Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning

Easy to schedule. Gave us the price at scheduling. They arrived right on time. Moved all the furniture which was very important and helpful for us. They vacuumed very thoroughly, including window sills of all rooms they were to clean. We had several stains and heavy traffic areas in some carpet locations. They used specific spot cleaners for these areas. AND No upselling!! Carpets and sofa look and feel great! They were friendly, professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

This is the second time we have used Parker Brothers and we will continue to do so. Our carpets look so much better (and smell better too).

These guys are fantastic! I talked with Doug Parker on the phone to make the appointment and he was very thorough in explaining their cleaning and treating processes and how they go about doing the job. They were punctual and very friendly. When they arrived, they inspected the job and gave us an estimated time of completion - which they hit on the button! I had trouble finding upholstery cleaners so I was relieved to see it was included in their services. They did an outstanding job cleaning my large, sectional couch, including removing pet stains and hair. These guys know their stuff - VERY knowledgeable. I chose them for a number of reasons via Angie's list: they are family owned and operated, use only hypo-allergenic and 'green' cleaning solutions. They were an absolute joy to have in our home and they did outstanding work. I will absolutely use them again and will highly recommend them to others.

Perfect. Brad & Michael arrived promptly and cleaned 8 dining chairs and one large sofa in an hour or so. I was very pleased with their quality and professionalism. Thanks so much guys!

These guys are great. When I called to schedule our carpet cleaning, Doug explained the process they would do to clean our carpets & 2 area rugs. We had a pet that had a few accidents, and they thoroughly treated all areas to disinfect & clean any trouble spots. They are very prompt, professional & thorough & our carpets look & feel amazing. We like that they are a family business & have hours worked well with our schedules.

Outstanding. Doug arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He examined the work we wanted to have done. He was concerned that, based on what I had tried to do before to remove the stain from the recliner, he wouldn't have much more success, so offered to do the work for free as part of the overall job! Doug did a terrific job, and though he wasn't able to completely remove the stain on the leather chair, it is improved. The two ultra suede chairs look like new. I highly recommend Parker Brothers, and we will definitely use them again.

Parker Bothers was a pleasure to work with. The did a great job and were very courteous, informative and funny. I get the feeling they are more expensive than others, because they justified their price a few times. However, i felt they did a great job and were worth the money. The carpet looked and felt fantastic after they left. Definitely recommend.

Called for a pet treatment and was asked type of pet as enzymes are specific to cats or dogs. Scheduled work for the end of the week. Called back to request carpet cleaning for the whole house to be on the safe side. Work was very thorough, moved the furniture and, where applicable, put foam feet underneath. Got great advice on how to treat pet stains in future and was referred to website with more specifics. Also, given tips for how to get the carpet to dry faster. Very friendly and professional family. Will call again the next time I need carpets cleaned.

I have used Parker Bros. for several years and really like the fact that they are so professional. They may not be the cheapest carpet cleaners but it's well worth it for the quality! They move everything themselves and your home looks the same when they leave. Great family and you can't go wrong with choosing Parker Bros.

Very professional over the phone. Never had berber cleaned before so was surprised about technique used to prevent carpet from getting mildewed. Two of the bedrooms had minor stains and the teenager bedroom had lots of makeup on carpet which they said was no problem to address. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the smell of the enzyme used on carpet to lift and pull stains and speed up time of drying. Initially carpet looked good but after 24 hours of drying area of stains still were noticeable. Of the reviews I read this company received high marks on cleaning performance so I shot them an email indicating that some areas were not as clean as I hoped. They immediately got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and came back out to readdress the areas, went back over existing carpet again. I told them I didn't care for the enzyme smell so they changed it up a bit which was tolerable until it dried then non-existent afterwards. They were very pleasant addressing the situation because sometimes you can feel awkward about calling someone back out if the job is not as you hoped. All areas were cleaned to my expectations based on what I read on Angie's list and I was pleased in return that my carpet looked brand new.

Doug arrived on time. He cleaned all my pet stains out. He did tell upfront that he may not be able to get them all out. I totally respected that. They cleaned and were done in two hours. Both very kind, informative.

They did everything they said they would do and in the time frame specified. They were punctual and did a great job on the carpets. There might some better deals out there but I believe you get what you pay for.

It is almost impossible to express my satisfaction with Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning!! I have spent much more money with other companies with disappointing results! Highly recommend this company.

They were GREAT! Doug Parker arrived first to meet the time commitment and let me know others were on their way. We walked through the areas as he explained the process and said they would move all they could and protect everything . Very knowledgeable and courteous. Whole job took about 2 hours. Extremely happy-house smells soooo fresh!!!! Thanks guys:)

Parker Brothers have cleaned our carpets for 8 years. They always do the work themselves. They do a great job. I would never use anyone else

The guys were there when they said they would be and were understanding that I was actually running late to the house. They asked me what I wanted done told me exactly what they would do to solve my problems with the carpets. They were quick and efficient and moved furniture for me when needed. They even repaire a piece of the carpet that was ripped- no extra charge.

The team arrived on time, were extremely pleasant to work with, were very efficient and performed the work in less time than I expected. I will recommend the Parker Brothers to family and friends and will definitely call the next time I need the carpets cleaned. Great Job Guys!!

These guys were great from the beginning. Family owned and operated business which is a plus. We are putting our two year old house on the market and with two dogs and two kids under 6, the carpets look brand new and smell great. They were very friendly and courteous and gave tips on how to clean up minor stains and general maintenance. They came in and cleaned the carpets in our Master, to include two walk in closets, the stairway and landing hallway and the kids playroom. These guys really made the house look new again. I will definitely use them again in the future.

It's one company that I have found to be outstanding. They're not cheap. It's five brothers and always two of the brothers show up. They're old guys in their 40's and in their 50's. They just do a remarkable job. They come in and they vacuum everything. They do my mopboards then they used the enzyme cleaning so there's no shampoo left on my carpet. Whatever it does, it really cleans the carpet and leaves it soft and fluffy. My whole house smells really, really good. There's no extra charge for spots or anything. They don't try to sell me a bunch of crap. They're very good. They're very nice men.

Most other companies tell you to have furniture moved before they arrive. These guys said, "No problem!" and came and moved and replaced it all themselves! They were also very timely. It's always frustrating to get pushed back on someone else's schedule, especially when you're paying them. They went above and beyond. Fantastic! My wife said to put them in the Hall of Fame, and if she's impressed, I'm impressed!

They're the only ones I've used that I really liked. They came in here and they did a good job. I was very happy with them. Their price was comparable with everybody else. Out of all of them, I liked all their comments. They had the best comments than everybody else.
