Easy to schedule. Punctual arrival. 3 of the 4 brothers performed service. They are professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They even provided ongoing maintenance tips. Best of all - my 1999 carpets look new again. I would definitely recommend!

This was the second time in one week I had The Parker Brothers in my home. They did such a fabulous job cleaning my sofa and love seat, I had them come right back to clean the tile. They were able to arrive nearly two hours earlier than promised, which was a huge plus! They are so pleasant and friendly while during their work, it shows they really enjoy what they are doing and take pride in it. Something I am increasingly finding to be rare anymore, unfortunately. End result: the tile and grout looks brand new. I was astonished at how clean the floors are, and with a large dog, puppy and cat, it is an ongoing challenge to keep floors sparkling. I will absolutely ask them back to clean the carpets.

They were exactly-to-the-minute on time. Explained every detail of the work before they started. Took just over an hour to do the work and when finished the pieces smelled fresh and clean, which was amazing since I thought it would be hopeless. I was so impressed with their work, knowledge, and professional courtesy, I've scheduled them to return this weekend to clean and seal my ceramic tile. After the puppy gets older, I will have them do my carpets!

We used Parker Brothers for carpet cleaning for four rooms and a hall where two little black dogs spend a lot of time. With light carpet, it is a constant battle to keep things looking clean and smelling fresh. After reading reviews on Angie's List, I decided to try the Parker Brothers. I was very impressed from start to finish. Two of the brothers arrived on time and quickly went to work. They explained each step of their process what they were doing and why. This team was efficient and very professional making sure to protect all my furniture and bedding skirts. The end result was a sparking clean carpet and wonderful smell. So far, everything still looks great. I intend to have the Parker Brothers back again and again!

All the reviews you've seen are worth it. These guys are prompt, courteous, and get the job done very quickly. I have a goldern retriever and two messy boys that have been beating my carpet for nearly 8 years. I've tried a couple other companies over the last few years and some were able to lighten the stains a bit, but these guys got the stains out. Including the ones missed by some of the big name carpet cleaners you all know the jingles for. I will definitely be using Parker Brothers again.

Great service experience. They answered inquiries promptly. Once I described what we needed, we had an appointment on the calendar. The crew arrived as scheduled, did their work and were out the door. The charis look (and smell) much better.

I've been using Parker Brothers for over 6 years . I discovered them originally on Angie's list. They are always on time, courteous and very careful with furniture and belongings. They do a terrific job on upholstery cleaning and carpets. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We called them and two other shops to get a rough estimate. They claimed to have a process to clean our situation very well, I felt their response and suggestions were right on target so even though they weren't the cheapest company, I decided to go with them because they seemed to really know what they were doing. Their references on Angie's List was also a key determining factor. After they were done, it did take a while for the carpet to dry and they did say they couldn't get the stains out 100% but as far as I was concerned, the result was great. They came and went fairly quickly and did a really good job.

They have done an excellent job for us. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't normally rave about a carpet cleaning experience, but the Parker Brothers were great! From the initial contact to inquire about their services to the time the work was completed, these brothers were extremely amicable, courteous and thorough. Above all, their work was impeccable and they were happy to explain their whole process before performing it. I was looking for a "green" cleaning process in consideration of our young grandchild that would be playing on the carpeting that was being serviced. The Parker brothers were able to accommodate my needs by using organic based products which made me feel better about the cleaning process. My daughter was so impressed with the results that she hired Parker Brothers to clean all the carpeting in their house as well. I will definitely rely on Parker Brothers for my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs in the future.

I've never used a carpet cleaning company in the DFW area more than once (and once was too many times for many). I had just about given up on believing the reviews I read on Angie's List and other similar sites because of my disappointment with my own results. I'm quite ecstatic to say, however, that after years of searching, the Parker Brothers have earned my repeat business. They are personable, dependable, know carpets inside and out and don't try to rip you off with the usual carpet cleaning gimmicks. In addition, they are fast but thorough, and full of great tips for spot cleaning that work! I also love the fresh clean smell throughout my home. And get this, the Parker brothers do the work themselves and do it with pride. It's quite apparent that doing a good job for a fair price means a lot to them. Guess what? It means more than a lot to me!

From the moment we spoke to Parker Bros on the phone to the time they left our home, our experience was superb. We had a last minute need to clean our upstairs carpets due to our new carpet installation being delayed. With family arriving for the holiday we needed help and quickly! We called with only a few days notice and the Parker Bros team saved the day. They found a time slot and worked us in. Realizing how busy a time of year it is I was very impressed with their willingness to work with us to find a solution vs just saying no. They arrived on time and three of the brothers were on site that morning to complete the work as promised. The carpets looked great and the home was fresh and ready for our family to arrive. Much appreciation to the Parker Bros for all they did to make sure our home was it top shape and that our expectations were exceeded.

Great!!! Three of the brothers provided the service. I was given an explanation of what would be done and the cleaning processses that they were going to use. First they vacuumed the open space, even moved some of the items off the floor (with my approval). Kept me informed of their progress, placed protectors under legs of coffee tables. Would be using them in the future and would not hesitate to give them a recommendation.

Our beagle got into the pantry and dragged a bag of protein supplement upstairs where he proceded to make a huge mess, including marking the carpet as his after spreading the mix around. You can imagine the mess. We called Parker Bros. explained the situation, got an estimate and had them come out to do the work. Our expectations were pretty low based on how bad it was, we thought we would have to replace all the carpet upstairs. Fortunately for us Parker Bros. proved us wrong. They did a great job and the carpet looks as good as it did when we built the house. The next day we smelled something funny coming out of the carpet (that's when we discovered that the dog had market the territory) called Parker Bros. they came right back out hits the spots where the dog had done his business, eliminating the smell and didn't charge us an extra penny. Talk about commitment to customer satisfaction! I'd recommend Parker Bros. for all your carpet cleaning needs, I won't use anyone else!

This was a great experience overall. I highly recommend Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning. My furniture and carpet look fantastic! Since carpets and upholstery can often look pretty bad shortly after a supposed 'cleaning,' I intentionally waited almost 2 weeks before writing this review. I wanted to be really sure that these great results would stick around. I called Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List, and I was NOT disappointed. My family room carpet is approximately 15 years old. My sofa and one of my chairs are approximately 12 years old. The other chair is only 4 years old. My 12-year-old chair is primarily off-white with a large pale blue and green floral design. Over the years, this chair had really dulled and the off-white fabric had turned gray-ish and kind of yellow-ish around the areas where our skin constantly comes in contact with the fabric. Nasty! Likewise with my blue upholstered sofa. It had a slight greenish cast where natural body oils continuously contacted the sofa's fabric year after year. They've been cleaned by other upholstery cleaning services, though, admittedly, not often -- they never looked much better after other companies' cleanings. I planned on reupholstering these soiled pieces, but since the re-upholsterer couldn't get to them until after the holidays, I decided to try one more time to have them cleaned. I used Angie's List to try to find the very best upholstery cleaning service I could find. I found Parker Brothers, and boy am I glad I did! Before I ever met Parker Brothers, not only did my furniture look bad, my family room carpet looked matted and dull and constantly dirty, even after being cleaned by other companies (or maybe especially after being cleaned by other companies). In fact, I was going to replace this very expensive, 15-year-old carpet within the next month. The Back-to-School Special was $150 for one chair and one sofa. That was my entire plan. While Kurt was cleaning my sofa, Brad mentioned that he could really improve the look of my obviously dirty carpet. I told him, "Oh, no thank you. I'm replacing the carpet later this month." He said, "You're replacing THIS carpet? This is a very nice carpet! It's an expensive carpet, too!" [It really was!] "I don't know that I would replace it if it were mine," Brad continued. "It's a really nice quality. Are you sure you don't want me to try to clean it for you?" "No thanks. I had it cleaned not too long ago, and it just doesn't look good, even after it's cleaned," I said. Brad said, "Let me guess ... you had it cleaned, and about two weeks later it looked really bad, so you decided to replace it." And I said, "EXACTLY!!" Then Brad explained that other companies don't always use the right products for the job, and that the company I hired probably used the wrong stuff. I'm usually pretty skeptical about these sorts of things ... they often feel like big, insincere sales pitches to me. (I am kind of particular and a pretty nervous shopper, frankly.) But for some reason -- maybe because of their reviews on Angie's List, or maybe because my experience had been SO GOOD with Parker Brothers so far -- I felt competely comfortable asking for a quote on my carpet. $40, Brad said. And so I gave it a try... And boy, oh, boy am I ever glad I did! The way I look at it, Brad and Kurt saved me at least $2000. That's the amount I was going to spend on a new wall-to-wall carpet for that area. (I spent much more than that, 15 years ago, when I purchased the existing carpet.) Now, my 15-year-old, very expensive carpet looks FANTASTIC! I couldn't be more pleased! It doesn't quite look new, but it looks very close to brand new. My upholstered furniture looks great, too. Brad had warned me that the fabric on my white chair was typically very difficult to clean back to a new-looking off-white condition. But they really worked hard at it and they got nearly all of the gray-and-yellowish soiled look out of the fabric. It looks much, much cleaner -- I actually have to look really hard at it to see any of the previously soiled areas. I'm also happy with my blue sofa for now. It's true that all of the greenish-cast stains didn't come out, but it looks a whole lot cleaner than it did before. I didn't expect that anybody could get all of the greenish cast out of that blue fabric. That sofa has seen A LOT of use by lots of kids over the past 12 years. Before Brad and Kurt got to it, it looked embarrassingly bad. Now, it looks better, and presentable, for the holidays! After seeing how good the carpet, sofa, and chair looked, I asked Brad and Kurt to clean the other chair in that room while they were there. They quoted me $40 on the spot. It was only 4 years old to begin with and didn't look particularly soiled beforehand -- but now it looks brand new. I'm really glad I got it cleaned. Bonus: my house smelled fresh and clean for days after! All in all, this was a superb experience! From the moment Doug answered my call with his cheery greeting, to the moment Brad and Kurt walked out the door after completing their work, Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning was a breath of fresh air. I am very glad I hired them. The way I look at it, they saved me a bundle in the price of a new carpet. Thank you, Parker Brothers!

Fantastic!! I've had Parker Brothers clean my carpets on several occaisions and once again they did a wonderful job! This time, my living room carpet was dirtier than usual thanks to my family having done lord-knows-what to it and traipsed in all sorts of muck over the summer, but Parker Bros was able to restore it to its original cream color in no time! Thank you, Parker Bros!

Great job by the Parker Brothers! They were able to "squeeze" me into their schedule during our recent move and did an awesome job of cleaning and removing several stains.

Unfortunately, I had a problem with another provider, but found Parker Brothers on Angie's List and they were able to bail me out. They cleaned the carpet in the house we are moving to and the carpet we are moving out of. Great job!

A++++ wonderful family company. They cleaned everything I asked plus more and did not charge any extra. They were quick, efficient and very pleasant to have in my home. I will absolutely use them again.
