Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning

Parker Brothers saved my life this evening. I called and explained that I came home to find spots of dog blood on my beige couch. I was hoping to have emergency upholstery cleaning done. Doug explained that he was currently on a job and most likely wouldn't be able to make it to my home this evening. He then stepped away from his current job, and walked me through the best way to remove the blood stains myself. He was so patient and explained everything to me perfectly; he even walked me through how to find out what material my couch was made of and told me the best care instructions for that specific material. Because of his guidance, my expensive, beige couch lives to see another day. It is absolutely perfect; I can't even tell that there was ever blood on it. I have never dealt with someone as kind, patient, understanding, and helpful as Doug. And I have rarely heard of a company taking time out of its schedule to help someone for free. Parker Brothers will be my go-to cleaning service from now on. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Doug Parker showed up on time and set right to work. He was responsive, friendly and understood our need very well. Our carpet was cleaned the best it has ever been cleaned. We were surprised at how nice it really looked. He also cleaned a very expensive sofa and it looks like it is new. His work was excellent and his price was reasonable.

Fabulous from start to finish. Got there ON TIME -- something I especially appreciate when I'm taking off work to meet them. Got right to work -- moved all furniture and warned me that the place he treated for dog urine would take longer to dry. Took about 2 hours to do this one room -- and it looks like new!

The Parker Brothers did a great job of cleaning our carpets. I have hired them twice in the last couple of months, and both times, I was very pleased with their service. The "brothers" are friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and accommodating. They work quickly and when they were finished, the carpets looked much cleaner and brighter. I would definitely hire them again.

My wife and I bought a home in McKinney TX in August of 2013. I scheduled Parker Brothers to clean my carpets. The closing on the house was later than expected. I called Mr. Parker in hopes of changes my scheduled. He was very understanding and rescheduled other jobs to accommodate my situation. They were both very professional and courteous and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them and will most defiantly use them again. Thanks Parker Brothers!

Loved it! Our first time using Parker Brothers, chose them because they are a family business and we believe in supporting our community. It is a true family business had 2 brothers and a nephew come to clean our carpets/couches. They were on time and quickly got to business! They first checked to see if the materials on the couches were safe to clean and then they vacuumed the couches and carpets before cleaning. Our light colored couches came out looking like new again and our carpets came out beautiful as well! Very friendly and courteous, gave me tips on spot treating my light colored couches and will DEFINATELY call on them again!

Excellent experience!!! We had two of the Parker brothers and they were extremely friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. They actually arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule (not a problem) and went right to work not wasting any time and were completely finished within three hours. We have a cat with infrequent but "deadly" urine problems aimed at the carpet (behavior problems). The guys removed almost all the normal stains plus the cat "gifts" and most of the odor as well as giving us great tips on future problems.. The couch was left spot free (can't blame the cat for that) and everything was dry within 12+ hours, plenty of time for our weekend company. Their web site is also an valuable source of help for carpet / upholstery troubles. We highly recommend this "band of brothers" to anyone at anytime.

I have been using Parker Brothers for the 6 years I've been in my Allen house. They were a referral from a neighbor, and I have now become the perpetual referrer. Anyone need good carpet guys? Parker Brothers! It's a family-run business, and truly 2 of the 4 brothers are the ones who do the work. They don't subcontract. There is no language barrier, which is an issue I've had in the past with other providers. I trust them so much that I'll even leave the house when they're there. Good people, good family, good business.

The two Parker Brothers which came to my home and performed the work were friendly and professional. They were on time and got right to work. Afterward, my furniture looked better than it had in years. My son was very happy to take the furniture to college with him to furnish his first apartment. If you decide to use Parker Brothers, I would recommend contacting them by telephone. They can be contacted by email, but one of the Brothers mentioned that they are in such high demand (a good thing) that they are having trouble keeping up with the volume of emails they get. The first time I contacted them was through email and they were unable to get back with me this way. Once I made a phone call, their response was quick.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and went straight to work. Went out of their way on one especially badly stained overstuffed chair and ottoman. All the pieces look and SMELL wonderful! They also gave me a bottle of pet stain/odor removal that they really like for my future use. Very impressed with Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning!

They were very nice and professional and worked hard and quickly - they had a very tough job with the slip-covered couch - it was difficult and hard to figure out the best way to do it - but they did it and it really truly looks like a new couch!! I couldn't believe that they got it that clean. I was very pleased with everything they did.

They spot cleaned my carpets for pet stains. I've worked with them many times over many years. I always use them for carpet cleaning.

From the first phone call I knew I was dealing with a great service company. Doug was personable, gave me a concise quote, and said he would be there at 9:30am Monday morning to do the work. Get that???...9:30 am Monday; not sometime between 9 and 12 as so many companies do. He rang the doorbell promptly at 9:30am Monday morning. He and his bother Kurt were pleasant and professional, and they got right to work. An hour and a half later they were done. The job was amazing from start to finish. I will definitely use they again, and will highly recommend them to others. A GREAT company, run by GREAT people who do a GREAT service. The epitome of what an Angie's list member looks for. The Parker Brothers get it! Exceptional service, quality work, and professional behavior is worth a little extra. These men showed up on time, did more than expected, and were a pleasure to interact with. Everything they touched looked terrific. Parker Brothers did an exceptional job, completing the cleaning of two houses on back to back days. We moved out of one house and into another. Due to a cancellation by another provider we were stuck, but they were able to re-schedule another customer and get our carpets cleaned.

Cleaned the couch, turned on fans, left their work area spotless, very professional, were on time and did a fabulous job. These are the people to call every time HANDS DOWN!!!

I use them a couple of times a year. They normally do a great job. I’ve used them for years. I leave my key and my dog loves them. I trust them; they are careful and do a great job. I had a spot on a white chair and they didn’t even charge me to get it out. They do my Persian rugs, upholstery, and carpets.

They did a really good job! The carpets are very clean and the colors on them look crisp. We will use them again. They were also very nice and personable. They gave me some good tips on how to clean our leather couch, that worked great. I would recommend them for sure!

It went great. As I said above, they arrived on time, did everything they promised & the price was very reasonable.

I purchased new furniture which was to be delivered a lot earlier than anticipated. After the old furniture was donated I had 2 days to try to find someone to clean my very old and dirty (pet stains) carpet before the new furniture was delivered. I tried several companies who were too busy to help me out on short notice. Doug Parker was very nice and even though his company was booked he said he would fit me in before my new furniture arrived. He gave me a 30 minute window for arrival, which was met. The 2 Parker Brothers that cleaned my carpet were very friendly and efficient. They also gave me handy tips for treating carpet stains in between cleanings. I have to say, my carpets look better than they have in at least 15 years. I had the same carpet cleaned last year this time for a party and hired a large name brand carpet cleaning company for the job. Although they did an adequate job I had several areas that would not come clean. I thought that was as good as it would get until I had the carpets replaced. I was wrong. Parker Brothers got stains out that the other carpet cleaner could not. I was so pleased I had the neighbors come over to view the clean carpet. I would definitely refer Parker Brothers to anyone needing carpet cleaning. They are reasonably priced (half what I paid last year) efficient and friendly. Another great find from Angie.
