Following big ice storm in Dallas, I contacted Peck to perform repairs. They were very responsive, came out to give a written estimate, and did the work a few days later.

Peak Roofing Systems showed up on time as promised and completed the job in a timely manner and as promised. Although the roofing process is a not a clean process, I found Peak Roofing Systems final clean up spot less! Great job and thank you. The roofing crew worked tirelessly on my home and found them very respectful of my property.

Peak Roofing Systems gets my highest recommendation. After receiving a number of estimates for roof replacement, it was an easy decision to go with Peak. Owner Jeff Riss is clearly intent on providing two things: superior quality work and the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. He made the unpleasant process of getting a new roof as easy and worry-free as possible. Jeff is very knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing and was helpful in providing useful information in making decisions about roofing materials, ventilation and installation options. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and helped me navigate through that part of the process. He worked to provide a top quality roof within the insurance claim budget. He listened closely to my concerns and was always quick to reply to phone and email messages. Several times, he said to let him know immediately of any concerns or problems and he would make it right, and he did just that. Again, I can?t say enough about the outstanding quality of service provided by Jeff. The crew did a very nice job installing the roof and in cleaning up upon completion. Jeff was amazing. A strong storm damaged our roof, and everyone told me to have a roofer be there when the insurance adjuster came. I called Jeff on a Friday afternoon to see if there was any way he could meet my adjuster that next morning. Jeff told me not to worry, he would fit me into his schedule to walk the roof with the adjuster. He kept in constant contact with me as I went through the ins process, and had my new roof up within days of me getting the $ from my claim. He also referred me to a fence company to help me fix my damaged fence. Since then I have called Jeff for other referrals, and he is always willing to help. He is extremely trustworthy, and I would recommend him to anyone. Very honest company and owner.

Peak Roofing was exceptional! They showed up to start the work on time, did exactly what they said they would do and performed the work in an extremely professional manner. Jeff Riss, the owner, was on site at different times throughout the repair and was consistent with everything he said he would do. They left the work area spotless at the end of each day, his employees were very respectful of their surroundings while at our home. I most definitely would recommend Peak Roofing! It was a pleasure to work with such professional, knowledgeable people. Their customer service was just exceptional and their completed project repair exemplary. Jeff even followed up two weeks after the completion of the job to ensure we were still happy with the completed work and to" thank us" for our business. WOW! Customer service at it's BEST! So refreshing to see it is still out there.... I just wish all contactor's were like Peak Roofing!

In September 2012, I was gathering estimates to have some exterior maintenance done on our 6 year old house (painting, tuck pointing/mortar, caulking windows/doors, fix leaky exterior doors). I noticed where the roof overhung the brick wall by the back door there was a 2" hole where the rake wall and eve fascia board returned to the brick. Over the years I had seen crumbles of mortar in the flower bed next to the back door, but never could figure where it was coming from. It was now obvious why the "back door" was leaking. It was also obvious that during construction of the home the bulider run out of fascia board and decided to just throw a whole bunch of mortar in the opening instead of addressing the problem. During my walk-thru with a the 1st exterior painter I called out (name to be withheld), he said he could just put some caulk on it and it would be fine. Remember this is a 2" round hole that has nothing behind it for the caulk to back up to. Obviously, I didn't go with that contractor. Then I had Dave with Southern Painting come give me an estimate for painting. He looked at it and acknowledged the situation for what it was and told me that I really need a roofer if I want it fixed right. He then said he only refers one roofer b/c he is confident that this particular roofer provides as excellent customer service as he does and the work is great quality. He actually called Peak Roofing Systems for me right then and by the end of that business day I received a call from Jeff Riss, owner, of Peak Roofing Systems. Jeff was at my house the next day to look at my issue. It was determined that the flashing was just slightly too short which caused the rain water to constantly drip onto the mortar spot which wore it away, hence exposing the spot. While he was on my roof, he also did a quick inspection and found a few maintenance items and an incorrectly installed fitting/pvc pipe (which could cause future water leaks). I also asked Jeff to replace one of the 3 turtle vents our attic has with an electric power vent (purposely chose not to use solar vent) because our attic has been SO hot that it is difficult to keep the second story of our house cool in the summer, despite our AC units being sized appropriately, balanced and maintained. He wrote up my bid that day and left it with me so I could review it before signing. As a good homeowner, I had been researching the installation of attic fans. I knew that if the CFM of the attic fan was not in balance with the soffit vent sq. inch area, then it could make the upstairs issue even worse. I emailed Jeff with questions about the CFM of the fan he intended to installed, what was manufacturer and model of fan (had seen some reviews on certain fans failing after 10months), etc... Jeff answered every one of my emails quickly. I applaud him for being receptive to an involved homeowner like myself. Once I signed the bid, Jeff got me on the schedule within 5 days. Jeff and a 2 man crew showed up at exactly the time they said they would. Jeff got the crew started then let me know he needed to go to another site for a little bit. He had introduced me to both gentlemen and indicated who was in charge while he was away. They worked fast and diligently. Jeff returned as promised and worked with the crew for the last 40 minutes of the job. When the work was complete, he called me outside to show me all that was done. Days prior to the work being done, Jeff had let me know that the electrician he uses to do the fan wiring in the attic wasn't available on the scheduled install day but he could come the next day (Saturday). I agreed to Saturday, but told him the electrician had to be gone by 10am due to my schedule. Jeff confirmed the electrician would be there at 9am and out by 10am. The electrician showed up exactly at 9am and was done with his work by 9:30am. Both Jeff's crew and the electrician left their work areas spotless. I am confident in the quality of the work that was done. But should something need to be addressed, I am also confident in the warranty Jeff places on his work. He is exhibits a high level of professionalism and takes pride in his business. I would recommend Peak Roofing systems to anyone.
