning of our need, reacted quickly. That is why Peak roofing did not get an F under professionalism. While they were quick to install and did a good job of it, I had to lower the rating because of the lack of responsiveness on the part of the salesman after he promised to get someone out to my home "the next day" to fix the issue. It did not happen and after waiting three weeks, as I said, I called. Jeff Riss reacted responsibly and quickly.

I worked with Jeff Riss of Peak Roofing and found him to be extremely professional, through, detailed and thoroughly explained our options and exactly what we could expect and what exactly Peak Roofing was going to do and how they do it. When asked Jeff was not afraid to recommend an option and exactly why he would chose that option, we were never left hanging and wondering. When it came time to deliver the workmanship of Jeff's crew blew us away with their efficiency, their willingness to answer any and all questions, their work ethic and their friendliness. They went over and above to make sure our newly planted plants, all the plants in our landscaping were new, were protected and taken care of. Jeff assured us that if any plant was damaged or hurt in anyway he would take care of the cost to replace them. Not one single plant needed to be replaced. At the end of the day when the crew left they cleaned up so well that someone passing by would not have known our roof was being replaced if they didn't look up at the roof. When the project was completed they did not leave any visible reminders that they were here, the yard was spotless. In summary Peak Roofing did exactly what they said they were going to do, delivered on time and made the entire experience as pleasant as humanly possible. Jeff personally came by to get on the roof and inspect the finished work, walked me through an inspection of the roof from inside the attic and pointed out to me what to look for the next time it rained. It rained several days later and one of the seals around one of the furnace exhausts leaked just a little. I called Jeff and within the hour someone was there to go on the roof, in the rain, and fixed the problem. A very professional organization from the sale through installation and follow-up, I highly recommend Peak Roofing Systems.

They were very professional and Jeff was the only roofing contractor to provide a complete estimate the day he came to see our roof. All the other companies took several days to a week for an estimate. The job was completed in a few days as were the gutters. We are more than happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend their service.

After originally giving this company an F (which I regret) I talked with Wes and Jeff and cleared up our communication issues. I was very impressed with the way they responded to me and how they were very interested in my input of what they could have done better to help me. I so appreciate that Jeff took the time to talk with me. My roof got fixed and I highly recommend this company. They exceeded my expectations!

He came out and checked my roof after the hail storm. He told me my roof was fine and did not need replacing. I would definitely use him again. He was very honest and did not try to replace a roof that did not need it.

The workers were very fast and completely cleaned up afterwards. He is a bit pricey, but worth it. I have peace of mind and don't have to worry about any leaks or mistakes. If I had any questions or concerns about anything, Jeff (owner) would get back to me by end of day or next morning. Very professional and personable as well. He also will work with you on payment arrangements if needed.

As anyone in Denton knows there were a lot of homes with hail damage. The weather did not cooperate with repairs for weeks afterwards and we received additional rains. Peak worked with us on scheduling the work, quickly removed trash and materials, and only requested a 50% payment up front. While the repairs took a total of three months to complete - due to scheduling, work load, and weather - we never had an issue with Peak. Very professional in their dealings with us.

On the day before a severe storm was going to hit the Rockwall area I discovered some loose shingles on my roof. When I called Peak Roofing at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning, the owner, Jeff, was very honest with me about the possibility of getting our roof repaired. After checking with one of his men, he agreed to send someone out later in the day. Within four hours, Ricardo came to our home and installed 8 ridge caps to replace the ones that had either blown off or were damaged. I could not have asked for more courteous and professional help. We called Peak Roofing Systems out after a thorough investigation of roofing companies to completely replace our decking and roof from a storm in 2012. They were on time during all appointments scheduled and the roofing crew were very respectful of our property. We had wood shake on our house, and we needed to have it removed and new plywood installed per our insurance carrier. They were very verse in the insurance claim process. David upgraded our plywood/decking to radiant barrier (Tech Shield) at no extra cost. Peak Roofing Systems exceeded our expectations, especially from previous experiences that we had with roofing contractors! Thank you for the great service and doing business with integrity!
